Speaker 1 (00:21):
Hey, hey, hey people.
Good morning and welcome toBeards on the Street.
My name is Perry Dean and I amlive down in Cave Creek, az.
How you doing A-Ron?
Speaker 2 (00:37):
Hey, good man, just
back holding down the fort here
in Salt Lake, and I love it.
You're out loving on one ofyour 50s, aren't you?
Speaker 1 (00:47):
I am Mr Todd, taking
good care of my boy.
Speaker 2 (00:52):
And sorry for the
background noise guys.
Speaker 1 (00:55):
Of course, right when
we're starting the program, the
landscaper showed up andstarted blowing everything.
Speaker 2 (01:03):
Just how it goes.
That's how it is.
Hey, show us how much you loveyour friend.
That's love, dude.
Yeah, we were talking.
We were talking.
Manual labor is for the birds, isn't?
Speaker 1 (01:22):
it Manual labor is
for the birds man.
I Manual labor is for the birdsman.
I'm just people that work likethat hard for a living.
They're amazing dude.
Yeah, I agree with that man.
Like I seriously feel like I'vebeen rode hard and put up wet.
Speaker 2 (01:40):
You're a rented pack
mule.
Huh I am.
Speaker 1 (01:45):
Todd's got me working
like a rented mule.
Speaker 2 (01:49):
That's all right,
that's awesome.
So what you been up to thisweek?
Speaker 1 (01:52):
Holy cow.
So Todd bought a commercialbuilding down here.
Actually, how did?
Speaker 2 (02:00):
it start.
Speaker 1 (02:01):
You sold a commercial
building right, I sold a
commercial building for him andthen he 1031'd exchanged it into
this property down in Arizona.
Todd also has a home here inCave Creek.
It's actually where I'm atright this minute and, yeah,
that's how Todd rolls man whenhe buys something, he wants to
(02:24):
make it to his standards.
So we've been, you know, I'vebeen staining wood that's on the
outside of the building.
I've been digging holes, I'vebeen pushing dirt in a
wheelbarrow, I've been you nameit, and all the above changing
out light bulbs, fixing bulbs, fixing light bulbs.
(02:46):
Uh, we redid two full bathrooms, uh, basically with paint and
decorations and stuff hanging onthe walls and new vanities.
So I've been, I've been jack ofall trades, doing all kinds of
stuff down here that's awesomeand just getting to spend some
(03:09):
good time with one of your bestfriends well, and that's it.
I've traveled this world withTodd and been to places that I
absolutely never would have goneto without him, so you know
what.
That's what this VIP 50 is allabout.
It's about serving your people,and that's it.
Period.
Yep, whatever it is that youneed to do to serve them, that's
(03:31):
what you do.
Speaker 2 (03:34):
You know, and how
many others of his friends are
there with him?
Just me Exactly.
Actually, you know, actually, and this is not the first time
when he bought this house downhere.
Speaker 1 (03:50):
I spent a week down
here with him working on this
house.
Speaker 2 (03:55):
Realize this, but I
was built for manual labor.
I don't like it, but I wasbuilt for it.
Speaker 1 (04:02):
Well, apparently,
apparently I've got sissy la la
hands because, yeah, thatwheelbarrow, so I have to.
It's kind of cool.
I'll explain this.
So Todd's a pretty amazingartist, right, and he bought
this two-inch foam and he cutout this lizard that's about 12
(04:24):
or 14 feet long out of threesheets, three, four and a half,
by eight foot sheets Actuallyit's longer than that because
it's it's longer than two sheets, so 16, it's probably pushing
20 feet long.
But he cuts out this lizard outof it and then, oh, it says
(04:48):
you're live.
You're live right now.
Speaker 2 (04:50):
I know.
Speaker 1 (04:51):
Nice.
Speaker 2 (04:53):
Yeah.
We got it and we're, and we'rein two different States.
Speaker 1 (04:57):
Exactly.
Anyways, he, uh, he cut outthis lizard and and we're going
to pour it's basically a form sothat we can pour.
We can pour a, this decorativelizard on a walk area, and so I
have to dig out, I basicallyhave to dig down about hey,
(05:19):
thank you, donnie Gamble.
I love you, brother, I missyour face.
Bro, matter of fact, you and Ineed to connect.
That's a really good friend ofmine, that that from from back
in the day when I lived up inLayton, it was commenting so I
appreciate you, donnie.
Anyways, uh, I've been having todig out down about four to six
inches and then we'll put thatform on top, which is two inches
(05:42):
, and then this afternoon we'regoing to pour cement into that
form and it will be the shape ofthe lizard.
And then Todd's got thesereally cool decorative so
there'll be stripes on thelizard and he's got colored
rocks that we'll put in thosestripes and then he's going to
take black rock and put it allaround it.
So it's this pathway in thisreal cool decorative area, and
(06:08):
it's just how Todd rolls.
You know, it's totalArizona-looking stuff and then
he'll take it.
Speaker 2 (06:15):
Sorry, I was going to
ask you is that?
Does he?
Is he going to shave it andshape a lizard?
And so is it going to?
Is it like they do with thegrottos and whatnot?
I mean, Brandon's pool grottowas built from styrofoam and
then they covered it withconcrete, right?
Speaker 1 (06:34):
Is that what he's
doing?
Is that?
Speaker 2 (06:36):
what he's doing.
Speaker 1 (06:37):
Yeah, and he'll take
a grinder and grind the edges
down and put marks in it.
And, trust me, it's going to bepretty badass when he's done
with it, for sure.
That's great, that's cool.
I can't wait to see what hedoes.
Yeah, and then we put blackrock around the edges and and we
already I mean when, when whenwe first got here, this it's
almost like an island in themiddle of the parking lot, right
(06:59):
, and it just was a big kind ofmound of dirt with some cactus
in it and just a bunch of scrubstuff, and so we totally cleaned
all of that out of there.
And then Todd had a couple ofguys come in and they basically
dug.
It almost looks like a for lackof a better word like a ditch
(07:22):
that goes down.
And then he had rock brought in.
Speaker 2 (07:27):
And so it's a water.
Speaker 1 (07:27):
It's actually a
router water retention probably
it's not, it's all decorative, but it looks like a creek going
down through this hill.
It's really cool.
He did it.
He did an amazing job on it,very cool, so yeah.
So this is this is uh, this isjust an extension of that, and
we've got mud.
That's why I was a little lateis because I was ordering the
(07:50):
mud to get delivered today at 1o'clock.
Wow.
Speaker 2 (07:58):
And between all that
we're running a big class.
Speaker 1 (08:01):
Got our coaching.
Speaker 2 (08:03):
Yeah, we've got a big
coaching class.
Speaker 1 (08:06):
We've actually got
three of them today, I know.
Speaker 2 (08:14):
Yeah, wow, I mean
really wow, dude.
And this last one, they'regetting kind of bigger and more
involved.
It's non-stop, I mean up untilalmost midnight last night.
Yeah, you know.
Speaker 1 (08:32):
I love all the
participation.
Speaker 2 (08:34):
I do too, I do too.
But yeah, as early as 6 o'clockthis morning, dude, we're back
at it.
Yeah, a lot of fun.
Speaker 1 (08:44):
Yeah that, janae.
She cracks me up, dude.
Did you read some of her textsthis morning?
Speaker 2 (08:51):
Oh yeah, I got to get
with her and get more bread.
Speaker 1 (08:56):
You got to get with
her.
And what?
Get more bread.
No kidding, yeah.
Yeah, she had some bread forsome people when we were doing
the training and and, of course, aaron and I both perked right
up and commented on it.
And the next day she showed upwith two loaves of bread for
each of us.
One was the sourdough and theother one was she.
(09:22):
She's on here commenting is she?
Speaker 2 (09:25):
yeah, yeah, I need I,
I think I'm, I think I just
want the regular, even though Ilove the, the place of my order,
dean he doesn't know what shegot herself into by starting to
feed us to yahoos.
Speaker 1 (09:46):
This guy could eat
some bread.
Yeah, no, she's I freaking.
I love her comments Prettyfunny.
Yeah, agreed.
Well, so yeah, we've got.
We've got a.
I'm going to be running allover tarnation today.
I've got, I've got, like I said, the coaching calls and, but I
(10:12):
love it.
Speaker 2 (10:14):
Yeah, it's, it's a
lot of fun.
Yesterday, gabe and I got torun up to up to Heber and spend
some time with one of our one ofour referrals.
It's pretty fun Getting to godo a little road trip.
It reminds me of I was taught.
It reminds me of me spendingtime with my dad when I was a
kid and that's how I got startedin real estate.
(10:36):
So yeah, that's really cool.
It was a lot of fun, man.
Speaker 1 (10:42):
Hopefully these guys
blowing will finish in this
section here real soon.
Can you hear it?
Speaker 2 (10:47):
yeah, it's not so bad
.
Speaker 1 (10:48):
I mean, I can, we can
hear it, but it's not so bad so
, uh, yeah, we did the trainingsfor for exit realty, you know,
with kevin Kilpatrick, and youknow we ended up getting 14
different agents that thatjoined our coaching and want us
(11:11):
to help them change their livesand and and set their business
up at the correct way where theycan actually actually have a
business that's going to servethem for the rest of their
careers, which is that's pretty, pretty amazing.
That these guys are taking iton like they are.
Speaker 2 (11:32):
What's fun about it,
in my opinion, is it's all in
one shop, one office and wellover two locations.
But how cool is thatopportunity for them to have
their peers with them, withgrowing in the same, in the same
aspects, taking on the samechallenges, uh, and and going
(11:54):
after it together?
I think it's.
It's, I mean, versus a onesie, twosie, you know, agent over
here, agent, another shop, Ithink it's.
I think it's going to bringmajor, major value, that that,
uh, they'll, they'll be thebenefit and they'll enjoy it.
Speaker 1 (12:07):
No, I a hundred
percent agree, and you know,
part of our process isaccountability, and so we get
them to pair up and and and holdeach other accountable, which
always helps, cause you know, ifit was easy to do any of this,
everybody be doing it.
And it's not easy, and you justgotta.
You gotta get yourself into adifferent life routine, and
that's what it's all aboutthat's right you know, and once
(12:32):
you get it set up and youactually get that routine going,
it's much easier to to keep itgoing yep.
Speaker 2 (12:41):
So, uh, dude, uh, the
the morning, the morning
routine, the make the bed, thestart your day with gratitudes.
Speaker 1 (12:50):
Affirmations.
Speaker 2 (12:51):
Yeah, some of these
things we're teaching them.
It's just, you know, that maynot seem like a lot, but
changing and correcting yourmentality and correcting how you
start your day is such a pillarin the success and moving
forward with what we're going todo.
Speaker 1 (13:08):
Well, yeah, we call
them wins.
It's just those teeny, tinylittle wins that you start out
with and then, first thing inthe morning, that sets your day
up for success.
Man, it's, it's, you know, it'slike I said, I I feel bad for
the people that that have to goto work every single day and
just absolutely despise theirjob.
I couldn't, I couldn't do that.
(13:29):
Right Like like I would have tomake some changes, cause I
wouldn changes, because Iwouldn't and couldn't keep doing
that over and over and over andover.
Speaker 2 (13:38):
Well, without being
pointed and directed to look in
this space.
You don't naturally go there.
You don't naturally think thisway.
I think it's our natural way togo, fall into a rut and and go
into the negatives.
And I mean, if we're, if we'releft to our own devices, so us,
(13:59):
the correction we're trying tocreate with them and moving into
a new direction, it's just.
It's just a new life skillthat'll benefit moving forward
for sure.
Speaker 1 (14:07):
Yeah, absolutely Like
I mean when, when we're doing
our training, aaron, and weactually talk to these people
and tell them that if they leaninto our system, that we're
going to change their life andwe damn well mean it Like it
will change their life yeah, 100percent.
And it's all for the better.
I mean, you know, even if theyonly get a few simple things out
(14:30):
of the system, it's, it's stillchange and it's still positive.
You know what I mean?
Now, obviously, we want them tolean all the way in and have
major, major change, and a lotof these guys are going to do
that, no question.
No question about it.
Speaker 2 (14:47):
I love how open and
pliable they are and open to
suggestion and hungry for forthe input direction.
I love it.
Speaker 1 (14:55):
Exactly what what do
you think?
I had to help some of themadjust their their affirmation
yesterday, because it was theywere writing a novel and it was
taking them the entire day towrite out their affirmations.
Speaker 2 (15:07):
What else are we
going to do if this is all we
have time for?
No kidding, it's so funny, didyou?
Did you see?
Speaker 1 (15:10):
I'm pretty sure it
was janae and she's like uh, I
finished my affirmations now.
What else are we going to do ifthis is all we have time for?
No kidding, it's so funny, didyou see?
I'm pretty sure it was Janaeand she's like I finished my
affirmations, now what am Isupposed to do with the next
four hours?
I blocked out, yeah.
Oh my gosh, that's awesome.
Yeah, so yeah, it's you know, and that's just the beginning.
(15:31):
We've had one coaching sessionso far with these guys and they
are just leaning in Got anotherone today.
That's more about them, youknow.
It's hearing feedback fromwhat's going on in their lives
and it's just, you know, it'sall about us serving them and
helping them get through thethings that that are hard.
Speaker 2 (15:54):
Yeah, I, I have
something pretty fun, pretty
neat, I'm going to share withlater today with Janae, with our
, with our call, or we haveone-on-one calls with our, with
our guys as well and I cameacross some some neat thoughts
that I'm excited to share andtalk about.
Very cool.
Speaker 1 (16:20):
So how did your
listing appointment go with your
kid?
Speaker 2 (16:23):
You know what, really
well, different areas in our
marketplace really havedifferent levels of construction
, which I know, you know, but Idon't know that the people
watching know.
You know one price here, uh,you know even a lateral pricing
move from a different area.
(16:44):
So these guys live in a alittle pud up in in midway, um,
but when?
Speaker 1 (16:50):
you go definitely a
different market.
Speaker 2 (16:53):
When you walk into
what, what's expected from that
level, the from from that area,um, the level of and quality of
construction is is so over thetop.
I mean, dude, it's, it'sincredible.
So then they come shop and theylook at what, what the price
will afford here in the valley, and they're like it's basically
(17:14):
a high-end track home.
You know they, it's just itjust it's just shocking to them.
And so, meeting with them, being able to kind of walk
through that, it's going to be abit of a process to help them
understand.
You know, the unfortunately, the reality of what they're
probably going to have to do isis buy something and then invest
a little bit of money to makeit the quality they want it.
(17:35):
Because, I mean, they don'tcome that way.
Uh, you know, here in the valley, right, unless, unless you
escalate to an, to a, just a,you know, a two million dollar
price range, it's, it's, it'sjust not there.
So, um, anyways, it went well.
It's going to be a bit of aprocess.
(17:56):
Uh, it looks like I'm going tobe with them tomorrow showing
them some new construction.
Uh, just to go look at spaces, you know, to understand what,
what a base level home is goingto look like and then, uh, then
they're going to look at whatsome of the upgrade options are
and whether they want to investin their upgrades or whether
they're going to bring back.
You know, he's a he's a builderin midway, so he's going to
decide whether he's going to goahead and invest his own money
(18:19):
into his own finishes, got it?
So we're going to go shoppingfor spaces.
Speaker 1 (18:25):
We're going to go
shopping.
There you go.
Yeah Well, he's in good handswith the AA Ron.
Speaker 2 (18:31):
Yeah, I'm excited to
go spend time with him.
Dude, can I tell you something?
He's a Harley guy.
Speaker 1 (18:36):
Oh yeah, you said
that that's awesome.
Speaker 2 (18:38):
I know, dude, it's
killing me.
Speaker 1 (18:40):
I'm down here helping
Todd and it's Arizona Bike
Week's going on and it's in CaveCreek, so all day long there's
just hundreds and hundreds andthousands of bikes driving by me
, of all shapes and sizes.
And I actually walked up thereto to buy a hat yesterday and
because I was getting fried anduh yeah, you know for 30 years
(19:04):
that that was my playground, that's where I ran my business
and I did, I did.
You're over there, stuck on ashovel, right?
I wish I've got these blistersfrom riding my scooter, but you
know it's okay, we're here toserve right.
Speaker 2 (19:25):
Would you ever drive
your bike down?
Oh yeah, I think I'd be so fun.
Speaker 1 (19:30):
I mean it wouldn't be
, it wouldn't be the greatest
ride, because it's, I mean, onceyou get out of Utah it's just
all desert.
You know what I mean?
Yeah, it wouldn't be like I'veridden.
I've ridden down to Laughlinfor the Laughlin Bike Week
multiple times.
Speaker 2 (19:47):
This guy has a ride
coming up in May, I believe,
where he has friends driving upfrom texas to here and then
they're going to take off and goup, uh, somewhere in canada
yeah, bamf probably up by man,man dude, killer, killer, tour
(20:08):
man.
Speaker 1 (20:10):
Yeah, dude, the
studio looks freaking awesome I
never I never pay attention whenI'm in, when I'm there, but man
, it's show them, show them thebeards.
Show them the beards what'sthat on it?
Speaker 2 (20:31):
who are those?
Uh, oh, it's, uh, it's justglare oh, it's a reflection.
Speaker 1 (20:38):
I thought it was a
piece of paper on it yeah,
that's glare from that light wehold from the light, yep yeah,
dean's got every little bell andwhistle in here.
Speaker 2 (20:49):
We've got a real
legit.
We got a legit studio dude.
It's pretty neat what you puttogether, brother.
Speaker 1 (20:54):
No, I like it.
It's just like my office.
If I don't have good space, Iwon't spend any time in it.
I like good space.
So I had a couple closings thislast week.
It was I finally got WindsorCourt buttoned up and handled
(21:15):
and also closed on the townhousein Sandy, so that was all Nice.
And I picked up another listing.
So onward and upward, right, brother, sell one list one.
Huh, sell one list one.
That's a great motto Sell onelist one.
Speaker 2 (21:32):
It really is.
It really is, it really is.
I keep stacking the referralsso my, my windfall is coming,
you know the word it's gonna pop, and then you're gonna be
running like a madman I knowit's coming.
I, it's fun actually.
Speaker 1 (21:47):
Um, yeah, it's a lot
of fun you know it's funny, we,
we, uh, I, I Dean.
Speaker 2 (21:52):
I haven't told you
this, dude.
I actually have threecommercial referrals that came
this last week Excellent.
Speaker 1 (22:00):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (22:02):
One's $9 million,
dude, nice, I know, I know it's,
I mean it's cool.
So I'm setting up I'm actuallysetting up an appointment.
It's for a, basically for aluxury car condo.
Basically they're going tobuild, yeah, a car club, very
(22:25):
cool, yeah, and then the otherone's, you know, and down to a
small massage parlor.
So I'm excited about that aswell.
Speaker 1 (22:33):
Yeah, I'll help you
navigate through those because
of course I've done quite a bitof commercial, but yeah, yeah, I
know you will.
I appreciate it it's adifferent animal, but it's still
.
It's all good, it's fun sorry,I cut you off.
Speaker 2 (22:46):
What were you going
to?
Speaker 1 (22:46):
share.
Uh oh, I was just going to sayI chatted with an agent down
here in Arizona and was justkind of talking about the VIP 50
and whatnot, and, man, theyperked right up and they want to
hear more.
So we've got a road trip.
We've probably got a road tripcoming up, where we're going to
(23:07):
be coming down here and doingsome training at some different
brokerages down here.
Hell yeah, yes, sir, becausequite frankly, I mean, we, we
definitely want to do thetraining in person, but but once
the training's over and done,it's just a matter of of
plugging them into our coachingsystem, which is all done on
(23:29):
zoom, which is awesome.
Speaker 2 (23:31):
Yeah, yeah, I like it
uh-huh.
So when's uh, what's your planon coming home?
Speaker 1 (23:45):
man, I come home
tomorrow.
Yeah, all right, yeah, comehome tomorrow and and hang out
with my wife and uh finny.
And then lisia is actuallygoing out of town on sunday to
her best friend down in uh invegas to help her friend.
So, oh, so lisa is going to begone all next week.
Dang, I know what are you?
(24:08):
gonna do?
What are you gonna do about it?
I'm gonna work a lot yeah, I'mgood.
What are you going to do?
What are you going to do?
I'm not very confident about it.
I'm going to work a lot yeah,I'm good.
A lot, yeah.
I mean, we got a lot of stuffgoing on, so it'll pass quick.
And then we've got somebrokerages we're meeting up with
(24:34):
next week, so onward and upwardbaby.
Hey, what are?
Speaker 2 (24:37):
your have you?
Have you had any conversations?
Uh, just get a little politicalof you.
The any conversations aroundwhat's going on with the tariffs
and any of that at all?
Speaker 1 (24:48):
Yes, Um, I mean, I
know that the.
Speaker 2 (24:59):
I know that the stock
market's taken a bit of a hit,
but I mean they knew that wasgonna happen, so dude yesterday.
Speaker 1 (25:03):
I think it's Apple or
yeah, and that's right took a
300 billion dollar dive yeah, hopefully crap do, yep and
Amazon amazon took a bathyesterday.
That just that just goes toshow, though, aaron.
It goes to show how finicky andand and that the whole the
(25:25):
risks of being in the, the stockmarket, I mean it's an absolute
straight up gamble.
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (25:33):
Yeah, it's pretty
interesting.
So, talking with my brothersthat are kind of both tied in
pretty deeply into it, they weretalking about I don't know if
you remember this prior to COVIDhappening, there was a big blip
in the marketplace.
I was working a lot in ParkCity, so a lot of second home
cash buyers and it was rightbefore COVID happened.
(25:57):
I had there was a major majorblip that happened with the
stock market and I remember Ihad clients who were like yep,
we're out, we're not buying ahouse anymore.
It was their, it was their cash, it was their mad money.
You know they were um, you know.
So it there's, there's somespeculation that there's the
(26:17):
this is going to stimulate.
Well, this is going to causesome moves into basically, the,
the recession stuff.
Right when the recession, whenthe recession happens, they
directly stimulate the marketthrough rates which should
benefit our world real estate.
Speaker 1 (26:38):
Well, there is
nothing better than real estate
to offset hard times, right,right.
So doesn't surprise me.
And yeah, I mean, I think it'sall temporary, I think it's just
bumps in the roads because, let's face it, dude, we're,
we're in uncharted territory bigtime, with all these terrorists
(27:01):
that trump's throwing out there, and I get why he's doing it.
I mean, yeah, all these othermajor countries out there need
to start carrying their own damnweight Period.
And they're not.
And so you know, they're allputting their feathers up and
playing the poor picked on me,but they've been getting away
with stupid shit for forever.
(27:21):
So too bad, so sad.
Speaker 2 (27:28):
The freaking free
lunch is over.
Yep, that's my two cents.
Well, it's interesting is a lotof what the places that you put
the tariffs on they don'treally import into us.
But there it's.
It's yeah, there's so mucharound this, it's crazy, it's,
it's crazy.
Speaker 1 (27:46):
We'll take a big
company like Timu, you know, out
of China, where they ship alltheir cheap trinkety shit you
can buy anything.
It's basically the ChineseAmazon and for years and years
and years they built thisbillion dollar company by
shipping directly to people hereand skirting around the tariffs
and skirting around the taxesand all the different things
(28:08):
that they should be paying.
Speaker 2 (28:10):
Right tariffs and
skirting around the taxes and
all the different things thatthey should be paying right.
Speaker 1 (28:13):
so, and I mean,
people argue and say well,
that's why you can get it for socheap.
But you know what I mean?
It's well.
Speaker 2 (28:20):
I also think it
stimulates um.
I also think it stimulates thebig american companies that have
gone out of out of country tomanufacture Well yeah, because
they're going to take advantageof it?
Yeah, and they have.
And so now, which is why yousaw, you know, apple having the
big ding it did, is becauseeverything's being manufactured
over there, you know.
(28:41):
So hopefully it stimulates alittle bit of those jobs.
Coming back to America, I thinkit will.
Speaker 1 (28:47):
I mean, like I said,
there's going to be a period
where it's going to be a periodwhere it's going to hurt a
little bit, but it is what it is.
This is what it takes to makethese other countries stand up
and build their military up tohelp us.
They've all been freaking, sucking off the US tit for
forever.
Man, that's my two cents.
(29:12):
If you don't agree with me,then okay, like I have any
control over it.
Speaker 2 (29:19):
No doubt.
Speaker 1 (29:24):
No doubt.
But I get why he's doing it,and I think he's doing it for
the betterment of our country, and that's whether you like the
dude or don't like the dude.
I truly feel like a lot ofthese things that he's doing
right now is he wants to makeAmerica stronger, and I'm all
for that.
Speaker 2 (29:41):
Yeah, it's going to
sting for a little bit in
efforts to improve our situation, our economies, our worlds,
Exactly.
I mean we can't just keep doingwhat we're doing our situation,
our economies, our worlds?
Speaker 1 (29:50):
Exactly, yeah, I mean
we can't just keep doing what
we're doing and just have thedeficit keep climbing and
climbing, and climbing, andclimbing.
At some point in time there'sgoing to be consequences, yeah,
so yeah, it is what it is.
All right, brother.
Well, I'm gonna go and uh getback to it, um, and we've got,
(30:16):
uh, we've got a coaching callcoming up anyway.
So, uh, sorry we were a littlebit tardy today, everybody.
That was my fault, but I gotthe mud ordered so I can go pour
some mud this afternoon.
Speaker 2 (30:30):
Everything,
everything's moving, all the
pieces are still moving, right, right, Exactly Right on man.
Well, we'll see you when you'reback.
Speaker 1 (30:39):
