Staying Positive During These Unsettling Times
Let’s be honest—life lately feels like we’re all extras in a sci-fi movie no one auditioned for. From chaos in the news to uncertainty in our day-to-day, it’s easy to get swept up in the stress. But here’s the truth: your peace is your power, and your mindset is your greatest asset.

So how do we stay positive when the world feels a little upside down?

👉 First, remember what you can control.
You might not be able to fix global events or calm the internet down (if you figure that one out, text me), but you can control how you show up each day. Start with your thoughts. Start with gratitude. Start with simply breathing and saying, “I’ve got this.”

👉 Second, focus on what’s real right in front of you.
Your family. Your health. The sky. Your goofy dog. That one friend who still sends memes at 2 a.m. These things matter. These are the roots that keep you grounded.

👉 Third, limit the noise.
You don’t have to read every headline or doom-scroll until your thumb cramps. Protect your energy like it’s gold, because it is.

And if you’re feeling overwhelmed, that’s okay too. You’re human. Just don’t unpack and live there. Take a walk, call someone you love, or do something creative.

Let’s all agree on this:
 No matter how uncertain the world gets, we can still choose to be light.
 To speak kindness.
 To believe in better.
 To hope.
