On découvre les coulisses de cette création et le parcours de Raya : muse, créatrice, artiste et mannequin internationale.
Leur exposition Kwir Nou Éxist vient de s’installer au FRAC Réunion, à Saint-Leu, après un premier passage remarqué à Paris.
C’est une œuvre collective et militante, imaginée avec des artistes et activistes réunionnais·es, pour raconter les identités queer créoles dans leur complexité : entre récits intimes, contexte postcolonial et mémoire communautaire.
Photos, vidéos, archives, témoignages… tout un corpus sensible pour rendre visible ce qui a longtemps été effacé 🧡
Kwir Nou Éxist, c’est aussi un retour au pays.
Un acte de réappropriation.
Une invitation à écouter, comprendre, transmettre.
