From childhood curiosity with Lincoln Logs and Erector Sets to a thriving career in architectural design, Michael Payne’s journey has been anything but ordinary. His early passion for building was briefly set aside for a 30-year calling in Gospel ministry, during which he remained deeply involved in construction projects. Eventually, he pursued an Architectural Technology degree and built Empire Drafting and Design, LLC, focusing on custom homes, remodels, and solving real client needs.

Alongside him, DeAnn Payne brings an unmatched attention to detail and organization, honed from years in ministry, corporate administration, and entrepreneurship. Together, they navigate the intricate world of home design, balancing client vision, municipal regulations, and practicality.
