Local Fishing Report & Updates
Despite the storm, fishing across the North Shore remains on fire! Anglers are landing keeper tautog (blackfish) in the 5–8 lb range, with limits coming quick when the weather allows. Striped bass and bluefish are lighting up the surface as birds work bait pods across the harbors and bays. It’s a full-on run-and-gun scenario with boats chasing blitzes from sunrise to sunset.
Squid in the Harbors = Bass Bonanza!
The harbors are absolutely alive right now with schools of squid, and when the squid show up, you know the bass aren’t far behind. In this episode, Captain Gaige shares exclusive underwater footage captured this week showing what’s really happening below the surface—don’t miss it!
