Anger simmers and blows when in some way we have not been seen, heard, or received. When we choose to avoid our vulnerability of being open, feeling and owning how we feel, the part of our Self that feels unseen, unheard and unreceived can shut down and to avoid feeling out of control, and disconnected we choose anger to take the place of tears, truth, and the pounding feeling in our chest that we can ignore or embrace that yearns to be received. How we translate our feelings, the voice of truth, our fears and pain has the ability to shift anger into pure power.
