Whether you are a practicing Christian, or not, there are two lies that we can tell ourselves, and we may even go through seasons of telling ourselves each of them. Those lies are the inner thoughts that either, "I am fine" or "I am irreparable broken". The reality is that once we step into a life with Christ, as a believer, both lies detract from a proper Christian perspective. Brit and Scott discuss theses thoughts and how being grounded in a biblical self view will keep us from these polarizing thoughts that can disrupt our spiritual growth.
