Exodus 20:12 - "Honor your Mother and Father so that your days can be long in the land the LORD your God is giving you." I had no compassion for my father and judged him simply by his character traits. I didn't realize the trauma he was living through during the Great Migration period when Blacks was escaping the Jim Crow era. I spoke to my father during this episode and acknowledged him for the Great Man that he was. Thank you Daddy. I Love You!
