In June 2018, two Vietnamese tour guides named Sang Boi Nghia and Khuong Ba Le Nguyen were found stabbed to death in their Las Vegas hotel room in a random crime that occurred because of a faulty door lock.
Then, in July 2019, 38-year-old Amber Morris was found brutally murdered in her hotel room after she and her sister randomly met two men on the streets of Reno.
