We all love our pets but for author Jeff Goodrich, he actually had a life changing event just by walking his dog Duder.
In this episode, Jeff explains how his remarkable midlife journey began by getting a dog, which put him on a new trajectory of losing 70 pounds, completing several marathons and ultramarathons, and repairing his marriage of 30 plus years.
These experiences have shaped his understanding of resilience, determination, and that its never too late to start loving yourself and your life!
