About Amie:
Amie Stepkoski, the owner and founder of Two Little Birds, a real estate investment company in Palm Harbor, Florida, has a passion for networking, all things real estate, and helping families create spaces they are proud to call home. Her entrepreneurial journey began with a home staging business, A Step Above Designs, in 2017. She’s always had an eye for design since she was a little girl in her grandmother’s home furniture store. From that inspiration, she built a successful business led by her creative vision and her enjoyment of impacting families with a fresh start. She then established Two Little Birds to further explore helping distressed homeowners and reviving communities; her goal is to create new beginnings no matter the situation.
Amie, her husband of 25 years, Jim, and their two beautiful daughters live in sunny Palm Harbor, Florida. Born and raised in Georgia, she dreamed of living in Florida and enjoying the great outdoors with her family. Community involvement has always been important in the Stepkoski family. Serving on the local board of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), Amie uses her passion for sports and athletics to reach young people and share Jesus. She is energized when she is running on the trails, with her family, or helping people achieve their goals and live their best life.
