Today I'll be talking about how to have a conversation with your stylist when you are unsatisfied with your service. This can always be a bit uncomfortable or awkward to bring up, but it’s really important to be upfront and clear with any concerns or dissatisfaction you may have experienced with a service. The majority of the time, your stylist truly wants you to be happy and wants to know when you are unsatisfied in any way so they can fix it.
It could be that the haircut itself needs a bit of adjusting. Removing extra bulk or adjusting the shape can make a big difference. Or maybe it’s something that can be addressed by changing the product or styling of the hair. Often times, your stylist will have suggestions and ideas on how to achieve your desired result and it might just be easier than you think.
Just like with any relationship, communication is key so never be afraid to let your stylist know exactly how you’re feeling so you’re always on the same page.
