tear it.
So I'm excited.
I'm excited about the wholecoaching and everything going on
(01:49):

be what takes it over the top
for us, and you know what I?
Speaker 1 (01:54):
dug yesterday is that
George kept saying man, this is
good, this is good.
Speaker 2 (01:58):

Yeah, we do have a couple newlistings that we have gone live
with this week which areexciting.
The one over in Bluffdale thatjust went live yesterday yes sir
, I just can't believe theactivity we're already having.
It's a big 4,200 square foothouse over in Day Ranch.
I can't believe the price yeah,it was a Woodside home.
(02:20):
The guy worked for for Woodsidejust upgraded the home to the
nines.
It's beautiful.
So holding an open housetomorrow $11,200.
Speaker 1 (02:28):
What's the?
Speaker 2 (02:29):
price $825,000.
It's 4,200 square feet.
Speaker 1 (02:33):
How much is that a
square foot dude?
Speaker 2 (02:34):
Just shy of $200 a
foot.
Wow, and it's a nice home.
It's got some great features.
They did zero escape in thebackyard, nice scape in the
backyard.
They upgraded the kitchen withall the high-end appliances and
all that.
It really feels like amillion-dollar house.
Wow, well, it probably is.
And then we have the WestJordan property, the little
(02:55):
gated community.
It feels like a 55 and older.
It's quiet, really pretty.
It's got a little creek thatruns out the back door.
Also doing an open house 11 to2 as well tomorrow.
Speaker 1 (03:01):
Nice.
Yeah, you know, I've got acouple clients I'm working with.
One is a younger gal,first-time homebuyer, really
working hard to try to keep herpayment where she needs it.
So I'm looking for some sellerfinance.
So if anybody out there knowsof any seller finance in the
(03:21):
$300,000 mark, hit me up, baby.
Speaker 2 (03:25):
Condo or townhome,
anything, anything, kay,
anything.
Speaker 1 (03:29):
Got one.
Our guest has one, heber Nice.
That might not work.
Okay, heber, might not work, and we'll let you guys in on the
little secret here in a minute, but I'm keeping it a secret for
now.
Okay, because this is going tobe fun.
Speaker 2 (03:42):
No one's going to
watch us after we turn the
camera on.
I know Suckers.
Speaker 1 (03:46):
So we're going to get
as much time as we can A little
FaceTime action before we turnthe clock over.
That's right.
All right, sons of bitches,I'll just go ahead and do it.
Bam, look who we got on theshow today.

Speaker 3 (04:02):

Speaker 1 (04:03):
Tiani and Julie from
Little Miracles.

I love this, love, love, lovethis program.
Speaker 2 (04:10):
Tiani's also a
powerhouse agent in our valley.
Speaker 1 (04:12):
She is Very respected
she just made a killer change.
Speaker 4 (04:14):
She does a ton of
good stuff, thank you.
She's on Real Estate.
Speaker 1 (04:16):
Essentials now with
Jay Deere and she's hot time.
Speaker 3 (04:22):
Wait what was that
hot time Wait, what was that Hot
time?
Okay, I like it.
Speaker 2 (04:26):
Yeah she's the big
deal man.
So what I've seen?
She'll list a house and shejust dials it.
I mean, makes it gorgeous, sells the hell out of it, does a
good job, oh my gosh.
Speaker 1 (04:37):
Very well respected
in our market.
Matter of fact, one of thehouses on our past episodes and
on a lot of my social media isher house.
I love your stuff on there.
Thank you, man.
That house is so cool.
I wish I had an extra one point.
Speaker 2 (04:50):
whatever laying
around that I could I hear you.
That house has my name writtenall over it.
Speaker 1 (04:55):
Yeah, it does, it's
just out of my budget.
Speaker 3 (04:57):
Mine too Right.
Speaker 1 (04:59):
But what a cool
property, thank you, it's fun,
it was fun it was a good oneDifferent.
So, yeah, let's talk about wegot you on here, let's talk
about it, little Miracles guys.
So here's what the deal is.
I've known Tiani for I don'tknow how many years, long, long,
long time and she started withsome other girls.
(05:20):
I think it was originally justyou, wasn't it?
Speaker 3 (05:24):
With Little Miracles.
Speaker 1 (05:24):
Yeah, lisa.
Oh, lisa was there from thebeginning.
Speaker 2 (05:28):
Wasn't she going to
be on today she?
Speaker 1 (05:29):
was, but she drove.
No, she was driving, and itjust didn't work out.
Speaker 2 (05:36):
She's my friend, I'm
just teasing her.
Speaker 1 (05:43):
So, anyways, lisa,
childers and Tiani started this
Little Miracles.
Basically, what it is is theyfind families here in the Valley
, uh, that that are the one thatI specifically helped out on
big time was, uh, a lady Ibelieve she was single that had
a whole bunch of foster kids andyeah, I mean, I actually, I
(06:03):
actually have a, I have someonefor you, yeah, yeah, like 10
kids, she, she adopted a familyand a lot of kids were special
needs kids.
And what, what the?
Basically, what their programis is they've got all kinds of
trades people and all kinds ofpeople that come in and over a
day, maybe two at the the most, they completely go in and
(06:27):
renovate their home, likecompletely, like it's major it
is pretty major something.
Speaker 3 (06:32):
It's freaking major.
Speaker 1 (06:34):
So and then they they
have a big presentation.
I'll play some videos here andwhatnot, but you just got to
feel so warm and fuzzy aboutthis.
Speaker 2 (06:43):
Oh it's great, it's
great hearing from you about it,
but I want to hear Actually.
Speaker 3 (06:48):
I remember that I was
just giving my experience.
Speaker 4 (06:51):
That's how he felt.
Speaker 2 (06:53):
He felt warm and
fuzzy.
He sat right down over there.
Big guy, if you don't starttalking, he won't let you, not
ever.
Speaker 3 (06:58):
It's okay, I'm the
same way.
Speaker 1 (07:00):
So I just wanted to
open up and say what.
Little Miracles was and what myexperience was with it.
So take over, gals.
Talk to us about LittleMiracles, give us the one-two
wham-bam.
Speaker 3 (07:13):
The one-two wham-bam.
Okay, well, yes, we've beendoing Little Miracles around
Utah for 11 years now.
October of 2013, I think 2012maybe is when we started and
honestly, yeah, the idea wasjust I was sharing with you a
little bit how it started.
It was honestly just me kind oftalking out loud one day and
(07:34):
just saying, oh, it would be funto do this.
You hear about all these greatcharities and my old business
partner Randy had an awesome onein Brazil that people would go
do these humanitarian trips andhave great experiences.
And my teenage son was kind ofgoing through a little you know
normal teenage stuff and he said, why don't you go to Brazil and
(07:55):
do one of these trips with them?
And it just got the ballrolling in my mind that, like
that's awesome, but how come wedon't do something here?
Speaker 1 (08:03):
that we can do more
than once and our friends can go
Participate in our community.
Speaker 3 (08:07):
Yeah, so that just
lit a fire to say let's do it,
and it was really.
You know, we all have somethingto give right.
I love decorating houses andfixing them up, cleaning them up
, doing little things, and Ijust was talking to a friend,
Melissa, actually at the time aperson- that said and said let's
just do this, let's just pick amom, a single mom.
We were both single parents atthe time, so we felt compassion
(08:30):
towards the single parent issues.
Dads, moms, whatever You'rewearing a lot of hats when
you're a single parent.
Speaker 2 (08:40):
House maintenance
always is on top of the house.
I mean right.
Speaker 3 (08:42):
Yeah, that's a lot of
times exactly the first thing
Mom power.
Speaker 1 (08:47):
It's an amazing
legitimate thing.
Speaker 3 (08:50):
It's true.
Speaker 1 (08:52):
Men do not have it.
Speaker 4 (08:54):
Well, they do.
It's just a little different,it's easier for If you're put in
a situation where you have to,but moms just naturally do it.
Mama bears.
Speaker 1 (09:02):
Mama bears.
Speaker 4 (09:03):
You've got to just
step up.
Speaker 3 (09:03):
I think what a mother
has is this instinct to know
that the home is a sanctuary andyou want your kids to feel safe
.
You want your kids to want tobe there.
You want their friends to bethere.
Speaker 4 (09:16):
I always did.
Speaker 3 (09:17):
I want them to want
to come here and be at home so I
can be around them and I wantthem to feel good there.
And it's hard when you're aworking single parent and you're
doing a million things.
Sometimes the home is the thingthat goes you know, so the idea
was just like every mom I know, single mom, every family,
(09:38):
actually it doesn't matter.
You have a list of honey do'sright.
You know that are always nagginglittle things that aren't
getting so our, our initial ideawas let's just try to fix the
honeydews with our friends andmaybe do their laundry and let
them go have a nice day togetherbecause, honestly, uh, you've
advanced way past that way pastwell we definitely have but
that's only because that justspeaks to how many good people
(10:01):
the trades people that have comein to help out, like Fox and
whoever.
Well, to this day, we startevery project like we started
the first.
We've never been funded byanyone and there's something
magical about just relying onwhatever comes in.
That also helps.
Whoever nominated the personfeel a real part of the process,
because we get them involvedand say, okay, awesome, we want
(10:23):
to help you, help your friend, your family member.
Speaker 1 (10:26):
Raise money and
that's well and
Speaker 3 (10:28):
a lot of times it's
not always money, it's who do
you know that can help with thefloor rain?
Who do you know that knows howto paint?
Who do you know that you knowwants to come help out in the
yard?
And we just kind of divide andconquer and we never promise
anything, which allows us tojust allow the creative hands of
volunteers around to getinvolved and see what we can
(10:50):
create.
Speaker 2 (10:50):
I think that's the
miracle part.
Speaker 3 (10:51):
It is the miracle
because at the end of the day,
aaron, like any parent knows,it's a pretty dang good day to
come home and have your laundryall done, your house cleaned.
Speaker 1 (10:59):
I agree.
Speaker 3 (11:00):
And you just had a
great day with your kids.
So whatever happens above, thatis just ice.
Speaker 1 (11:06):
So I'm going to do
this multiple times while we're
talking.
Give me two seconds here.
I just put up the slide.
Guys, it's a QR code.
It goes directly to LittleMiracles Donate.
Speaker 2 (11:18):
Our mixer this
Thursday is centered around this
, so our entire 50s that arecoming out this is what we're
focusing on is.
Speaker 1 (11:25):
this is our charity
this month, and so we'll see
what we can put together.
If you've got and you know what, it doesn't matter how much if
you've got a dollar if you'vegot five dollars what I'm?
Speaker 4 (11:33):
hearing is, if you
have energy and if you have time
yeah time, uh, but we alsoeverything, everything I've ever
learned.
Speaker 2 (11:40):
This is where actual
fulfillment comes from.
I I mean tossing cash will work, but if you want to really get
feeling good, probably come help.
Speaker 3 (11:49):
Yeah, exactly, right,
exactly.
I could sit here all day andtell you stories of that very
thing.
And there's a reason most ofour projects, half of them, are
kids and teenagers, because theycome out and they feel
something.
At the end of the day, theyknow they really made a
difference.
Speaker 1 (12:05):
Instead of staring at
their phone or their video game
all damn day.
Speaker 2 (12:07):
John Gailey, just a
couple weeks ago, I think, was
involved with one.
Yeah he's been amazing.
Speaker 4 (12:12):
Yeah, he's done a lot
, and we do have a lot of
volunteers, so funding is greattoo, because we have a lot of
submissions.
You can't buy the paint, youcan't buy the flooring, you
can't yeah we have a lot ofsubmissions and it could just
allow us to help more people.
Speaker 2 (12:26):
Right, so that's
great too Absolutely.
Speaker 1 (12:30):
We have sometimes
hundreds of volunteers.
We want them to donate both, yeah, money and time.
Speaker 4 (12:34):
Or whatever someone's
able to do, but the majority of
our volunteers.
Speaker 3 (12:37):
Yeah, and you had
mentioned when we started.
You may know someone.
What's really cool, guys, is ifyou nominate someone that your
group knows, then you're goingto want to show up, you're
showing up, you're showing upRally your friends, you know
what You'll never forget itRight.
And anyone that's involved inthe process.
You know, when we started thisit was like oh, I hope we can
help some moms get their housestaken care of, or whatever.
(12:58):
But the very first project Imean we realized the bigger
picture here was the connectionthat everybody was getting from
one another, from being there.
Speaker 1 (13:10):
The service is great.
Speaker 3 (13:11):
You need that because
it keeps you busy, but this
connection of other people thatwe all have stuff we're going
through, we all have challenges.
There's kids there who losttheir dad and you know they meet
someone who did.
Speaker 4 (13:22):
Now these kids have a
purpose for showing up and
helping these other kids getthrough it and like what it does
to people is incredible, andwhen you submit a name, you're
more involved like you're,you're in it like it's more
important to you it feels, youknow, like a mission that you're
on love it.
Speaker 1 (13:40):
You're more invested,
love it, love it, love it.
So talk, tell me just I meanjust shortly, what does.
I was looking for the word but,but the process, once
somebody's nominated, and youkind of go through this whole
process and I'm sure they're notall the same, but just give me
an idea of once that person'snominated, you guys have chosen
(14:01):
that person from start to finish.
Roughly how long?
Speaker 3 (14:04):
Okay, I'll start, and
then you.
The only rule we have withlittle miracles is you can't
nominate yourself.
Speaker 1 (14:10):
Got it.
Speaker 3 (14:10):
Truly, that's the
only Dang it.
We typically you need some help.
No, you'd be surprised, butwhat that does is why do you
want some?
help.
We do simple dads.
Oh yeah, we do a lot.
It's a little different.
We do a lot for Christmas time, you know, but don't have.
(14:31):
But our website,littlemiraclesutahorg, has a
nomination tab and people justgo on there and they tell us a
little bit about who they wantto nominate and why.
And this is a unique foundation, because a lot of charities
have a very visible cause.
There's cancer, there's youknow all kinds of things.
It's very visible and they'rewonderful causes.
(14:53):
And Little Miracles isdifferent because it's not
always visible.
Some needs are very obvious, some aren't.
It's neighbors helpingneighbors.
Speaker 1 (15:04):
Got it.
It's a lot more intimate, itsounds like, just because of
those little intricacies.
Speaker 3 (15:10):
Well, and also and
internal.
Yeah, internal Nine out of 10times we have to convince the
person to let us do this.
Speaker 1 (15:17):
Right, because
they're not used to it.
Speaker 2 (15:19):
They feel like
there's someone that needs it
more than me, which is whythey're in that position
typically, but they need support.
Sometimes it's hard to receive.
Speaker 3 (15:27):
Yeah, and you know
what we say Because they yeah.
Sure, there's always peoplethat need it more, but you know
what?
It's just your turn today.
Speaker 1 (15:33):
Right, it's just your
turn.
I love that, your turn.
Speaker 3 (15:37):
Yeah, you know, and
we are mindful.
Sometimes they're pretty majorprojects and we are there for a
couple days and sometimes it'snot.
The need is more, just theconnection.
Right We'd scale it back and wedon't do quite as much,
depending on what that is, butthey're all beautiful.
Speaker 1 (15:54):
Yeah, I love it.
Speaker 3 (15:55):
It's not a two-hour
project or a full 48-hour.
Speaker 4 (15:58):
Yeah, because you can
go and you can look at a house
and you can say, wow, this houseis nicer than mine.
Speaker 3 (16:04):
Right.
Speaker 4 (16:05):
Right, but that's not
what it's about.
Like on the, but that's notwhat it's about.
On the outside, visually itlooks like, oh, this person, why
do they?
Speaker 2 (16:11):
need help.
Yeah, they're sad.
Speaker 4 (16:11):
But it's not.
It's about this person isstruggling inside.
They're struggling internally.
They've gone through a reallytragic event.
A travesty has occurred intheir life and they need support
, like moral support.
They need people to feel likethey have friends around them,
that people that that care andin the end, they're so grateful.
(16:32):
Even though they didn't wantsomebody to step in and help out
, they realized how much theyactually needed someone to step
in and help out to give themthat, that you know, just energy
to move forward in their lives.
Speaker 1 (16:45):
Or that, that
direction, for lack of a better
word, just support.
You know, we as humans we're,naturally we need that
connection.
Like not having it is not good.
Speaker 4 (17:01):
Yeah, I can actually
think of two projects that we
did where the single moms saidit was the first night that they
were ever able to sleeppeacefully in there.
Like they had never had a nightthat they could sleep, you know
, through the night.
Wow, and it was the first time.
Speaker 1 (17:18):
Well, it's such a
great cause and and you know,
I've always tooted your horn andand thought it was amazing, and
and I'm just I'm, I'm ecstaticand so happy that we're doing
this as our charity for ourmixers.
Speaker 2 (17:32):
When's the next
actual event going on?
Speaker 3 (17:35):
We don't actually
have a project on the calendar
yet.
We're trying to get one.
It'll probably be late May Okay.
Speaker 4 (17:43):
So we're still
looking at nominations, so feel
free to hop on and nominate.
Speaker 3 (17:47):
We love to do, one we
usually try to shoot for four
projects like that a year.
We do a lot of little things inbetween, but May is what we're
shooting for.
Speaker 2 (17:56):
Like literally 10
kids took on an entire family.
That saw family members passed,wow.
And I went to their home acouple weeks ago.
It was like three to a room, wow.
I mean it was incredible.
Speaker 3 (18:09):
Okay, get on there.
Incredible what you know.
That's what the other thing welike to do is make sure it all,
everything we do, goes back tothe kids.
I mean, there's a lot of kidsthat are growing up in tough
situations of no fault of theirown, you know, and they're.
They're the ones that sufferwhen there's divorce, and
they're going back and forth andthey don't have all the things,
(18:29):
or a death or anything, yeah.
A lot of things.
So it's, it's amazing what,what?
Learning a little about eachone of these kids what they like
to do what their favorite color?
is all these little?
Speaker 1 (18:42):
things even though
it's strangers often this is one
of my favorite pictures.
It's got the girls together andthe one girl was is my favorite
pictures.
Speaker 3 (18:50):
It's got the the
girls together, and the one girl
was is happily crying oh yeah,oh, that was a beautiful project
.
Speaker 4 (18:53):
The, the brothers
loved the royale oh yeah and um
oh, I did the room for the thereal about just feeling the love
.
Sorry.
Yeah, the boys love his namehe's really good.
Speaker 3 (19:03):
Yeah, so don't.
And he retired.
Speaker 4 (19:05):
He was hiding in the
closet oh man popped out and
these little boys about diedbecause they're heroes in that
closet, yeah, and all this.
Speaker 3 (19:14):
I know I feel really
bad, you guys would.
It starts with an R.
Speaker 4 (19:17):
But he donated a
jersey and we framed it.
It starts with an R.
Speaker 3 (19:28):
So he was so excited
to walk in his room.
Speaker 2 (19:30):
You know they had a
little bunk.
Speaker 1 (19:31):
Oh, it was such a
beautiful moment.
Wow, wow, yeah, okay, I'm goingto play a quick video.
All right, we can just all kindof watch and listen.
Speaker 3 (19:40):
It's all about just
feeling the love.
Yeah, I can probably warn you,I'll be just fine.
Yeah, no offense to me, we aregoing to know what's happening
right now.
Speaker 1 (20:00):
Let's go.
No offense to you.
Travel on if you feel likehappiness is the truth, because
I'm happy If you feel likehappiness is you.
Oh my God, I can't believe it.
I can't believe it.
We're a Little Miracles familyand we love you to death.
(20:23):
And let's get rowdy, let's go.
Speaker 4 (20:37):
Awesome man.
Awesome man, that's hisnomination.
That was his nomination.
Speaker 1 (20:39):
That gives me chills,
ladies yeah, that just gave me
chills too, watching that againbecause that project was so
amazing.
Speaker 2 (20:42):
I mean, they all are
let's be honest, you guys get
super attached to all of it, huhlike super connected and the
people and they usually comeback and and help with the next
they do, yeah actually that'sprobably one of the most amazing
things.
Speaker 3 (20:57):
I mean the family we
did the very first project for.
I mean she's five kids workingtwo, three jobs.
They they're her kids, grew upin little Miracles.
They came to every project.
Speaker 4 (21:08):
They're just a big
part of it.
They're just a big part of thefamily.
Speaker 3 (21:10):
For years and years
they came and it's been amazing.
A lot of kids, fox's kids, havegrown up in this project in
this environment and it'samazing who they are as people
because of it, because of whatthey learned, oh man.
Pretty cool.
Speaker 1 (21:26):
So I'll just talk
about next Thursday.
It is our luxury agency mixer, and since it's March St.
Patty's month and three days.
Speaker 2 (21:40):
He gets super excited
about all this.
We're going to see him inspecial attire probably.
Speaker 1 (21:43):
Yeah, probably.
Speaker 3 (21:44):

, or we were.
We moved back to Centerville, where we lived previously, and
every morning I have this, thisthree mile plus walk, and and I
like it because it's up thisfreaking hill that whoops my ass
(23:38):
which, if you're going to do itdo it.
Yeah, and this morning I wasdriving and there's a school
right there and and a schoolzone and that's the same lady
that is always out theredirecting the traffic.
And I was just thinking thismorning man, I'm so glad Springs
here so I can start doing mynormal routine and walk, and I
love this lady because shealways waves at me.
I love it.
Speaker 2 (23:59):
Yeah, she's happy to
be there, huh.
Speaker 1 (24:02):
Yeah so no, I'm
excited to be back there and I'm
excited for spring and a lot ofstuff.
Speaker 2 (24:08):
Man, it's the energy

of stuff.
Man.
The energy is building.
Spring and summer Energy isbuilding.
Speaker 3 (24:12):
It does feel like a
good we're heading into a good
year.
It's a great year it was atough last year for some of us.
Speaker 1 (24:19):
It sure was.
Speaker 4 (24:20):
But guess what?
Speaker 1 (24:22):
You said earlier in
my office that you felt like you
needed to kind of mix things upso that you could grow.
Get uncomfortable.
I freaking love that.
Getting uncomfortable isseriously, it's hard.
Speaker 2 (24:34):
It's actually one of
his little.
It's hard, but I love it.
Yeah, he's a change agent man.
Man, I love it For sure.
Speaker 3 (24:40):
It's why I forced
myself to switch brokerages.
Everyone thought what was wrong?
Nothing, Nothing's wrong.
Speaker 1 (24:45):
You just want to grow
.
I knew I needed to getuncomfortable.
You needed.
A kick in the ass is what youneeded, exactly.
Speaker 4 (24:51):
And she roped me into
it.
So, I just became a real estateagent.
Speaker 2 (24:55):
She just worked her
life.
We're teaming up Very cool, yeah, congrats.
Speaker 4 (24:59):
All the stuff she
doesn't want to do.
I know she just throw it at me.
Speaker 1 (25:02):
So you're both over
at Real Estate Essentials.
Speaker 3 (25:05):
She just finished her
test this week, so she's
getting to be over there tooGood for you, congrats.
Speaker 1 (25:11):
Yeah, I know, damn it
.
I was trying to recruit themover here but I just wasn't.
I guess, pushy enough, dang it,you weren't.
Speaker 2 (25:17):
Well, they just saw
that they didn't have a beard.
Well, come join us, yeah.
Speaker 1 (25:24):
Well, right now,
we're happy where we're at and a
lot of good things arehappening and, uh, you know what
it's, it's, it's all good, youknow you know what?
Speaker 3 (25:32):
you had your own
little shake up.
You're telling me about it, yougot it.
Speaker 4 (25:34):
You did it within
your own little group.
Speaker 3 (25:36):
I mean, yeah, I'm all
about bloom where you're
planted, you know don't go I Italk to my kids a lot about that
because it's kind of shockinghow kids and athletes no offense
anyone out there does this.
They jump school so much andthey're looking for the better
team.
Speaker 1 (25:50):
And then I just
didn't grow up that way yeah,
just just make, wherever you aretoday even if it's hard, and
always make everyone else wantto come to you.
Speaker 3 (25:59):
That's how I, like,
grew up thinking like make it
the best you possibly can andgood things happen no, I totally
agree, man, I'm comfortablemakes you grow.
Speaker 1 (26:08):
I'm a big.
Get uncomfortable, yeah, because you will grow.
Speaker 4 (26:11):
It's not fun in the
moment.
Speaker 1 (26:13):
It's not.
It's like you spend a lot oftime in the bathroom, but man,
it's satisfying.
Speaker 2 (26:19):
I already do.
Speaker 4 (26:20):
Right, you get
nervous.
You get nervous.
It's time to go on the court.
Speaker 1 (26:25):
Oh my hell, time to
go in that seriously is funny.
Speaker 2 (26:29):
Girls don't go to the
bathroom, no, don't ruin it for
us All.
Speaker 1 (26:32):
Right, I got to do a
shout out, because this is
happening tomorrow night and Iwas actually talking to you guys
about this you know how big ofa music guy I am and tomorrow
night at the state room.
I would say you're probably 90%in.
I'm in queue my night's free.
I told Licia that I had put youon notice, but that I would
(26:54):
much rather snuggle up to herthan you.
Speaker 4 (26:57):
That makes sense.
Speaker 1 (26:58):
I'm warmer.
Sorry, dude, imagine that Ican't get my arms all the way
around you.
Speaker 4 (27:04):
He's like a teddy
bear.
Speaker 1 (27:06):
I'm built for
snuggling man, all right, so at
the st, at the state room, albert Cummings guys.
I mean I know I'm a blues dudeand a lot of people aren't, but
I actually Drove two years agoto Boise In a major like massive
Snowstorm.
Speaker 2 (27:20):
I felt bad declining
that visit.
It was a Crazy snowstorm.
Speaker 1 (27:25):
Freeway shut down,
multi-car pile up, snowstorm,
and I drove to Boise to go andlisten to this cat play.
And, anyways, our Cummings isat the State Room and I
guarantee you there's stilltickets, because it's Utah and
Bob Weiner, adam, buy a ticket.
(27:46):
Come with us.
Yeah, anybody and everybody outthere.
I promise you.
I promise you, if you come tothis show, you're going to leave
a new fan, because this guy isamazing.
Speaker 3 (27:57):
It's quite an
endorsement.
I like it.
Speaker 1 (28:00):
Well, I've got some
of my favorites.
Tab Benoit is another.
Just like.
I would recommend for anybodyto go to a Tab Benoit concert
because he is just that good.
This guy is right there, sogood, good, good concert.
Speaker 4 (28:13):
There's nothing like
the blues.
It's just this feeling that themusic gives you.
It just takes you back, yeah.
Speaker 1 (28:19):
And you know what's
weird is?
I think that we've actuallytalked about this, because even
back in the day, you know, whenI was just an adolescent and I
was so drawn, wasn't it ZZ, youtold me that so drawn, I mean ZZ
Top was one of my favorites.
Led Zeppelin, just all these.
If you really listen to theirmusic, it's blues, it's blues
(28:43):
music.
Now they tout it as rock androll, but listen to any Led
Zeppelin song that's back fromthe day it's blues straight up.
100 so hang on, you'll hear ityou'll hear it and, and you know
I watch all kinds of programsabout music and and whatnot, and
and I mean I've heard therolling stones and just any
(29:05):
major band that we all know of.
Right now they give credit tothe blues.
That's where rock and rollstarted, that's where country
started, that's where.
So anyways, I'm a huge bluesfan.
Everybody should come outtomorrow and let's get a big
crowd for freaking Albert Plus.
It's fun.
We just have fun.
Speaker 2 (29:25):
We'll be there, so
come out with us any of our 50

till whenever, so it doesn'tmatter.

You absolutely do not have todrink.
You can be mormon and come intoa bar in a nice experience and
there is nothing wrong with it,guys.
(35:19):
There's nothing wrong with it.
The whole entire reason that wedo these at a bar is because it
is such a great platform for usand they always take care of us
and let's be honest, it worksfor us, for Events.
Speaker 2 (35:36):
Monetarily and just
for the money side of it and for
our events and for it helps usbe able to do it in frequency,
because it's Because we don'thave to go and rent a place.
Did you know?
Speaker 4 (35:45):
the garage has that
too.
Speaker 1 (35:47):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (35:47):
The garage has such a
nice place upstairs.

new one down there in Saratoga
Springs.

Yeah, okay, it's
beautiful.
Okay, yeah, we'll do it.

Well, I just I had somebodythat I know reach out to me and
(36:17):
specifically said that theydon't drink and that's why they
don't come.
So I just want to put out themessage and make sure that we
are crystal crystal clear.
This isn't just a big, freakingdrinking party.
That's not what this is.
It is absolutely amazingbecause you're around a bunch of
amazing people.
It's a networking opportunityand it's an opportunity to get
to know ladies like these andprograms they put together that
(36:37):
you can go out and startsupporting.
That's what it's all about.
Speaker 2 (36:41):
If you're in an
ancillary business title
mortgage, all these differentthings come out as well.
