About Terri:
Terri is an award winning Master’s Level, ACE certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist with over 23 years of clinical experience. As a highly respected professional in her field, Terri was a featured expert on the Tracy Gold, Lifetime Documentary Starving Secrets, and a featured fitness extra in the movie Her Better Half. Terri is the published author of the critically acclaimed book “Fit, Fat, or Just Plain Full of It?” And, is a national PTA award winning healthy lifestyles grant recipient. Terri and her highly innovative program, The Biggest Winner, were featured on KABC Channel 7 News with Lori Korbin and in the Orange County Register. Terri began competing in pageants at the age of 19 to help her overcome social anxiety and the fear of public speaking. After also having battled her way back from anorexia and athletic bulimia, Terri developed the confidence and skills to become a highly sought after guest speaker and has now spoken at conferences and symposiums across the nation. Terri absolutely credits pageantry with her transformation and has gone on to hold countless titles at the local, state and national level, culminating in her most recent coveted title of America United Lifetime Queen. Terri is greatly honored to have reached this level of achievement given where she started and highly recommends pageantry as a way to meet new people, make new friends, and build your self-confidence.
