Jessica Maison is an award-winning science fiction, fantasy, and horror writer and publisher. Mary Shelley’s School for Monsters is her horror graphic novel series, and Plastic Girl is her coming of age ecopunk trilogy. She is also a screenwriter and co-directed the time travel feature film, Own Worst Enemy. Her short fiction has been published by Terraform, and her short comics work has appeared in anthologies such as Nightmare Theater and Cthulhu is Hard to Spell. She writes the popular Substack, Monster of the Week, inspired by folklore, mythology, and a good, old-fashioned ghost story.
