There's been a lot of talk about the rental housing market and I thought it would be a great topic to explore, so we look at two major cities, NYC and SF to see what is going on. We'll then dive into the European market and see how they are fairing thought the COVID-19 pandemic economically. Specifically, we look at what the city of Lisbon, Portugal has created.
