In this episode, we’re diving into something that’s not talked about enough: the dark side of using AI as your go-to for emotional advice, relationship reflection, and healing support. While artificial intelligence can be a powerful tool for self-awareness and growth, it can also quietly reinforce unhealthy patterns, especially if you’ve experienced narcissistic abuse, emotional manipulation, or are healing after divorce.
The truth is, AI is only as powerful as the prompts you give it. If you're unknowingly feeding it questions rooted in blame, victimhood, or black-and-white thinking, it will mirror those beliefs right back to you. And if it always agrees with you? That’s not healing. That’s an echo chamber disguised as empowerment and over time, it can reinforce the very behaviors and beliefs you're trying to outgrow.
Whether you're processing the aftermath of emotional abuse, trying to rebuild after a toxic relationship, or navigating the grief of divorce, you need more than just validation, you need perspective. In this episode, I’ll give you tips on how to use AI in a way that supports your nervous system, challenges your limiting beliefs, and actually moves you forward instead of keeping you stuck.
I’ll also share what to watch out for so you don’t accidentally turn AI into a “best friend bot” that agrees with everything you say while you isolate yourself from real, healing human connection. This one’s bold, honest, and exactly what we need in a world where technology is everywhere, but accountability still matters.
