A Roofing CEO with a Foundation for Opportunity E32

This week's guest has a dream of making the dreams of others come true.
President and CEO of ARS Roofing, Gutters & Solar, Letitia Hanke is also the founder of The LIME Foundation in Santa Rosa, California.

Letitia shares how she said "Yes" to opportunity and became the CEO of her own business in her early twenties when her hard work made her stand out and her boss asked her to take over his business when he retired.

She knows how opportunity changes lives and even saves lives.  Her own escape from terrible bullying brought her a love for music.  The kindness of a teacher and her unexpected opportunity to own a business helped lead her to also start a foundation that seeks to harness each individual's potential by providing vital skills in music and the performing arts, construction, technology and health.

Letitia and Lenora both have experience supporting Opportunity programs and their passion is heard in discussing the life changing work.

In 2020, Letitia was a guest and recipient of a generous donation on "Returning the Favor" with Mike Rowe.  Since then, people have reached out to her from across the country to learn how they can create a program for youth as well.  She was also a guest on the Kelly Clarkson show.
