Planning for Fixer-Uppers and Renovations

Host Nadeska Alexis is first joined by Lindsay DeAlba who lives with her family and owns a home in Northern California. They also discuss common features such as closet and storage space which people sometimes forget to look at while searching for a home and offer tips for easy ways to reduce consumption and expenses, such as replacing all incandescent lightbulbs with LED.
