In this very first episode of Before You’re Ready, I walk you through my journey to becoming an NFL Athletic Trainer—a story filled with rejection, faith, growth, and grit. I almost re-recorded this episode because I didn’t feel like it was perfect, but I realized redoing it would take away from the rawness and vulnerability of the message. So here it is, just as it came out—with my heart fully in it.
I talk about the sacrifices, the unexpected pivots, the silent seasons, and the people who supported me along the way. I also share the lessons I’ve learned—from treating every day like an interview to truly being where your feet are.
