On this episode we sit down and talk with Ryan Watt. Ryan shares with us his story of growing up as a fairly "normal" kid with a supportive family and playing sports. Ryan would get involved with the wrong crowd and found himself committing crimes to support drug addiction, and later found himself in state prison. Ryan has an amazing story of fortitude and dedication to becoming the man he wants to be. Ryan is now celebrating 2 years of sobriety, working fulltime, dedicated to his love for CrossFit, and aspires to use his story to help others. We were honored to sit down and have Ryan share his story with us.
