What do I mean?
How much time do we sit andwaste on things that don't mean
anything?
So my experiment so far thisweek tells me that we can
definitely do more than we thinkwe can.

one-month challenge.
And so my numbers today I wantto share with you.
I did 75 dials, 20 connections,15 conversations for two minutes
or more.
I set two new appointments andI got two new listings and I did

four listing appointments.
There was going to be five forthe day but one was moved to
tomorrow, so I had four and Ilooked at the list of
appointments and where they camefrom.
The majority are from thedatabase.
Sure, I'm getting marketingcalls on a daily basis, but the

majority are from the databaseand from calling.
So the more calling, the moreconnecting, the more talking to
people just says like theirfriend and a human, better
chance of succeeding.
And I always talk to peopleabout family, occupation,
recreation and desires.

I mean who doesn't want to talkabout the vacations they went
on?
I tell people the vacations wewent on.
People always ask me you know,what do you do when you're not
working?
I said, well, I work all thetime, and when I'm not working,
I love to travel.
So I'll travel many, many weeksevery year, and that's what we
love to do.
We're not working, I love totravel, so I'll travel many,
many weeks every year, andthat's what we love to do.
We're not big like going outpeople.

We don't go to bars or anythinglike that.
We just came back, actually,from my mother-in-law's
pre-birthday dinner that wecelebrated tonight, and so I'm
coming to you a little bit lateof this evening because I
literally just walked in thedoor from dinner super tired,

super long day and I said youknow what I have to make sure I
get on and give my update forthe day.
My message for the day, themessage for today, is we can do
so much more than we think wecan, we can.
I promise you that can do somuch more than we think we can,
we can, we can.
I promise you that you can somuch more.
There's so much more that youhave in you that you don't even

realize that you have.
You don't even realize it untilyou put your mindset to it.
And so somebody said the otherday your mindset to it.
And so somebody said the otherday, my coach, Sean Chuck Black,
said so mindset is about theassumptions of what you think
about something.
So people say, well, I don'teven call so many people a day.

Well, that's not necessarilytrue.
If somebody is calling ahundred, 200 dials a day, you
certainly can do it.
You just never tried to do it.
And your mindset about it?
You have assumption about whatit is instead of really what it
is.
It's just in your mind.
Nobody thought they could do.
What is it like a four-minutemile until somebody did a
four-minute mile?
Once somebody does it, thenanybody can do it.

You just have to prepare andtrain for that.
It's the same thing in whateverit is you do in your life.
In this case, we sell realestate and we help others sell
real estate and we help sellerslots of sellers sell their
properties.
So message tonight we can do,myself included, so much more

than we ever thought we could.
And so this is the experimentfor the month of March 100
listing appointments in 30 days,that's 21 working days.
I'm right on target, so I wantto keep ahead of that.
I want to keep ahead of that.
I want to keep booking moreappointments so I am over at the
end of the month and not comingup short.

I will not and I tell you thiswill not come up short.
I don't care if it's the lastfive days, if I'm short.
I'm there every day, workinguntil I get these appointments.
That is commitment.
You don't go home until the jobis done.
Regardless of how long it takesto do it, I'm doing the work.
