Speaker 1 (00:27):
Morning, morning, morning, happy Friday.
How's everybody doing?
Welcome to Beards on the Street, number 51.
One yeah, we screwed up lastweek.
Yeah, this is my shock face.

(00:51):
No one died, nobody got hurt,it's all good.
So who y'all people?
It's Friday, easter weekend.
I don't want to work, I justwant to bang on the drums all
day.
You tried to put that out lastweek.
I don't want to work, I justwant to bang on the drums all
day.
He tried to put that out lastweek.
I don't want to work.
I couldn't figure out how todownload it and have it because

(01:13):
I would love to play that.
It's just a good, happy Fridaysong.
It is a happy Friday song.
All right, brother.
So another week, how did it go?
What went on?
Where you been week in thebooks, uh, making some moves
with some of the listings I'vegot, um, yeah, you did some.
You did some.
Uh, price corrections, yeah, good, which, which has been good

(01:36):
.
Um, you needed to.
Yeah.
Yeah, you know when, when?
Uh, we're in a market wherethere's a lot of support around
certain pricing and whatnot, butif it doesn't have the inherent
action, which means showingsand visits to the property, it's
an indication of price, right?
So we put it everywhere it hasto go All the social media

(01:59):
presence, all the different bigmajor search portals.
It's got the right photography,it's got all the right data and
if it's everything's right butyou don't have that piece, it's
not.
There's no other place to lookbut price.
Unfortunately, unfortunately,unfortunately.
Now that's the reality.
Yeah, yeah, yep, so we madethose corrections and, uh, I

(02:22):
know we're watching and tracking.
The online traffic has reallyimpacted that.
It's really spurred on someactivity.
That way, I'm hoping thisweekend we get some good
showings.
Good, good, yeah, cycle thosethrough.
But I had a family member comein this week who's wanting to
get into the transition, theirlife and business into more of a

(02:46):
full-time.
You know the flip realm.
So we're going to be working onthat.
Nice, yeah, it's going to befun.
Well, we had a pretty excitingweek with our team.
It was within our brokerage.
It was our awards ceremony yeah, the annual awards summit yeah,
summit Was awesome.
Yeah, at the annual awardsummit yeah, summit Was awesome.
We got to go up there a fewtimes and hang out and be a part

(03:10):
of it.
It was kind of cool.
Yeah, it was fun.
How about that 360 they did?
Yeah, it's cool.
Here I'm going to show it.
This is really cool.
It's funny how the noveltypeople stayed after people lined
up for it.
It was fun.
That's why I booked there rightright where it ended, because I
knew it was going to get busy.
Yeah, it did too.
All right, check this out.
People tell me that's not cool.
So, yeah, they had thisplatform there that we could all

(03:36):
stand on and and then thecamera went around us.
So we're not moving the plat orthe camera is.
What's funny is it's just aniphone on a mount that has a
rotating arm and it just wrapsaround you on that slow-mo
photography and it makes a cool3D picture.
Dude, I love it, man.
Yeah, it's fun and it keepsrepeating.

(03:56):
I'm just noticing, I didn'trealize it did that.
Yeah, just an ongoing repeatreel.
So I won a few awards uh, uh,you know, mainly for volume.
So my volume comes directlyfrom all of you out there.
That, uh, that helped me out.
You know, as we talk about thisall the time, we are an

(04:18):
absolute uh, 100 percentreferral based business, meaning
we count on all of you guysthat when you hear of somebody
that's going to buy or sell realestate, man, give us a shot,
you know, put a bug in our earand let us see if we can work
our magic and make it happen, because one we greatly
appreciate it and my hat's offto all of you guys for helping

(04:41):
me out.
And I mean, last year startedout horrible, you know.
As you know, I didn't.
I didn't have a single deal inthe first quarter last year and
I ended up closing out the yearwith over 40 deals.
So it was a big, big, nice yearfor you for sure.
Yeah, it was a great year, especially in a really, really
tough year, cause, guys, I meana lot of unknowns, a lot of

(05:01):
uncertainty in the market, a lotof unknowns.
Honestly, the main, main reasonwhy I didn't have any sales.
I guarantee there's a lot ofagents that didn't have any
sales in that first quarterbecause people were scared.
But thank you, I really, reallywant to let everybody out there
know that, man, we appreciateyour support in helping us with

(05:24):
our business.
Quite frankly, couldn't do itwithout them.
Well, really, I guess furtherexplain that what that means.
I mean, it's not meaningnecessarily that the people in
our crowd they're buying orselling, and some of them do,
right, some do, but it's thepeople in their worlds, it's

(05:46):
just, you know, being willing tostick their neck out for us and
and send us at least a warmintroduction to the people, and
just you know, hey, they're ourfriend.
You know, sally, over here isthinking about buying.
I don't know that, I don't knowwho, who, I don't know who
she's working with, what thesituation is, but here's her
number.
Yeah, I told her about you.
Like I said, just giving us ashot, yeah, give us a shot,

(06:10):
that's it.
You know, if we get it, thenthat's on us.
If we don't, that's on us.
You know it's okay.
Yeah, it's okay.
But we appreciate the love.
Oh man, yeah, I've a new clientright now that Jen Wright
brought to me.
Love you, jen, and just thecutest little first-time

(06:31):
homebuyer couples, couple oflittle darling little girls, and
we were able to go out and finda house quickly, get them under
contract.
And I mean he called me and hada guy waiting for me that
happened to be looking and hadsomething come from the past and
he's under contract as well.
That's so cool.
But, yeah, man, I mean that'swhat it's all about, dude, you
know, and it's okay.
I mean if I could have helpedhim, great, but they already had

(06:55):
an agent that had been puttingin the work and that agent
deserves to have that deal andget paid Absolutely, and that's
what it's all about.
So, again, thank you, guys.
I'll show you one more this isour team up there getting our
team award again for volume.
So we really, really appreciateyou guys, and you know what

(07:15):
that's what our entire system isall about.
Tell you what Dean.
So even the people in thisshaky time, or these uncertain
times that are purchasing, they're experiencing major
appreciation, major improvementin the market.
Yeah, they are Even being intoit, right where they're at.
So positive moves are happening.

(07:36):
Yeah, because, I mean, interestrates went up.
But I can tell you this houserates did not go down.
Yeah, values didn't go down, no, no, house rates did not go
down.
Yeah, values didn't go down, no, nope.
So you know that'll take usright into our kind of.
Our topic for this week is guys,it's springtime.
Yes, it is, isn't ittechnically?
When does summer start?

(07:56):
What is the technical date forsummer?
Is it June?
I don't know.
I don't remember Late May, june, but it's spring, guys.
I know the weather's notcooperating, that.
That that's utah, utah story.
Phil is full of phil, all right, because he said that spring was
going to come early.
I guess it kind of did.
There was a little bit and thenthere wasn't, and then you know

(08:17):
what it's been.
It's been pretty out.
I mean, how about just a coupledays ago, it snowed three times
and then, as soon as you walkout after it snowed, the sun's
out, warm.
Yeah, and it was interesting, dude, I went on my walk and it
was gorgeous, and by the time Iliterally, when I was walking up
to my door after my walk, itwas hailing on me and it was

(08:38):
nice.
So, but anyways, because it isspring, we wanted to.
Oh, audrey says in Utah, summerstarts in August.
No kidding, that's funny, nokidding.
But it's spring and we want to.
We had snow into July one year, didn't we?

(08:58):
I don't know, I think we did.
Yeah, she's right, know I think?
Yeah, she knows.
So, anyways, springtime guys, yeah, we all know in in real
estate, especially coming up inApril, which is Monday, that
things really really start toheat up.
I was just you know I'mconstantly out there and I know

(09:20):
you are too, aaron readingarticles and just looking at
different things and basicallyeverything I'm seeing out there
is that, man, there is no bettertime to start listing your
properties than right now.
Right now, absolutely.
So part of why that is thespring season, people leading

(09:40):
into summer, people are tryingto get ahead of kids
transitioning from school in andout of schools and making it as
low impact as it can for family.
Spring break is happening likeright now, isn't it?
Or coming up yeah, last weekwas.
I know my daughter's been onspring break all week and last
week was a friend of mine's kids.
So yeah, it's right now and Iknow Shauna's going on spring
break with her kids next week.

(10:01):
Right, right.
But you know, getting ahead, ifyou've got any plan to get going
on a lot of what happens, I'veactually had the question of is
now a good time to sell orshould we wait until the summer
sell season?
But there's a big thoughtaround getting ahead of the

(10:22):
traffic because you'll get allthe extra energy and attention.
So it could be very strong foryou if you're thinking about
selling.
It could be a strong time to beable to go in and actually get
lots of additional interest andattention, which helps you get a
better price.
Absolutely and guys listen ifit's something that you're
thinking about, but you're justkind of like there's things that
you maybe want to do or you'renot 100% sure.

(10:45):
We do this every single day andI promise you we have all kinds
of avenues and like, if you wantto stage your home, if you need
a handyman to come out and dosome work, we've got the answers
for you.
So call us and let us sit downwith you and just have a
consultation about where yourthoughts are and what you're
wanting to do, and we can helpyou.

(11:06):
Come up with a game plan.
Yeah, if it's coming up, letthe pros tell you what to touch,
what to do, not just throw abunch of them under the wall.
We'll tell you what to addressand what to handle and create a
game plan and get it whereyou're ready when it's time,
exactly.
So, leading into this, aaron,I'm going to pull up the
checklist.
Okay, so we all know that inspringtime it's always nice to.

(11:30):
I call it the spring cleaning.
I call it the spring cleaningbecause when I was growing up,
every year in spring there wasusually a weekend where it was
horrible because we had tobasically completely spring
clean.
I mean, deep, deep, deep cleaneverything.
Yeah, well, when you drivearound neighborhoods right now,
I mean, this is where you seeall the landscaping companies

(11:52):
out Full, descending onneighborhoods you know, cutting
back trees, cutting back bushes, taking away old perennials,
yeah, you know, getting thatyard ready, you know, because
one of the big major factors is,you know, curb appeal, right,
yeah, and you know, I mean, let's kind of break it down,
aaron.
So let's talk about, like, indoors and guys, if you want

(12:14):
this checklist, I'm going totake it back off, but if you
want this checklist, just reachout to us and we're happy to
send you this checklist so thatyou just kind of have a good
value of what you want to do.
Yeah, some basics that are somegood ideas just to get your
house in order.
So, anyways, let's talk aboutthis on the inside.
So we'll break it down to theinside and the outside, okay, so
on the inside, it's always agood thing on the spring

(12:37):
cleaning to actually check allof your smoke alarms and CO2
sensors, you name it.
I mean safety, safety.
Clean your, change your filterin your furnace, change your
water filter in your fridge.
Also, uh, you know, clean thereturns on your, on all the

(12:59):
different hvac system.
A lot of a lot of, uh, pullyour shop, vac out and, freaking
, give it a good sucking.
A lot of deposits of dusthappen there and then that's
what's circulating around yourhouse.
And then, if you're not, ifyour filters aren't clean, it
may sound.
Jana said june 21st is summer,is.
Oh, that's official, that'sofficial, okay, so anyways, yeah

(13:19):
, so I mean, on the inside it's,it's all the, all the stuff
that's kind of out of sight, outof mind, would be how I would,
how I would pitch it to you um,that's you kneeing that thing
down below.
I never did whatever.
I didn't touch it.
Oh, it's that, okay, wow, anyways, then, as far as you

(13:42):
know, guys, it's always good todeclutter.
I mean, I can tell you, thenumber one thing that I say to
my people when they're preppingto get ready is declutter,
declutter, declutter, declutter.
Even if you're not going tosell, decluttering is so good
mentally I freaking love it.
It's just, it makes you feellighter.

(14:06):
Yeah, going through your spaceand just cleaning off your
counters, getting rid of oldstacks of paper Shit you're not
using and haven't used for thelast year I'm talking about my
desk right now.
Chuck it.
Yeah, aaron, we're not evengoing to get into your.
You need to spring clean youroffice.
Well, I just get, I get mybrain going and I start making
piles of paper, right?

(14:26):
So, yeah, you know, I mean onthe inside, those are your major
things, things that that thatwe definitely highly recommend.
You know, here's one that a lotof people don't think about,
aaron, and I know I've done itbefore cleaning out your dryer
vent.
Oh man, yeah, they get backedup and plugged and then it makes

(14:48):
your dryer not run efficientlyand a lot of times it can
actually burn your dryer outbecause the heating element
can't heat or gets too hot.
It's causing so much pressureLike it can't create the back
pressure to push it out properly, so it stops the airflow.
Yeah, and then there you burnit out.
So you know, pull your, pullyour dryer out, pull the hose

(15:09):
off and and give it a goodscrubbing the the, the hose and
with the nozzle on it and like ascratchy brush, and just shove
it down in there as far as I can, and and with the nozzle on it
and like a scratchy brush, andjust shove it down in there as
far as I can, and, and you know, really get it.
It's actually pretty.
If you actually do this.
It's amazing, like annually, annually, what gets deposited in
there?
Oh, it is.
Plus, you find all kinds ofcool shit under your washer and

(15:29):
dryer, right, it's like.
It's like cleaning under thecouch.
That's where that went.
That's another good one is moveyour couch and look at all the
popcorn and change and all thestuff that's collected over the
last.
Take your cushions off andvacuum that thing.
There's some money in there, well, and some dust and some
allergy, allergen stuff thatreally could be cleaned through

(15:53):
and really improve our health.
Yeah, no question.
Okay, let's move outside.
So what's some of the thingsthat the exterior you already
said?
I mean obviously, we all.
You know you clean up all the,all the dead stuff from winter.
Yeah, cut back, cut back allyour snow on your leaves before
you were able to get them out, right, right, so just take the
time to rake your the flowerbeds and clean them out, get the

(16:16):
the raw dirt up and fresh andready and cut back the plants,
get it back to that brand newraw foliage and be able to have
them grow healthily.
Well, we all know that my wifehas a major green thumb and
she's already been out there.
She's got plant pots going onand all kinds of fun stuff.
You know when she's happy, youknow all that she loves.

(16:38):
All that's going for sure goodfor her.
I mean, she's really reallygood at it.
Agreed, I told her over andover she should start a business
based around it and becausesome of the plant combinations
or whatever the heck you callthem oh, I always love the ones
by your front door yeah, well, she's.
She's been all over it.
That's's cool.
I can't wait to see her thisseason.
So you know you've got yourplanters.

(16:59):
You've got to start preppingthose and getting those ready.
You know I'm a big garden guyand so I've got my two garden
boxes that.
You know it's time to put thenew dirty in.
You don't want to just keepusing all the same dirt.
So I think they say you takeabout half out and put half new
in, because it needs thenutrients.
Do you know what I mean?

(17:21):
Hey, a little trick, that's fun.
But all your coffee grounds, goput them in your pots.
Oh, there you go, they're doneand you've used them and enjoyed
them.
They don't just need to go inthe garbage.
Do a couple times a month andjust add that to your, add that

(17:44):
to your garden and it will gonuts.
All right, I can do that.
It will go nuts.
Um, yeah, of course you know yougot your your spring cleaning
in your garage.
It's always good to to cleanout your garage, which that
happened on me just because Imoved, um, by the way, the, the,
the creepers back in the garage.
Yeah, I'm all happy about that.
Yeah, yeah, got my, got my buttdragger in there.
I gotta do a little wrenchingon that.

(18:07):
That's a good spring thing.
Yeah, take it on your compoundand, freaking, start wrenching
on it a little bit.
Right, got a few things.
I gotta say, time we saw him, Iworked really hard on getting
you a permanent spot there withit.
Yeah, you did, it did go veryfar.
No, it didn't go far at all.
What else?
What else is exterior?

(18:27):
Well, dude, so you know, fencelines, cleaning up fence lines
it's a good time to power washyour house.
Yeah, cleaning off your, yoursiding oxidation and all the
different, just dust from thewindows.
Yeah, windows, exterior windowcleaning, absolutely.
So you know that's a good start.
But I mean, now's the time toalso to go in and do your spring
uh, uh, fertilizing.

(18:49):
Yes, you know that right now isthe time to go in, actually out
, and you know I live where Idon't have to deal with that but
I'm telling you I miss it and Imiss the you know, popping the
top off of a good old sudser andand going out and mowing the
lawn, but yeah, but you knowwhat I've, what I've seen, and
back when I, when I did have ayard, I had to take care of ifa

(19:10):
guys, I'm telling you they havea system.
Oh yeah, I guarantee you, ifyou buy their fertilizers and
you do it in the fall and in thespring you will have the
greenest lawn on the block.
Yep, and no weeds, right, yeah, they've got a system.
They've got it now, absolutely,Go to IFA, talk to the right

(19:31):
person, get onto their system.
Get your little chickies whileyou're there so you can raise
some chickies.
Right, get your little chickieswhile you're there so you can
raise some chickies.
Get your cow feed, but yeah, so, going through and doing all
that and then cutting back someof the bushes just the
overgrowth that happens annually, but I think a good power
washing, doing the windows likewe just talked about,

(19:53):
decluttering, because there'sjust stuff that blows into the
yard and and all of it, all ofit really impacts your garage,
right, right.
So that's, I would say thatwould be the.
It's also a good time lisi isgoing to love this, but it's
also a good time to to spray forbugs.
Oh yeah, I'm not kidding.
Yeah, that would be absolute.
Yes, that would 100.

(20:14):
Yeah, so foundation spray, because spiders are evil,
they'll eat your face, right?
I'm not quite as worried as youare about spying.
Oh my gosh, every time I seeone.
It's like 10 feet tall and it'sready to seriously eat my.
I've never seen such a toughwisp man.
I know some spiders and snakes.

(20:36):
I don't like them.
Such a tough wuss man I knowsome spiders and snakes.
I don't like them.
They're just creepy.
Yeah, they're not gonna hurtyou.
I watched this thing the otherday.
This dude was literally talkingabout the worlds.
He was, he was raiding him, theworld's most potent spiders
that, like, can really hurt you.
We have two of them here, andthis freaking dude was letting
these spiders bite him onpurpose, like he was grabbing

(20:58):
their butt and totally messingwith them to make them buy.
He's like oh, there it is, theyjust got me, oh my gosh, and
then he's walking around becausehis arms are going numb and
he's I'm just so what so do?
Is he trying to, like, build animmunity or was he just showing
that they're not that dangerous?
He's just a spider freaking nutand and like he was literally
going off and raiding thesespiders of.

(21:19):
Let's see how this one feels, right, wow, yeah, did he let a
black widow bite him?
I don't think he let a blackone or one of our brown recluses
, right, like, hey, dude, mylittle sister got bit by a brown
recluse and I just, I mean itwas right in her calf and she
had to keep going in and theyhad to keep scraping out the

(21:41):
dead.
Yeah, that it was killing, andI mean, literally, she now has
this major scar on on her.
I mean it was massive, like itwas crazy.
Yeah, don't, don't let spidersbite you.
No, I think that's a good one,though, yeah, sean doesn't like
spiders either.
No, not many people do likespiders.

(22:03):
No, I don't like them allrighty.
So, uh, we've done the outside.
What else?
What else can we?
What else can we include in thespring, in the springtime?
I think on the outside it's.
I think on the outside it'sjust like on the inside.
What about toys?
I would like rvs and boats andcover them, wash them, like yeah
.
But but I think it's anopportunity to declutter as well

(22:25):
.
Dude, big opportunity, yeahguys, wrap your arms around it,
man, declutter.
I promise you it's.
It's.
It is so rewarding when you'vedone it.
Less is more.
It makes everything feelcleaner and more enjoyable.
I mean it's, it really is agood thing you've done it.
Less is more.
It makes everything feelcleaner and more enjoyable.
I mean, it really is a goodthing.
You know, as soon as it warms upa little bit more, I'm all
about doing a huge garage saleand getting rid of a bunch of

(22:46):
crap.
I hate yard sales.
I do too, but you know what?
Why not?
Well, I'll tell you why.
I have an opinion.
All right, let's hear it.
You'll spend more money onsigns and more time putting it
out.
Then you'll just go donate it.
I think you go donate it tosavers, let them go make money
on it, or DI or whatever.

(23:08):
Yeah, and you know what?
You're timing money ahead.
I mean really Time and moneyahead and lots of aggravation.
Right, it is a lot of work.
I spent two days prepping for ayard sale a year ago with my ex
.
And no, no, no, no, I know wedid a big one.

(23:34):
We did a big one and I think atthe end of the day it was a few
hundred dollars.
Yeah, yeah, and it's kind ofweird watching people just
rummage through your shit.
That's true.
Yeah, you know what I mean.
And the stuff people actuallywant to cook, all right, people,
we're telling you right now, don't do the garage sale, just

(23:55):
go donate your stuff.
Well, I, we're telling youright now, don't do the garage
sale, just go donate your stuff.
I think my problem is whensomeone tries to buy something
you're like, eh, and they wantto try to wicker and dicker with
you.
I mean, it's already pennies onthe dollar.
You know the whole sayingsomebody wants something that
you have Right Makes you want itmore, right.
I don't do good with that.
I'm not shocked, dude.

(24:17):
Oh my gosh, like all of asudden I'm like, oh, they want
it, maybe I should keep that.
Yeah, I'm not good at it.
Yeah, well, you know, you'rejust.
I don't know.
It's your choice.
Guys, if you want to do theyard sale and make a few bucks,
then do the yard sale.
If not, still do it, just getrid of it.
Yeah, just load it up, take itdown to Savers, get rid of it.

(24:39):
It's quick and easy.
When you're filling it and youcan get rid of something, do it.
And remember we had Willie onhere.
This is a perfect time to giveWillie a call.
Look on our episodes at ExtraSpace.
I mean, he's got the trailersand the muscle to take anything
you need gone.

(25:00):
Do you recall what he chargesfor a load?
I have no idea, but we can findout.
Yeah, we need to.
I have somebody.
I'll refer him right now.
Yeah, absolutely so, willie, get on here and spat off buddy
and throw your number up there.
I wish I had thought it beforewe opened this up and didn't
think about it.
But reach out to me and I'llhook you up with Willie.

(25:21):
Do that.
And the reason being is, again, this is a part of our top 50.
You and I collaborating,someone in your 50 that I'm
going to be able to help referbusiness to, to help benefit.
And Willie's a stud man.
He really does take itpersonally.
It's, it's not just somebodycoming and picking your stuff up
.
He's such a personable kid.
Yeah, he's cool.

(25:42):
So willie schultz man, well, and, and he also can reach, like
, to the roof and grab stuff, right, I mean the kids like,
probably he could, probably hecould probably clean your
gutters, probably without myhand, without a ladder.
And what's crazy is his littlebrother, tyler's, even taller.
Oh my gosh, that's that familyis tall.
Yeah, yeah, well, way to go,matt.

(26:03):
Okay, so you know, your toys, like your RVs, and stuff Me
personally, a boat, I mean needto go through and do a good
spring cleaning, which I'm goingto be doing.
I've just been quick to warm upenough because I got to get all
my my.
I gotta get all my vinyl backin it.
Get a quick ducky rub down, ducky, duck.
Yeah, yeah, absolutely.

(26:24):
I can't wait some, I can't waitto be bobbing on the maybe do a
little wax on it.
Yeah, vax on, vax off, allrighty.
Uh, what else you got on thespring?
Yeah, just, uh, fresh.
You know, fresh coat of painton the fence.
You know, pressure wash, freshcoat of paint.
Um, you know, really it's againjust cutting back all the stuff

(26:45):
just to expose the yard.
Here's another good one for you,but unless it's an electric
mower, but change your sparkplugs.
Yeah, yeah, absolutely.
Get all your tools ready forthe season.
Right, yeah, your, your edgerand your and your trimmers, I
mean, if they're electric, thenturn them on.
But yeah, I just think that'sweird.

(27:05):
Electric yard tools well, nowadays, dude, it's just
battery, it's wireless, you justfreaking know.
I mean, I still think it's weird, dude, when I, when I was doing
the freaking rebuild, does thatfeel manly?
Does that feel manly?
The table saw yes, it does.
The table saw was with thebattery.
What about the noise of thatlittle engine?
You don't get to hear itanymore.
Now you go like, come on,that's not manly.

(27:27):
My blower's not my blower's abattery powered.
You got a battery poweredblower.
I do.
It blows really well, dude, leaves and shit out of my garage
.
Get your mind out of the gutter, aaron.
I know where you're trying togo.

(27:47):
This guy.
Oh, my bad geez.
All right.
So the big big deal, just alittle bit of time on Saturday.
Man, really, what it does Imean just talking about it it's
part of the energy of the summercompany.
Yeah, it is.
You know, it's like getting outand handling your stuff.
Getting out and handling youryard, getting it all ready.

(28:09):
The pride of ownership thatyou'll have Makes you feel good
it does.
I'm just talking about it'smaking me feel good, yeah, I
might go to kill it or somethinglike that.
You know, service your ac, your, your ac unit.
Yeah, it's always good to takeyour blower and blow all the
crap out of it, and and, and youknow maintenance, yep, so, yeah

(28:30):
.
So, guys, springtime, man, it's,it's just.
I love springtime, just thesmell in the air, and you know,
what I noticed is so, so, rightout of our windows there's is
this is this just a creek orwhat is this?
I don't know the name of the.
It is, but it's all runoff.
It was interesting.
A week ago there was none, itwas dry.
Now, now it's full.
Yeah, it's going, not full, butit's.
I mean, it's cranking, it'sgoing.

(28:51):
I, uh, I saw that our snowpackwere at 102 or 105% of average.
But, more importantly, all ofour bodies of water, all the
reservoirs, are much, muchbetter conditioned for the start
of the year.
Yeah, last year we had majorrunoff, but they were so low.
I mean, pineview was damn nearempty.
Yeah, playing catch up.
But I watched a thing the otherday and they were talking about

(29:13):
how the reservoirs are muchfuller to begin with.
So that's good, it's way good.
All right, it's going to be agood boating season.
I can't even wait.
It's going to be so much fun, can't even wait, all right.
So we talked about the spring.

You know, like this, the speeddating concept, where you know
we blow a horn or somethingevery 10 or 15 minutes and and
everybody has to switch andstart talking to somebody else,
switch, uh.

(31:22):
But we also have, on the 26thwe have an easter egg.

things like that that are goingon but it'll be a lot of fun.
That's the 26th of April Shaunasaid get your mind out of the

(31:44):
gutter.

place to go and they actuallyhave two of them guys so, if
you're up north, they're doingone up north in Layton, I
believe, and one down here, andwe can give you the dates and
give you the tickets becausewe're sponsoring it.

(32:06):

free.
Yep, we'd love to see if you alot of people don't come out
because they have kids andPeople don't come out because
they have kids and it's aweeknight, typically on our
mixer.
This will be a good opportunityto bring the kids and enjoy it.
Yeah, and if you came to ourHalloween one, it was fun, it
really was a lot of fun.
Yeah, it was.
So it's collaborative, so it'llbe around other teams in the

(32:27):
office.
I mean they're going to havefood trucks, yeah, I mean it's
going to be a blast, fun thingsfor the kids.
Yeah, and they're doing an egghunt with the kids, yeah, so
