Every day you are presented with several situations that you can respond to from suffering or upliftment. Are you carrying other people’s suffering thoughts and beliefs that you have picked up on or given through your family ancestry DNA? To move through the extremes that suffering creates ask the light in your Self to guide you and to lift you, until you become ONE with the light and become the transformer for your Self and life. There is an abundance of suffering in the world right now and you are needed to hold the light for others as we witness duality, pain and suffering running rampant.
