We, as women, put so much pressure on ourselves in many aspects of our lives. But unfortunately, a lot of these pressures have the ability for us to experience shame or guilt. Today I discuss specifically "mom guilt" as I tell a very hit home story. But why do we feel this shame or guilt?
In today's episode, we will discuss women's characteristics, how they correlate to the mind, and how we are programmed to be. We will also discuss how to identify the source of our shame or guilt and work through it to become better versions for our littles to mirror.
