Met een woningmarkt die oververhit is, kom ik veel starters, maar ook doorstromers, tegen die maar niet kunnen slagen in vinden van hun droomwoning. Op feestjes, in het nieuws en bij iedere ontmoeting hoor ik de verhalen van mensen die gefrustreerd en boos zijn.
Boos op de makelaars die de markt manipuleren, boos op beleggers die zonder voorbehoud financiering kunnen bieden, boos op andere gegadigden voor eenzelfde woning die hun vorige huis voor veel geld verkocht hebben en nu zwaar kunnen overbieden, boos op de verkopers die voor de hoogste opbrengst gaan en boos op de regering die daar te weinig aan doet...
Maar met boos zijn, leg je niet alleen de schuld bij een ander, maar ook de oplossing. En hoewel ik niet wil ontkennen dat de woningmarkt erg lastig kan zijn, wil ik liever naar kansen en mogelijkheden kijken. Dingen die jij WEL kunt doen om een volgende stap te nemen in je wooncarrière.
