Today's episode is an introduction to the new show and we hope you will tune in every month. Scott Fullerton and Richard Jones discuss the evolution of Bear World Magazine, the importance of community engagement, and the various events that celebrate bear culture. They reflect on their experiences in Palm Springs and Key West, the challenges posed by social media, and the future direction of their publication, including the introduction of newsletters and local business guides. In this conversation, Richard Jones and Scott Fullerton discuss the transition from social media to newsletters as a means of communication within the queer community. They emphasize the importance of supporting local queer businesses and fostering community connections. The discussion highlights the need for collaboration over competition among queer media outlets and the significance of direct communication with audiences. They also touch on the importance of local charities and businesses, encouraging listeners to engage with their communities and support queer initiatives. Follow us on Instagram:
