Co-founders of Jump Ahead Pediatrics, Brittany and Janki built a multi-state therapy staffing agency from scratch. Their business places OT, PT, speech, and support professionals in schools that need them most.

With no outside funding, they launched using personal savings, donated equipment, and community support. Every early win was reinvested back into the business.
