This episode is a super organic and synchronistic conversation with Laura Jane Bolton - and it was particularly special and fun to have Eve, my Coaching colleague, friend, and member of our Coaches for Freedom Co-Creators Core Circle, join me as a co-host in this episode.  We could have chatted even longer as Laura brought forth so much rich wisdom, insight, and experience into the space.

In the spirit of being mindful of time, we decided to let it flow and split our conversation into two episodes. I hope that you will join us in Part One of this conversation as we talk about her Coaching origin story, current Coaching work in the world with conscious entrepreneurs, and begin to delve into the importance of focusing on one’s ‘inner apocalypse’ wherein lies the opportunity for true awakening to occur.  In Part Two, we dive even deeper, unpack her perspectives and current observations calling her to offer more group Coaching, and finally hear about her journey away from social media. Afterwards, Laura told us that this was one of the most favorite conversations she has ever recorded!  We also loved it as it left us with a refreshing taste of inspiration as we continued on with our day.  Laura’s vibrant, courageous energy and open-hearted communication was quite palpable during this exchange.

Laura is a Coach who works with awake entrepreneurs to help them develop greater health, wealth, reach, and impact, through the discovery, connection, and embodiment of their fullest, deepest and most authentic self.

Extended Bio:

Laura Jane Bolton was born and raised in London England, where at 18 she ventured off to study Psychology at University. From there Laura had a 15 year corporate career including change management consultancy and Executive Coaching.  In 2015, when she was suffering with a plethora of health issues, Laura left the soul sucking confines of the corporate world, healed herself, retrained, and began working as a High Performance Health Coach. She also began travelling the world, and in the past few years has lived in Spain, Croatia, Cape Town, Bali, the US, and Mexico, where she currently resides. Over time her work has evolved and she currently focuses on mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing, and personal sovereignty.

Whilst Laura has spent many thousands of hours (and dollars) studying these topics, her wisdom is grounded in her own lived experience and overcoming various personal challenges throughout her life, including; A spiritual awakening and dark nights of the soul/ego; Being broke, homeless and jobless; Abusive relationships; Losing friends and family; Wellness issues including Anxiety, Depression, IBS, Skin Conditions, Fibromyalgia, a Stroke and "Cancer". And then there's the emotional rollercoaster ride we've all been on since early 2020. For Laura this has been a challenging time but also an incredible time as its led her to experience an even deeper level of healing, growth and expansion than she ever thought possible.
