Journaling Recommendation

1. This may sound like an incredibly dumb question. However, if you were to be totally honest with yourself, right now, in your journaling, write out the answer to this question: what is the god's-honest truth when I ask you, What do you know; I mean truly know? Not, what are you willing to admit, but what is your truth? Can you feel it, yet? Let me put it this way: what is the truth that has been there, all along, that you have been avoiding, constantly second-guessing, or simply not seeing because it was hiding in plain sight?

2. What is the great unanswered question of your life or your future? What is it that you do not have resolution to?

3. Is it possible that you know exactly what your truth is? Is it possible that you already know the answer to what you claim is the great unanswered question of your life? Is it possible that your problem is not that you don't know what your path or truth is but that you're terrified to act on it?

4. Living a truth or a new dream demands being judicious in to whom you reveal it, much as a tiny shoot coming out of the ground needs to be protected from too much sun, too much rain, not enough of both, and the constant threat of rabbits or a human shoe. In what ways do you need to be judicious in what you share about what you're being, saying, doing, having, wanting, believing and becoming? Who might do your dream/shoot harm? Can you be judicious in what you reveal to that person(s)?

5. What's going on inside you, as you consider what you really know about your life and path? What do you feel as you consider those who might undermine your new paths and purposes?
