In this episode, Ryall opens up about the toll that success and her own drive placed on her in 2010 leaving her, outwardly at the peak of her career but privately both physically and emotionally broken.
At rock bottom, she was faced with a choice; follow the advice of the coaches she had surrounded herself with and who had gotten her to where she was or turn inward and trust her own intuition and find her own balance to take the next steps on her journey.
