Journaling Recommendation

1. List the top five things, events, situations, or people that you have considered the biggest curses of your life, that would be almost impossible to find good in.

2. Now, under each one, write the questions: How was/is this event or person the single greatest blessing of my life? What was this thing sent to teach me about myself? About life? In what way is this learning I received precisely what I need for life, moving forward?

3. What have been the 3-5 biggest closed doors, disappointments or frustrations of your life?

4. How was each one perfect? What would you have missed out on, quite possibly, if you had gotten what you wanted?

5. Even if you never say it aloud or forgive the person who did it, what if the most wretched, horrible thing of your life was sent for your pruning a gift from the gods? What if you simply can't see and don't want to admit the gems of wisdom it holds in its hand?
