Journaling Recommendation

1. What are you hiding?

2. In what ways do you keep the focus off yourself?

3. Why are you demonizing your mate? What are you afraid of? What are you hiding?

4. What's the biggest accusation you use to keep your partner/spouse looking bad and you looking good? Are you a hypocrite?

5. Are you ready to start being honest? Are you ready for radical honesty? Or, are you going to keep using people you claim to love?

6. Now, I'm not denying that your mate has done stuff wrong. I'm objecting to your claiming you haven't. Even more pointedly, why have you continued to allow it? What does that say about you? And here's the whopper: What fears in you have perpetuated you staying in a relationship you claim is awful and unfulfilling?

7. What's really going on inside of you that you are not admitting?
