The Be Mentally Motivated podcast is co-hosted by Psychiatrist, Dr. Elizabeth Lane, and creator and host Jeannette, a Mental Health Survivor and Advocate that has been in recovery for 10 years. This motivational, inspirational, and educational podcast showcases riveting in-depth discussions between the hosts and featured special guests for various mental health topics and their effects on the Black community.
