Being the Solution Means Becoming Who You Were Meant to Be

"You will be paid in direct proportion to what you know that you give away." This powerful truth has transformed my approach to business and life, leading me to create over 2,100 videos—with 600 just in the last year and a half—all with the goal of sharing everything I know to help others succeed.

The concept is beautifully simple: contribution is the foundation of growth. Whether in real estate, mortgage, insurance, or any other field, your willingness to give freely of your knowledge creates a powerful cycle of abundance that returns to you multiplied. I've seen this principle work consistently throughout my career, even during times of struggle and challenge.

What makes this philosophy so effective is how it aligns with our fundamental purpose. God put each of us here for a reason—to contribute, to teach, to show love and respect, and to be all that we can be. This understanding provides motivation that transcends daily difficulties. When you're feeling down, one of the most transformative things you can do is help someone who's worse off than you. Everyone has something valuable to share, a unique message that others desperately need to hear.

As we navigate the holiday season, I encourage you to consider how you can be the solution in someone's life. Find something you love so deeply that you couldn't stop doing it, and share it generously with others. I believe in your ability to make a meaningful difference because we were all born unique and special, designed to impact this world positively. The question now is: what will you do today to be the best version of yourself and create positive change in the lives of those around you?

Give it all away?

That's right.
I'm going to repeat that againyou will be paid in direct
proportion to what you know togive it all away.
So, being in contribution, Idon't care what you do, who you

are, you all can contribute tosomebody and we grow our lives
and our business by giving itall away.
I have produced, at this point,2100 plus videos over the course
of many years and over 600probably in the last year and a
half, 600 probably in the lastyear and a half, and my goal is

to give it all away, to give allmy knowledge away to help as
many people as I can to besuccessful in real estate and in
life by being the solution.
We all are a solution.
We just have to really believethat you have inside of you
everything it takes to be yourown solution.
You may not have all theanswers in regards to the

business that you ran in realestate or mortgage or insurance
or whatever.
Number one we talked aboutpersonality types.

(01:42):
It's interesting I have somepeople in our organization 25
years yet personality types.
Not everybody knew why we speakin a certain way.
We talked about the compoundeffect, we talked about the
three Cs transparency, how, whatthe law of reciprocity is.
Do you know what the law ofreciprocity is and what that
means?
And so we went through seventhings today in an action-packed
one hour meeting, sevendifferent things, and then I
realized, oh my gosh, that's alot.

I just went through witheverybody.
But believing in contributionand giving back and giving it
all away is really what has beena game changer for me.
And I believe that the morethat you can do that as a human
because, listen, why are we here?
People ask me how are youmotivated?

(02:23):
Why do you want to do better?
Why do you want to do more?
I said, you know what?
Because God put me here.
Because God put me here for areason, and the reason he put me
here is to be in contribution,is to give it back, is to teach,
is to show love, is to showrespect, is to be all that you
can be.
God puts you here to be all youcan be.

(02:45):
Are you being all that you canbe?
Are you doing everything thatyou can right now in your life
to be the solution to be allthat you can be.
I don't care if you're down andout and it's not a good time,
because I've been there.
Believe me, I've been there andI've had so many struggles in
my life.
But you know what?
The one thing I did every day Igot up and I showed up and I

was the best that I could bethat day, and that is all you
can ask for is to be the bestthat you can be just today.
And when you're down and out,you know what you do.
You help somebody that is worseoff than you.
There are so many people outthere right, somebody that is
worse off than you.
There are so many people outthere right now that are worse
off than you that need your help.

(03:29):
They need your message.
People need my message.
They need your message.
You can.
I don't care how much you knowor don't know.
They need your message.
You have something to give backto the world.
Give it all back, give it allaway.
Give it away, be incontribution, love what you do

and if you don't love what youdo, find something that you love
so much that you couldn't stopdoing.
And so, with that message, I'mgoing to say we all have
something and you have something, and I believe in you.
I believe that you can do it,because I did it and I know that

you can do, because we were allborn unique and we were all
born special and we were allborn to make a difference in
this world.
So I'm going to ask you nowwhat are you going to do to be
