Speaker 1 (00:23):
Hey, hey, hey people, it's Friday and this is Beards
on the Street.
I'm PDW.
That fat cat right over thereis Mr AA Wrong, aa, wrong.
Welcome to the show.
What's going on?

Speaker 2 (00:39):
It's not doing it.

Speaker 1 (00:39):
It's not connecting, uh-uh, why not?
I don't know.
These are things I need to know.
I need to know.

Speaker 2 (00:48):
Yeah, I wish I knew it's not pushing it through to
the.

Speaker 1 (00:50):
It's not you hit, go live.

Speaker 2 (00:55):
It hasn't sent over the acknowledgement that it's
connected.

Speaker 1 (01:02):
Well, I guess we'll just keep on rolling's.
Only on mine, you'll have totake it and post it over all
righty.
So, uh, another week, another,uh, fantastic week.
Well, I know we've both beensuper busy, yes, uh, not only
with the vip 50, but uh, butgoing after business With our

(01:25):
awesome clients with our awesome50s.
Yep, with our awesome 50s man.
Our 50s are serving us bro.

Speaker 2 (01:32):
You know what?
It's amazing.
What I'm most excited about, dean, is our dude Gabe.

Speaker 1 (01:39):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:40):
That kid has been living it, busting it, pushing
it for a year.

Speaker 1 (01:46):
Yep.

Speaker 2 (01:47):
And he has hit, I mean, an avalanche of
opportunity.
So it's so cool.

Speaker 1 (01:54):
He's definitely hit his stride, so to say.
Put your face closer to yourmic.
There you go.

Speaker 2 (02:03):
Yeah, when he, when, when these turn into actual
closings, I mean he's, I thinkhe's got five or six, you know
now opportunities that he's.
You know he's helping a couplepeople list he's been referred
by like qualified buyers and Imean dude, when he's put in the

(02:28):
work, dude, dude, when this hits.
He's never even seen this kindof money in his entire life Like
it's the opportunity.

Speaker 1 (02:34):
So once he kind of catches, hold and then oh, it's
going to light a fire under hisass like no other, and when his
crowd sees him in action, doingthe business, it's going to be
just.
And dude, he's going to be anamazing agent.

Speaker 2 (02:46):
Yeah, he is, he really is, it's exciting.

Speaker 1 (02:49):
I know, I talk about it all the time, like in our
trainings and when we'rechatting with other brokers
about the change that has comefrom him.
It's so funny because, like Isaid, when he first got here,
dude, he was a typical freakingright out of high school jock.
You know shorts, a tank top,you know flexing all the time.

(03:10):
Yo, dude, what's up, man.
And now the kid's running hisown masterminds and and and has
like legitimate freaking VIPprofessional people out there
referring him to their clients.

Speaker 2 (03:27):
Yeah, he's, he's earning it, he's, he's taking a
space, taking a spot.
Yeah, I love it.
Yeah, it's good.

Speaker 1 (03:33):
Way to go Gabester, way to go buddy boy Nice job
dude, yep, and you're going todo so.

Speaker 2 (03:39):
Good for him too.
Yeah, it'll be awesome.

Speaker 1 (03:41):
Well, tell me VIP 50 doesn't work.
All right, absolutely, that'dbe awesome.
Well, tell me VIP 50 doesn'twork.
All right, absolutely.
That's all I can say.
I mean, you know we talk aboutour coaching group that we're
doing right now.
I know that our last one, andwe've got another coaching call
today with them, but I know thaton Tuesday there was at least
five or six deals, and I meansome that are like in the works,

(04:02):
yeah, Happening, yep, and Imean some that are like in the
works, happening Freaking, loveit.

Speaker 2 (04:05):
So just over a month into the program and they've
already got actual fruit Likelegitimate Well.
And then beyond that, some ofthe other courses of action that
we teach them about their ownpersonal events each month, yep,
their own little communitiesthey're building.
I mean there's we're creatingmayors.

(04:27):
Due to the change in theiractual worlds and how they're
functioning in business.
There's already been an impact.
Now it's just helping themmaintain and move through it.

Speaker 1 (04:39):
Yep, exactly, and keeping them forward.
Momentum, which is the value ofour 12-week program Exactly.

Speaker 2 (04:47):
We have a 12-week boot camp, essentially, where,
when we're doing our trainings,we provide them Everything,
literally, I mean everything, all the way down to every single
tool we use.
They don't have to use us,right, but the 12-week program
it's just like anything Ifyou're going to be serious about
something, you commit to it andyou take it on.
And so 12 weeks, we'reliterally just over a month, I

(05:11):
guess six weeks into ourrelationship.

Speaker 1 (05:13):
We're halfway.

Speaker 2 (05:14):
We're halfway.
This week is halfway and theirbusinesses are already different
than they were and they'realready having fruit.

Speaker 1 (05:23):
And let's talk about this too, aaron.
It's not just their businesses,it's them.
They are different people.
They are getting it that youhave to have systems in place.
They're actually treating itnow like it's a business.

Speaker 2 (05:39):
Yeah, when I was referring to business.
Actually, it's more, it's alife and a life.
So you get up, we teach themwhen to get up.

Speaker 1 (05:49):
It's actually paying freaking attention.

Speaker 2 (05:52):
It's giving them a sense of direction on every part
of their functioning and alltheir day-to-day life, how
they're showing up in theirhomes, in their relationships,
creating groups around them.
It is changing their lives.
It is, and none of it's for thenegative, no, it's kind of fun
to watch it develop.

Speaker 1 (06:12):
No, it's hard, it's not easy.
No, like it's freaking hard, yeah, and we told them that
straight out of the gate, andyou know I mean.
The fact of the matter is is isthe numbers aren't going to lie
.
You know that there was 15other people that that took our
training and sat for two days, and I could pretty much

(06:33):
guarantee you 15 of those peoplethat didn't take on our
coaching haven't done a singlefreaking thing since we did the
training.
How much you want to bet?
I don't doubt it.
Yeah, we actually need to talkabout that in our trainings.
It's like why.

Speaker 2 (06:52):
I think that's kind of the overarching message that.
I think we figured that out inour last training, but it was it
was.
So when are you ready to takeon your life?

Speaker 1 (07:01):
Exactly?
When are you ready to sayenough's enough?
When are you ready to stoptrying to bullshit yourself?
When are you ready to toactually take freaking action,
man, to move forward to, to dowhat it takes to put in the work
to make yourself different thanall the other schmucks out
there, man?

(07:21):
That's what it's about,seriously.
You know, aaron and I signed upfor a program with some.
It's called Creator U and theseguys have sold hundreds and
hundreds of millions of dollarsworth of content all online.

(07:43):
They started in in, basically, baseball coaching, uh, came out
with a course and and now theyhelp other people build their
system out.
That's cool, yeah, I mean, Imean these dudes, I I know for a
fact that they've done at leastthree or four hundred million
in sales.
Anyways, we we hired them to tocoach us and to assist us in in

(08:06):
putting our online systemtogether and, uh, it's really
interesting because what they'rehaving us do right now is we're
writing an ebook, um, that'sthat's kind of based around our
system and and the ebook isbasically a 15 minute or less

(08:27):
than 15 minute read that is very30 minutes for some of us.
Right, that's very specificabout the way that you present
the information, that you'representing it to kill false
beliefs, to actually let themknow that that you know what the
hell you're talking about, andthen give them a step-by-step

(08:48):
process.
Just one tiny little thing, dude, just one thing that can,
that can really serve them andhelp them take the take a step.
And so it's.
It's going to be reallyinteresting to see how this goes
with this ebook that we'rewriting.
Well, it's going to be reallyinteresting to see how this goes
with this e-book that we'rewriting and it's something that
we'll throw out there forpennies, like maybe $10.

(09:11):
Yeah, you know, and it's again.
It's giving away secrets thatwe've paid thousands of dollars
to figure out.
Bang your head against the wall.
Well, it's not even that, it'sall our trainings and it's all
of coachings and all of our.
I mean, dude, we've paid topdollar for this knowledge that
we're giving to them for $10.

(09:34):
Right, at first I didn't get it.
But that's why it's valuable.
At first I was pushing awayfrom it, but that's what the
value is there.
It's called a lead magnet.
We're basically we're going tothrow this out there and it's
very specific to agents and youknow, with the hopes that
they'll spend their $10 to getour knowledge that cost us

(09:56):
thousands, and put it to use,and it's just.
It's basically building rapportand it's building confidence
and it's building trust and it'sbuilding truth and all of that
stuff, so that we can help themget to the next step, which, of
course, is our training, andthen the next step after that,
which is our coaching, toactually have a coach that gives

(10:20):
a shit.
It's not all about the moneythat gives a shit.
It's not all about the money.
It's about actually making thembetter people and giving them
the necessary tools and pushingthem through the hard spots so
that they actually get to thatnext level After the end of 12
weeks.

Speaker 2 (10:38):
it's a viable functioning.
It's a true blue way that youcan go get business.

Speaker 1 (10:43):
Dude, we are changing like literally and I know I say
this a lot, but I'm saying itnow with absolute conviction.
Do you know what I mean?
We're changing people'sfreaking lives Like major
changes.
You know when we can takesomebody that's either a brand
new agent or an agent that'sbeen in the business for years

(11:06):
and we can actually, after 12short weeks, have them up and
actually producing and gettingbusiness.
And it's just the first step tosetting your business up the
right way and getting the properattitude to just move forward
with force.
It's pretty fulfilling.

Speaker 2 (11:29):
Yeah, it really is.
Last night we had a mixer andwe had, I mean, a great turnout.

Speaker 1 (11:34):
Gabe had, gabe had half the room, nice he must have
took it to heart when I wasgiving him shit.

Speaker 2 (11:42):
I actually had several of my siblings call me
and they're going, hey, so I'mgonna try to be there.

Speaker 1 (11:47):
My my, your boy, said , sent me an invite like good,
awesome, mm-hmm yeah, I had tomiss last night and I'm sorry
guys, if you, if you're watchingthis and I and you came the
mixer.
I'm super sorry I wasn't there,but it was important.
I have a client that I'mserving right now that we're on

(12:09):
a timeline because we went undercontract on their house
actually last night and we arenot under contract on their new
house, so there's massiveurgency.

Speaker 2 (12:21):
These are parents of some really close people to you,
correct, and you know anybodyVIP 50.
What, well, the thing is,though, is you know, at an age,
just the prospect of moving whenthey've had a whole life
somewhere?
Right, I mean it is, oh, it'smassive.

Speaker 1 (12:40):
I mean they've lived a whole life somewhere, right, I
mean it is.
Oh, it's massive.
Oh, it's it's.
I mean they've lived in thishouse for 30 years.
This is the house that myfriend grew up in.

Speaker 2 (12:49):
Bro.
So when someone takes on thatan idea of a move like that yeah
, you got to be there last nightthey need to know where they're
going Exactly.
So you go under contract and wehave a mixer and you know
that's what we're here.
I'm here for our, our team'shere, exactly Is your people
came in and they were, I was,and they were fine.
Yeah, they were great I mean Imiss seeing them.
And you were.
You were exactly where youneeded to be, because that

(13:11):
couple, that those and they werethey are.
Yeah, they need to know wherethey're going.
I mean, they don't need thatextra layer of stress and, quite
frankly, elderly can't handleit.
No, and shouldn't.

Speaker 1 (13:25):
So that's what you're doing, no, Well, the fact is, I
got them, man, you really do,and that's what it is.
And that's every one of myclients, whether you're family
or not, family or friend or not.
Friend, it makes zerodifference to me.
And you've seen it over andover and over right when, when,
when I take on a client, theyare they, I've got them, I am, I

(13:48):
am the freaking bulldog, I will, I am the dude that's got their
back.
Nothing gets through me to them, right?

Speaker 2 (13:56):
And it shows in this, in this instance, as as many
others really.

Speaker 1 (14:01):
Yep, so yeah.
So I mean I've got, I've gotthat going on.
I was able to to communicatebetter with with some other
clients.
It's it's multiple clients inone deal, which is always a hard
, hard thing to take on as anagent, especially when you got,
you know, four or five differentattitudes and opinions, anyways

(14:24):
.
But we're back on track thereand we've now got the pricing
where I think it needs to be inorder to start seeing some
traction there.
Hopefully that was the move.

Speaker 2 (14:35):
So, yep, should be.
I mean very well, should be.
You're moving through theprocess, you're advising, and
you've got their back in thatregard as well.
Yeah, really good people all ofthem.

Speaker 1 (14:44):
I'm, I'm, you know, I'm enjoying working with all of
them and and getting it figuredout, because I mean it's, it's
again, it's just a whole otherthing that's just stressful as
can be, you know, it's.
It's about a trust where, wherethe parent has passed away and
and I mean there's a lot ofemotions there, you know what I
mean, cause this is mom's house, all right, so it's hard.

(15:08):
So, uh, that's about our, uh,about it for what we got going
on with that.
We've got, uh, wow, aaron,we've, we've.

Speaker 2 (15:19):
I built a fire under your ass, dude, over the next
six weeks.
We're burning, dude, we areburning.
We're getting the message out.
Yes, we are, it's going to befun and, quite frankly, the
exciting part is all the liveswe're going to change, teaching
the system.

Speaker 1 (15:36):
I'm so freaking, fired up dude.
It's going to be so cool and sogood.

Right, there's a whole segmentof our industry that doesn't
have an answer to what thismarket's doing.
Yeah, and you know the answerisn't spend your last $2 on

(21:05):
leads.
And the answer isn't.

Speaker 1 (21:07):
You know the answer isn't knock more doors.
The answer isn't make morephone calls.

, kind of hit on it.
If you are in a service-basedbusiness and you work off of a

(22:35):

We're doing the business andwe're having success with it.
We're watching my son just turn20 last week having success.
From this we're having our ownsuccess.
Well, yes, what's fun iswatching our coaching clients
have success.

Speaker 1 (23:51):
Yeah, it is.
It's actually going out andactually taking just somebody
you've never met before.
There's no connection up untilthat point, Right, but then we
do have a major connection.
I mean dude, all of thesepeople, I mean I feel personally
like….

Speaker 2 (24:11):
They're close.
Well, just like you know, justlike, janea was was pitching out
there.

Speaker 1 (24:14):
She was really, really frustrated.
She's doing some tc work andshe's really frustrated because
she's having to go out and she'sdoing it the absolute hardest
way possible and she justreached out for a little bit of
guidance and in in two or threeposts I guarantee it's going to
change her life, dude a.

Speaker 2 (24:32):
TC could do that, could do our system.
Oh yeah, holy cow Yep.

Speaker 1 (24:36):
I mean, dude, it's on and on and on and on it, really
, when we say, if you are in anykind of a service-based
business where you count onhaving referrals, or if you're
spending a shit ton of moneybuying, buying your leads to try
to get business, if that's yourbusiness model, come and let us

(24:58):
serve you, because you're doingit the freaking hard way.
I can tell you right now youare absolutely doing it the hard
way and our fit, our ways.
Fun.
I mean not the fun way, dude.
Not the fun way, dude, this isthe fun way, I mean the fact of
the matter is we have a mixerevery single month and it is so
much fun and it's so magical, and every single time we have

(25:23):
one really, really fun and cooland amazing things happen and
we're working.

Speaker 2 (25:29):
Hey, last night Wes, he's on our VIP, referred by a
VIP now part of our VIP, part ofour service Rolodex Dude.
He walked in, he already gotone piece of business from me
and he picked up two new clientsLike dude.

Speaker 1 (25:49):
Yeah, dude, it's so let me tell you guys here's a
little spiff for Wes If you haveany concrete work that you need
done, where you've got saggingconcrete, like in your driveway,
where maybe it's settled andthere's major gaps.
He just started a brand newbusiness where he can come out
and he has specialized equipmentthat he paid a lot of money for

(26:10):
where he can actually jack upthat concrete and and re-support
it and it's amazing.

Speaker 2 (26:17):
So if you have any any concrete that you need that
you need some, some serious helpwith if he's your guy, you know
what, if you're and he's acontractor, and if you're seeing
sagging, if you're seeingthere's, it's trip, hazards it,
it.
It's a new space for more waterto penetrate.
It'll be where all your flatwork, all your concrete will
fail and actually it'll be a biggiant expense later and a

(26:41):
potential hazard.

Speaker 1 (26:43):
Well, we've seen, even in a home where the garage
settled because they didn't tampit down, they didn't impact the
earth well enough and theentire garage settles lower than
what the foundation is or whereit should be Something like
that.
This dude, instead of bustingit all out and having to go to
all that expense, he comes up.

(27:04):
He has this specializedequipment where he basically
pumps it up.

Speaker 2 (27:08):
Yeah, you do it.
You drill a hole and you createan access point.
You pump in concrete or thefoam.
Or the foam or whatever it isWhatever the product is, and it
basically hydraulically pushesit back into place.
It fills up the void in thespace and re-levels your
concrete and voila, Voila.

Speaker 1 (27:28):
Voila, all righty.
So what else we got?
Aa, ron I don't know man.

Speaker 2 (27:37):
The summer is coming.
80 degrees yesterday, bro.
I'll tell you something I'vebeen working on.
I haven't even went and lookedat my boat.
You're not even aware of thisyet, but in June we're working
on I've been working on a summerparty.
It's going to be over.
It's called the Crestwood Park.
We're going to have a pavilion,we're going to have a pool, and

(28:00):
so it's going to be hamburgers, hot dogs, cornhole pool, like a
really cool summer party comingup.
So I actually forgot to tellyou yesterday, excited to share
that for our team and for us andjust for everybody.
The more the merrier, but it'sfor our 50s.
Yeah, I got a lot of people inmy 50s Guys in June.

(28:21):
We'll keep just dates coming, but this is going to be a lot of
fun.

we're giving you access to.

.
He just he kind of puts hishand on me and he goes.
Can you keep it upright?

but so I was just letting himknow about the July Thanksgiving

It's got my covers buried instorage so I wasn't able to
cover my bike over the winterand it's covered in dust.
It's sad.
It's still pretty it is.
I'll pull it out this weekendwhen now it's warmed up.

Speaker 2 (30:44):
Brandon, I got to go get my boat out to Brandon.

phone call as soon as we'redone.
I need some new rubber on mybike, yeah.

Speaker 2 (31:03):
