Happiness- let’s talk about it briefly bc we could have a whole podcast series about it and thank God for those that do. But this one is quick kick for your Monday, babes. Choose the Happy. Make it Romantic. Look around every once in a while and extend the universe a quick high five and thank you for who and what you surround yourself. If you can, make the choice- whatever that looks like for you and learn that even though change can be scary- it’s beneficial babe. We can do things that are difficult to find and maintain that happy my love… it’s magnificent, it’s not everyday all the time, but a bit each day changes so much of your adventure.
