It's been a couple weeks sincewe did the show.
We have a lot to talk abouttoday, do we not, aaron?
We sure do.
Speaker 2 (01:02):
Made a lot of major,
major changes around the old
hacienda over here.
Okay, my mind's streaming.
Good Dean, we're good you goodyou in.
Speaker 1 (01:11):
You got your chat
line going so you can see all
these wonderful people that aregoing to chat with us.
So guys remember we're live, sotalk to us, send us text or
send us something through thechat so that we can actually
talk to you and recognize thatyou're there.
Uh, I know I've got mine turnedon and aaron should have his
turned on and aaron payattention to it.
Speaker 2 (01:33):
so if somebody is
there is there where sorry, I'm
gonna be kind of troubleshootthis with it um, I wonder, is
there a different screen I cango to so I can see?
Because I do get kind of anotice on the side when people
are watching, but I can't reallytell.
Speaker 1 (01:55):
I thought it was on
that right side over there where
it shows you that you've seenit before, because Brandon's
texts are chatted with you.
Speaker 2 (02:01):
Okay, so maybe just
nobody's on currently.
Speaker 1 (02:03):
Yeah exactly so when
they start chatting it'll happen
.
So how's everybody been?
I hope really well.
I'm coming from the new homeoffice and Aaron's in his home
office, and right before we goton we were talking about how we
absolutely freaking hate thishome office bullshit.
So that's going to come to anend real soon.
Speaker 2 (02:25):
Yeah, it needs to
right away.
We got to get, we got to gatherour peeps, we got to gather our
you know.
Are you talking, dean?
I'm not talking.
What are you doing with yourvoice?
Speaker 1 (02:39):
your face.
I'm not doing it.
What do you mean?
Speaker 2 (02:45):
Oh, I, maybe I'm just
watching a lag, cause it shows
you talking.
Speaker 1 (02:53):
I'm watching.
I'm sitting here listening toyou, dude.
Speaker 2 (02:54):
Just like everybody
else.
All right, I'll quit.
Yeah, I can't wait to get usback together.
Speaker 1 (03:03):
Man, get our get our
crew back together and be able
to be in the office I forget howmuch I need and enjoy that
moved our licenses and our teamover to the Rill brokerage.
(03:25):
We'll talk about Rill.
It was just.
It was a really good fit for usand the direction we're going
with not only our team but withour VIP 50 program.
And Rill is basically it's avirtual brokerage that they
don't have any brick and mortar,so anybody that's in that
(03:47):
brokerage that wants officespace basically has to go out
and get their own space, whichI'm totally fine with.
And, quite frankly, there's somany reasons and we'll talk
about some of them right now.
Now you know honestly, aaron, traditionally when it comes to
(04:12):
being in real estate and havingyour real estate license and
being with a brokerage, thatpretty much all entails about
the only way that you canpossibly go out and make money
with most brokerages is to goout and find real estate
transactions and work your waythrough them and get paid right.
Speaker 2 (04:31):
Right, yeah, go sell
real estate.
And the traditional model isyou pay a hefty fee to the
office because they provide aspace and they provide the
environment, they provide thesystems and tools and we've
moved our business to.
(04:52):
I mean, what we're doing withour coaching and the VIP system
is putting us into a virtualenvironment where, golly, you
know, we're not necessarily inproximity to the people that
we're helping and inrelationship with we're.
You know, we're providingvirtual meetings and trainings,
(05:18):
you know, and we're movingnationally here now where we're
heading out of state, and so itjust it makes absolute sense to
have more of a virtual nationalpresence.
Speaker 1 (05:27):
Absolutely so.
One of the big reasons why wemade the change over, guys and
you know we talk a lot about ourteam and our team is very, very
important to us and it's reallyimportant to us that we give
the guys on our team and thegals on our team the the biggest
(05:51):
chance to go out and and winand be an absolute baller in
this industry, and that's one ofour main reasons why we
switched over to real, becausewe just opened up by making this
switch.
We just opened up about eight ornine different channels or ways
that that the, the teammates onour team now can go out and
(06:14):
have income streams coming in inmultiple different angles and
ways, which I think is fantastic.
Aaron um, you know, first andforemost, you can still make
money by doing exactly whatyou've been doing, and that's
selling real estate.
So that didn't change, that'sexactly the same.
But on top of that, you can nowstart recruiting people or
(06:40):
other agents into the realbrokerage and also onto our team
, and there's a big differencethere.
You know, if we just bringsomebody over to real that wants
to place their license overthere, then there is an absolute
opportunity to make money offof the transactions that they're
(07:00):
doing, which is pretty darncool.
What do you say, aaron?
Speaker 2 (07:04):
Dude, that's a huge
piece of it.
I mean, dean, the traditionalmodel.
You know the broker houses, allof these, you know the space
and the environment and thetools and all that, and so
there's a commensurate fee youwould pay into a traditional
brokerage.
And I, dude, I think when 2020happened in coven, we all got
(07:29):
forced home and you know, that'swhy you see so much vacancy in
commercial space is becausethey're they re businesses
realize, hey, we can run ourbusiness and we don't have to
have all this overhead, save ashit ton of freaking money.
Yeah, and consumers are goinghey, I don't want to drive 30
(07:50):
minutes.
Or, you know us agents, I don'twant to drive 30 minutes and
come gather back in an officeoftentimes and I can still make
my living and still do a goodjob.
And technologies have have beenable to bridge all of those gaps
and basically allow for that.
That that virtual roaming, uh,professional, and so that's what
(08:12):
real, real kind of cracked thatopen and they're basically, you
know, instead of thattraditional model, they've
they've decided do this veryvirtually and then that cap,
that cap money that wouldnormally naturally go to the
house, go to the brokerage.
Big brother, they're paying itback to us.
Yeah, it gets to trickle backto us as an opportunity and a
(08:37):
value and benefit if you bringpeople over and work underneath
you.
It's really a cool concept andopportunity, which is why we
gravitated to it especially forour team.
Speaker 1 (08:48):
So if you're an agent
out there and you're, you
happen to be watching thispodcast pay attention, guys, and
I mean that pay attention towhat I'm going to tell you right
now on the opportunities thatthat are available by not only
being an agent at the realbrokerage but being on our team,
because there's major benefit.
(09:09):
So all of you guys out therethat aren't in real estate, you
know I know that a lot of youare friends and family and
people that we care about, and Iknow you care about our success
and so we're pretty excitedabout this move and want to let
you know.
But if you're an agent, holycow, pay attention.
So, number one if you go outand recruit anybody into just
(09:32):
real the brokerage whether theyjoin our team or don't join our
team doesn't matter.
You will get paid 5% of theirproduction up until you've made
$4,000 per year off of that.
Now think about this, guys thisis giving an opportunity to
agents to be able to go out andnot only have to cover the nut
(09:54):
by chasing down deals everysingle month, but if they can
get five or 10 people thatthey've actually brought over
and those people are producing Imean, guys, you can build this
thing up to where you can makefive or six or even more than
that, thousand dollars everysingle month just off of your
what we call or what real callsrev share.
(10:14):
So that's a pretty big deal.
And then the big carrot on topof that, aaron is, is, if they
join our team, we've committedto also matching that figure and
giving them an additional 5%from the luxury agency team.
So now anybody and everybodythat's out there, that's an
agent that comes over to realand joins our team, they're
(10:35):
going to make 10% up to $4,000 ayear on every single person
that they recruit into thisbusiness.
Are you kidding me, massive?
Speaker 2 (10:46):
So think about it.
Speaker 1 (10:48):
Aaron, what's an
average commission on a
transaction?
Let's just say it's $10,000 tomake the math easy, right, yeah,
$10,000.
So for every transaction thatsomebody does that you've
recruited over to real that theythat their commission is a ten
thousand dollar commission, youas the agent are going to be
(11:10):
paid a thousand dollars of thatcommission.
So how many agents can you goout and recruit in?
Because that's major to me,aaron, major to me.
And even if that's notattractive, we're going to talk
(11:32):
about that, aaron, we're goingto talk about that.
Speaker 2 (11:34):
Oh, okay, it just
makes sense.
As an agent, the financialdecision as an agent, let alone
the retirement and stock options, we're going to talk.
Speaker 1 (11:49):
Don't be giving away
the whole freaking pie here.
Speaker 2 (11:51):
Aaron, settle down
it's exciting.
Speaker 1 (11:57):
So a lot of you
agents might be asking yourself
well, I'm not a recruiter man,I'm not.
I didn't become an agent to gorecruit people, and I agree with
you and that's not what we'reasking you to do.
But here's the bottom line, guys, if you haven't partaken in
or been at one of our VIP 50trainings that is, eight hours
of intense, intense we give youall of the tools, all of the
(12:19):
everything that you need to goout and run your, your business
as it, as if it is a businesswith a business plan, a business
system, a business model, andit's.
It's fun.
It's not making a whole bunchof freaking phone calls to a
bunch of people you don't know.
It's actually buildingrelationships, better
relationships with people thatyou already know, love and care
(12:41):
about, and in return, becauseyou're actually making those
people feel important, they'regoing to refer you people that
they know of that are going tobuy or sell real estate.
I mean, come on, it's like theoldest bartering system in the
world, seriously.
So bottom line is you don't haveto be a recruiter.
All you have to do is anybodythat you know that's in real
(13:05):
estate.
Just get them to come to one ofour free trainings.
Did I mention that it's Free?
I mean, how hard is that,Seriously?
And then Aaron and I take over, and this is what we do, guys.
This is what we do.
So all you have to do is getsomebody that's a potential
(13:26):
person, get them to come to ourtrainings, and I can tell you
right now, that's all you haveto do, and by the time we're
finished with them, if theydon't see the light at the end
of the tunnel, if they don't seethe benefit of moving over to
real, then that's okay too.
But the fact of the matter is,you don't have to be a recruiter
(13:47):
to do this.
All you have to do is open yourmouth and talk to people that
you know and get them to come toa freaking free training that's
going to give them so muchvalue.
It's not even funny.
How hard is that, aaron?
Speaker 2 (13:59):
Yeah, I agree, dude,
and you know, you look back to
why people make decisions andwhere they go, and largely it's
culture and community, you know.
And then it's having a gameplan, a daily approach of what
you're going to actually do togo get business, and our VIP 50
provides that.
I mean it provides a frameworkand a structure, a common goal
(14:27):
and an interest that we're allworking towards together as a
team.
Speaker 1 (14:30):
I mean, it's just,
the community we're creating is
so exciting, bro, it's soexciting, aaron, and the fact of
the matter is is because of theway that Real has set this up.
It's like Aaron said, theydon't have any brick and mortar,
which is normally where the capis that we're paying as real
(14:50):
estate agents.
You know, and every brokerageis different.
You know, when I started up atEV, if I remember, right.
Speaker 2 (14:57):
Yeah, we've been in
the most expensive shop in town,
huh.
Speaker 1 (15:00):
Yeah, I started the
most expensive shop in town.
If I remember right, I think mycap was like $34,000 a year.
Speaker 2 (15:07):
I mean 30%
non-negotiable Non-negotiable
Yep and a $34,000 cap.
Speaker 1 (15:16):
Yep, I went over to
Windermere.
My cap there was 27,000.
You know, our cap over at at ata century 21 was 21,000 guys.
The cap at real is $12,000.
And the cool part is is they'retaking at least $4,000 of that
$12,000 and they're giving itback to us as the agents and so
(15:42):
you can get paid five tiers deepon simply people's production
within your organization.
And trust me, let me tell youright now that can build up to
hundreds thousands, tens ofthousands of dollars every
single month.
What would it look like to youas an agent if, all of a sudden,
(16:05):
every single month, you knewyou had $5,000 coming in, no
matter what?
Well, guess what, If you'rerecruiting over agents that are
producers and they do one thingthat's unheard of.
Speaker 2 (16:16):
Dean.
That's unheard of in ourindustry, Isn't that crazy?
It's a residual opportunitywhere you have bankable
opportunity that can come, whether or not you're up and
running Every day as an agent.
Every day you're like where ismy paycheck coming from?
Speaker 1 (16:34):
Well, that's it.
You're constantly chasing yourmoney.
So bottom line is, guys, youknow you can make.
You can make money from us onour team.
You can make money from real byout recruiting.
Real is also a publicly tradedcompany and so they have stock
options, multiple different waysthat you can either earn or buy
(16:56):
stock in that company.
And listen to this, guys, as anagent, because I haven't heard
of any other freaking brokeragethat has something like this,
aaron.
But we as agents, we'reindependent contractors, which
means we're not paying into a401k, we don't have a retirement
plan period, paying into a 401k, we don't have a retirement
(17:20):
plan period.
And because of their stockoptions, you have the ability to
actually start with everysingle check, as little as 5%
and as much as 10% of everysingle check that you get,
buying stock within Rill andhaving that sitting on that nest
egg and real will, will, will.
Once it, once it vests, they'll, they'll contribute even more
(17:41):
stock to it for free.
Speaker 2 (17:45):
It's insane,
incredible.
Yeah, it really is exciting howthis is going to develop and
and the stability it's going toprovide us and our people.
Um, it really, it really isexciting and not to mention.
Speaker 1 (18:01):
I mean I could go on
and on.
I'm just giving everybody aquick taste.
But guys, also any any of youagents out there that are
bringing other agents to ourtraining and they sign up for
our coaching system, we'rewilling to give you money, we're
willing to pay you a pretty, apretty nice commission for being
the one that instigated that.
So if you're an agent, you'restarting to see this wait a
(18:23):
minute, I can make money doingtraditional real estate, just
like I'm already doing.
So no harm, no foul, I can.
I can bring people to thetraining Aaron and Dean take
over and get them to come overto Real and then I get paid a
commission.
I can get paid up to 10% ofwhat they're producing.
(18:43):
Then, on top of that, I canalso get paid multiple levels or
multiple tiers deep on thatcommission.
I can buy stock or I can earnstock.
I mean, they have a program atreal if you become an elite
agent, which it's not easy to do.
But you know what it's not.
It's not out of the question.
Speaker 2 (19:04):
Dean.
It's.
It's Dean.
It's less than 30 deals, andthat I mean it's 20, it's what
is it?
It's?
And our sales prices in ourit's it's harder in other, in
other economies.
Our, our, our area it's like 17or 20 deals and you're an elite
status.
Speaker 1 (19:21):
You're an elite
status and you get guys, listen
to this.
They give you sixteen thousanddollars worth of stock and then
that stock just sits and once itvests for three years, they'll
add an $8,000 in stock to itthat they actually purchased at
the time when they bought these$16,000, not when you invest it,
(19:41):
not three years later, and thatstock is all yours, guys,
$24,000 worth of stock that youcan get for free from Rill every
single year.
What would that look like foryour retirement plan?
What would that look like foryour future?
I mean, oh my gosh, dude.
I mean I know I get excitedabout this, but it's just
(20:04):
ridiculous.
All the different avenues thatare available to our people this
isn't just to me and you.
We're not just fat cats sittingon top of the pile, man, this
is every single person thathappens to come over and be a
part of what we're doing.
It's pretty amazing.
Speaker 2 (20:22):
Well and again, with
the active energy we're putting
into the community and cultureand the business system that
people can come and participatein.
God, dude, it's crazy.
It really is just open fieldsand opportunity to create some
(20:45):
stability in your life.
I mean, it's really fun, dude.
Speaker 1 (20:50):
Well, and here's the
bottom line, aaron and I want to
throw this little piece ofinformation out there.
If you're a broker and abrokerage that has invited us to
come into your shop and teachyou our VIP 50 system, I just
want to be crystal clear.
We are not trying to recruityour people.
As a matter of fact, if anybodythat was in your brokerage came
to us and wanted to switch over, we absolutely would not allow
(21:13):
it.
Speaker 2 (21:13):
Yeah, they're hands
off.
Speaker 1 (21:20):
They're hands off.
Sorry, man, but you guys arehands off, unless there's been a
period of time and maybe you'vemade some changes.
And, quite frankly, what itreally comes down to it, aaron,
is I'm not going to let anybodyjoin, make a switch over, unless
we have the blessing of thatbroker period.
So bottom line is guys, guysbut that doesn't mean those
people can't still go out andbring people to our training and
recruit people in and get paidfrom us because they're joining
(21:42):
our coaching.
That's still an extra avenue ofincome coming in.
So, guys, pretty, pretty strongmessage here.
That's why we're making theswitch, or made the switch over,
to real.
We are going to be getting abrick and mortar office in Salt
Lake City and, you know, as weprogress with this business, as
(22:04):
things start happening, whoknows, maybe we'll also open up
an office up north in the Ogdenarea and maybe down south in the
Utah County area, who knows, inthe Ogden area and maybe down
South in the in the Utah Countyarea, who knows?
But the bottom line is isstarting in July, we have also,
we're also pulling the plug andwe're going nationwide with our
VIP coaching.
(22:24):
So, guys, you have anopportunity, you agents have an
opportunity to go out andactually bring in agents in
other States and other citiesand they still fall in your
organization and you still getpaid a rev share on all of their
production up to $4,000 a year.
It's insane.
(22:45):
So big, big thing.
Here and again, I just want toreiterate that you're not a
recruiter.
You don't have to recruit.
All you got to do is talk topeople about the VIP 50 and how
it, how it absolutely made adifference in your life, and
then tell them you know what?
I know where there's going tobe a free training.
You should go.
(23:05):
How hard is that, aaron?
No kidding.
So that's, that's our, our, ourbig change.
We so that's our big change.
We've pulled the trigger on it.
Hopefully, we'll have officespace for everybody on our team
here locally within the nextmonth or so, and we're being
(23:27):
really picky about what space wewant.
We want it to be the rightspace that we can grow into as
well as have everything that weneed and all the tools for the
people that that do join ourteam.
Speaker 2 (23:41):
Aaron Dean, you know
what's fun about.
So I I'll keep going back tothis because I'm, you know,
you've seen I'm 27 years in thebusiness, you've seen that I'm,
I am so man, I'm so old school,I'm, I'm the guard dude.
I remember when we firststarted talking about moving
this kind of a direction I meanit was.
Speaker 1 (24:02):
Oh, you were fighting
me tooth and nail, freaking,
all of it.
I'm a traditionalist.
I can barely function.
Speaker 2 (24:08):
I can barely function
at home.
Okay, that's why we're gettingan office, so we can, you know,
you and I get together and wecan collaborate and play and
have fun and lead.
But, man, when I started toinvestigate and actually look at
this you mean when you actuallyopened your brain.
Speaker 1 (24:29):
The new business
model.
Speaker 2 (24:30):
Yeah, hey, we teach
about growth and fixed mindset,
right, I've definitely had alittle bit of a fixed mindset
here, but when I really got tostart looking about the
excitement, the buzz, thecommunity that's inside of this
new brokerage that we're in, andI mean I don't know if you're
(24:51):
paying attention I know you are,you are paying attention all
the time but there is so muchprogressive, growth-minded
excitement, collaboration that'sgoing on and I'll tell you what
that I don't know.
(25:12):
I'm glad I'm bro, I'm glad wemade this, that we're looking,
we made this look, that we madethis change and we're off in
this new direction.
It's going to require theabsolute best out of us, but
it's going to get the best outof us because how exciting it is
and and the and the buzz of thecommunity that's around it.
It everybody, everybody's attheir, is on their game.
(25:36):
I mean you got people who arerunning in the social media
space, that are high-levelproducers, that are doing that.
Dude, I'm just sharing.
If you're watching this, take alook.
Go look at who's really makingmoves in real estate right now.
Speaker 1 (25:57):
I guarantee you're
doing something similar to our
VIP 50.
Speaker 2 (26:00):
Yeah, yeah, no, yeah.
And that's why we're drawn toit, because we're entering into
our own.
We're not adopting abrokerage's mindset and
procedure and protocol.
We've got a culture, we have aplan, we have a different way of
(26:21):
going about business and thisis the right move for us.
Speaker 1 (26:27):
Yep.
Cynthia said she's so proud ofus.
Love you, cynthia.
Thank you for that.
Appreciate that.
Thanks, girl.
Here's the bottom line, aaron, and we talk about this in our
vip 50 training.
You can, you can have a fixedmindset and go well, real
estate's been done this way forblah blah, blah, blah, blah many
years and that's how you do it.
(26:47):
And blah da, da da.
Or you can pay attention andyou can.
You can go with some of theforward-thinking programs and
brokerages and take advantage ofit, because that's, dude, our
world is changing all the timeand you know.
Speaker 2 (27:03):
Bro, that was an old
guard.
Bro, that was an old guard.
That was a scare tactic to keepus narrow-minded and focused in
our lane.
That we were in there,narrow-minded and focused in our
lane, that we were in there.
And the reality is there is abig, bad, broad, beautiful world
out there and I'm glad you drugme and had me open my eyes,
(27:27):
kicking and screaming.
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (27:29):
This is exciting, bro
.
Stop being a big baby, aaron.
Nobody likes a freaking crybaby.
I'm the biggest baby, you know, bro.
Stop being a big baby here.
Nobody likes a freaking crybaby.
I'm the biggest baby, you know, bro.
So, yeah, guys, we're so superexcited about this and, quite
frankly, the opportunities here.
I mean we'll keep you guysapprised as we progress through
this.
We're going to share a lot ofour wins and just really, really
(27:54):
, really cool things.
You know, when we start goingout on a nationwide level and
having, you know, 100, 200, 300,500 people in our trainings,
you know it's not unrealisticfor us to talk about adding 50
to 100 people to our team eachtraining, which is exciting to
(28:15):
me, man, so exciting.
So we're super stoked.
Speaker 2 (28:21):
What do we have this
month?
We're going to be at 9th and10th.
We're out at Sunkey Realty.
Sunkey out in Tule At 30th and31st, we're going to be in
Murray off of 54th.
We've got a.
Up July, yep, up July, we'vegot those.
And then August, we're headedup to Idaho, right, yeah, we're
(28:43):
going up to Boise guys.
Speaker 1 (28:46):
So big, big changes,
big changes around the luxury
agency and the VIP 50, man,we're super stoked about it.
So, so, aaron, let's switchgears a little bit and let's
chat about our, our trainingthat we just did, uh, yesterday
and the day before.
Speaker 2 (29:02):
Man, I am so excited
about this group, bro, I am, I'm
like this, this group thisgroup reminds me of of exits I
I'm so I totally agree, Itotally agree, I totally agree.
Um, it's we're.
We were over at NRE, the NinjaNinja real estate.
Speaker 1 (29:22):
Thank you, dave
Salazar.
You are an absolute stud, myfriend.
I hope you're watching thiscause.
Speaker 2 (29:26):
uh, we appreciate you
letting us come in and and sit
down with your freaking peopleand you've got a good good group
of people there, my friend, good group of people you can try
dude, they they're, they'reproducing brokers, so they've
got pulse.
They got pulse of the marketthey're doing.
They're basically doing avariation or version of their,
(29:49):
of our system, and it's reallyexciting because, dean, they,
they saw the vision of whatwe're doing and they, because,
dean, they saw the vision ofwhat we're doing and they're
having us, they want us backmonthly as a recurring coaching
system to bring in and train uptheir new agents, which is what
(30:09):
an honor.
It's exciting.
The trust and the appreciationfor what we're teaching.
Speaker 1 (30:17):
Um, yeah, yeah dude,
and I love that they're big
baller troy in that office.
I mean, he sat through a big,big portion of our training and
and I I appreciated his inputand I mean, this is a cat that's
doing 100 plus transactionsevery year and and it quite
frankly, comes down because hehas systems that are similar to
ours, and I mean even a guy likethat, I guarantee you dude, I
(30:40):
guarantee you he, he got somestuff from our, our, our
training that he's going toimplement into his and make his
business even that much better.
Speaker 2 (30:50):
Bro, oh yeah oh yeah,
it's gonna be fun to see how
that crew, that that newtraining class that we've got,
how they're going to take offand the legs are going to have,
especially especially when theyhave producing brokers at the
helm who are, yeah, I mean thatenvironment.
Remember, when we met with them, you know, they talked about
(31:11):
the national average and howtheir, their per agent
production is double thenational average.
That's, that is a that's that'sa significant stat.
That points back to, in myopinion, the leadership, because
they're they're actively,they're actively doing the same
thing and in the market, we'reall participating in this.
It's neat, you know, and tohave them and then have them
(31:35):
open up full arm, arms, and giveus their space and say and give
us their new, their people, andit's just, and then want us to
come back over and over and over.
Yeah, yeah, it's going to be fun.
Speaker 1 (31:48):
It is going to be fun
.
You know it's.
The bottom line here is Aaronis is every training we do I get
super stoked, as you know, andI'm a pretty passionate guy and
you know I know and.
I love helping people becomesuccessful.
It truly is.
Call it a power trip, whateveryou want, bro, but there's
(32:12):
something to be said abouttaking somebody that that that
is brand new in the industry andhelping them become an actual
force in the industry, or takingsomebody that's already a force
in the industry and making thembecome a freaking baller force.
Speaker 2 (32:28):
that's pretty, that's
amazing it's just more
fulfilling than it's morefulfilling than earning a living
.
I know that it is being able toimprove people's lives and help
them be, just createsustainable income that they can
provide for their families.
Speaker 1 (32:41):
It's huge dude,
that's freaking power is what
that is.
Yeah, that's amazing power,love it.
So if there's any of you agentsout there that that haven't
heard of our VIP 50 system orthis is your first taste of it,
I highly highly recommend thatyou reach out to us.
Like I said straight up, simpleand easy, it's free.
(33:04):

Yeah, aaron, it's free.
Speaker 2 (33:08):
Hey, it's worth a
mention.
Okay, so, guys, all we're doingin our class is we're teaching
how you can carve out your ownlittle piece of the market, how
you don't have to have thismonster database, how you don't
have to you know prospect hoursupon hours every day.
(33:32):
Basically, we show you how tosystematize and build a very
strong database, how to go deepinto relationship with those
people.
Basically, we teach you how toslow down and go back to being a
friend, a human being.
And, aaron, you're missing thebig thing here, bro.
Speaker 1 (33:54):
You're missing the
big thing here, brother.
Guys, we call our system theVIP 50 for a reason.
You don't have to know 200people or 300 people, guys, we
can show you that if you take 50people that you know and I
don't give a shit what anybodysays, everybody knows 50
freaking people, everybody.
You can take 50 individuals andyou can turn into an agent
(34:18):
that's doing 50 transactions ayear.
Speaker 2 (34:24):
That's a fact.
That's a fact, and do itthrough hanging out and
meaningfully Having fun.

(34:59):

freaking came out of Mama Ward,me mutter in Bannock Memorial
Hospital up in Pocatello, idaho, dude, this whole world changed.
