Today’s titles a little misleading I talk about facing your fears, but it’s not about facing your fears as in things that you are scared of like spiders. It’s more facing your fears of things that make you procrastinate like for example, talking about an emotional situation, and being scared of the outcome, so you procrastinate which limits your growth. It’s a little bit all over the place but I feel like I make a couple good examples in this morning’s podcast. I feel like whenever I go through something that involves me procrastinating out of fear. It brings me back to my most infant roots, and I feel like a child again because Why am I doing this at the age I’m at. I should really know better and that’s what today’s podcast is about.
