Eventually, he pursued an Architectural Technology degree and built Empire Drafting and Design, LLC, focusing on custom homes, remodels, and solving real client needs.
Alongside him, DeAnn Payne brings an unmatched attention to detail and organization, honed from years in ministry, corporate administration, and entrepreneurship. Together, they navigate the intricate world of home design, balancing client vision, municipal regulations, and practicality.
