Story of the stupid! Chengyu are famous Chinese idioms that are expressed usually in just four characters and are commonly used in conversation.

 

The origins of many of these chengyu come from stories passed down from ancient times, and today we will talk about two of them: Han Dan Xue Bu (Learning the Handan Walk) and Xue Zu Shi Lu (Cutting one’s feet for shoe fitting).
