On May 10, 2020, 49 year old mom and wife Suzanne Morphew went for a bike ride nearby their home in Salida, CO. It was mother’s day and she was looking to get a little fresh air and sunshine.
Their teenage daughters were on a camping trip and were due to come home later that day to celebrate Mothers day. When their mother didn’t respond to their happy mothers day text messages they called their dad (who was 150 miles away at a work site) as they were concerned. The neighbor called the police which would kick off a 3+ year search for Suzanne, an arrest, a dismissed trial and questions to this day if there is a serial killer on the run....
