I'll explore some dos and don'ts and provide practical steps to help you navigate the aftermath of a binge so you can release feelings of shame and guilt, feel better faster and have some hope of actually breaking the binge cycle.
Whether you're struggling with binge eating, or just looking for ways to improve your relationship with food and your body, this episode is for you. So tune in, and let's learn how to bounce back from a binge and move forward with confidence and self-love!
