They're telling me not to saythings that are witchy, that
maybe I should cloak and hide.
And you were just like no, I amon here.
And I just felt such strength,community, beauty, authenticity

So when you first saw it, youwere just like, okay, she didn't

So I went over to your Instagram and then I was
like, oh, you know, likestarted watching your videos.
I like went to the podcast.
I saw you had a book coming out, so it was Llewellyn and I like
was like, yes, like I see you.
Like you said, like attractslike, and I was excited.
I was excited to get to knowyou and have like an opportunity
to make a connection.
So, yeah, I really yeah, itfelt good, I felt really happy.
It was a happy energy for me.

Good, good, good, and you know what's
beautiful about that is that wefound each other via what others
would call the internet, butwhat spiritualists will call
synchronicity.
You know we destiny thecrossing.
So let's get into a little bitabout your book coming out,
(05:26):
spirit Crystals.
I love this.
Obviously it's in 2025, so Ihaven't gained my copy yet, but
it is ready for pre-order, right, it is yes.
Yeah, that's amazing, and sowhen I was just looking at it, I
was like crystal guides, youmean like guides, like animal

guides, spirit guides, ancestorguides, angel guides, crystal
what?

Yes, so I've been working with crystals a
long time, as you stated earlier, and I started working with
crystal skulls, which are verydifferent, very different.
Crystal skulls often inhabit aguide or you can invite a guide
to inhabit a crystal skull andthey come into your life.
They often give you a name andit's a very deep relationship.
(06:26):
So I started working with thesecrystal skulls and I would have
one of them in particular nearme every time I would open my
Akashic records and I would openmy records often I still do and
just ask for you know, like,what's the next thing?
Like what am I creating next?
You know what?
And they immediately were likespirit crystals and they I mean,
(06:46):
it was like rapid fire, I'mtrying to catch up.
You know, I always I audiorecord.
Um, I went back through, I hadto take notes and then I was
just getting like chills, likeyou know, over and over again I
was like, yeah, it's like thecrystals are guides.
You know they are and I'vealways known that like in my
heart.
But I needed to, I needed tohear it a different way.

And then I just kind of startedon this journey.
I started off as a class andpeople responded really well to
the class and were really ableto retrieve their guides quickly
.
And then we're having likethese deep relationships and
really felt like they felt a newlevel of understanding with
crystals.
And so then I thought, well,this would make a great book.
Like how can we turn this intoa book so more people can, you

know, reach this understandingand find their guide?
And what's just so crazy youtalked about synchronicity is
this was all channeled.
But then, you know, they eventold me like the sacred number
of each crystal, they told mewhich chakra, and then later
going through and like doingresearch and realizing how much
that lined up was mind blowing,because this is information I
(07:52):
didn't actually know on aconscious level.
Granddaughter Crow (08:00):
You know I do have some crystal skulls, I
have crystals, this.
I have pyramids, I have tumbledstones, I have wands, I have
crystals.
Can you kind of go yeah, I loveit.
Could you kind of go into alittle bit more around, because
(08:21):
I haven't been able to bringsuch an in-depth person about
crystals onto the show yet.
Could you kind of generally goover you know the different
shapes and why a skull would bedifferent, or talk about the
shapes of the crystals as peoplefind their crystal guides?
Jenny C. Bell (08:41):
Yes for sure.
So the last chapter of my bookis dedicated to crystal skulls.
Half of it's crystal skulls,the other half is about making
you know different kinds ofarrangements of crystals.
Right, and you know using thatto manifest and do different
spell work.
So I took a class on crystalskulls from Kyle Gray.

He's the angel whisperer and soit was a one-off class he
offered one time and I happenedto take it.
And then I started doing my ownresearch and I'm a huge fan of
Jamie Sams.
She's no longer with us, buther book the 13 Original Klan

Mothers longer with us, but herbook the 13 Original Clan
Mothers.
At the end of that book shetalks about the crystal skulls
and prior to that all theinformation I read was that
nobody knows the origin.
Nobody knows could be alien,could be this, could be that.
But Jamie Sam's very clear theyare.
There were 13 skulls.
They came from the 13 originalclan mothers.
They were hidden throughout theworld because humanity was not
ready for them at this time.

They needed to go into hidingand some people are secret skull
keepers.
Some of the skulls are stilllost and haven't been uncovered,
and so that to me was such abeautiful new understanding that
when you're purchasing a littleskull you could really use that

to tap into those clan mother,that clan mother energy.
This is like an ancient legacyfrom like on our earth, and so
there are different skull shapesand that definitely changes the
energy that you attune to oryou bring into.
I have one called the magicalchild and it looks almost alien
and it looks kind of like analien infant.

Everything's kind of squishedin the sockets and stuff and
those bring like very new energy.
So someone identifies as like astar seed or a star being and
they're really like wanting toget into this new kind of energy
that's coming into the earth.
That's the skull for them.
There's animal skulls, and thatdefinitely brings you to an
animal guide, including dragons.

I work with dragon energy.
That's in my book as well.
There's a whole section on howto find and connect with your
dragon, and the dragon crystalskull shape really helps with
that.
Granddaughter Crow (10:59):
I love that, you know, because when I think
about crystal skulls it helps meto think you know, this is
where we carry a lot like ourthird eye and our consciousness
and just that.
But then thinking about thedragon as well, and then I'm
like dragon, crystal intellect,then I make this cute little

understanding of dragons protectthe treasure which is the
crystal skulls of enlightenedinformation.
Now, I'm just grabbing here,but that's what it sounds like
to me.
What do you think about that?
Jenny C. Bell (11:36):
I love that.
I personally, when I work withdragons.
They are helpful with shadowwork, and so in the book there's
a section that is a meditationto connect with a dragon and a
unicorn, and so the dragonenergy is the protective energy,
helps you go through the shadowwork.
The unicorns, the enlightenedenergy, helps bring in that
cosmic higher energy.

So together they help youbalance.
Granddaughter Crow (11:59):
I love it.
I definitely am going to getthis book and I would love it if
you would entertain me to beback on the show after I am able
to absorb this book so that wecould give even more information
, because this doesn't soundlike just another crystal book.

I would pick up this book andI've been playing with crystals
since I could play with crystals.
You go onto the playground andyou find a cool stone and you're
like, yay, you fill yourpockets.
You know all of that, but thisI really enjoy that you're
showing us that the stonesaren't just a talisman, but they

actually can communicate withyou.
A talisman, but they actuallycan communicate with you.
And so, yeah, I'm going to haveto.
I know I'm springing this onyou, but going to have to have
you back on the show just totalk about that Before we get
into.
Oh wait, one more thing.
In your book you actually bringus back to Atlantis and Lumeria.

How do you do that?
I mean, these are wonderfulconcepts.
So I had just read adescription and it said
something about Atlantis andLumeria.
I used to hear about Atlantisand Lumeria all the time, and
then it just kind of went away.
And now Jenny C Bell brings itback.
(13:25):
Talk to us just a little bitLike if somebody has never heard
of Atlantis or Lumeria.
Could you kind of give us justa little bit of a signal about
what that is?
Jenny C. Bell (13:35):
Yeah, I would say they're more popular in new
age circles, especially fromlike the 1970s.
That's when I feel like thisconcept really peaked.
I happen to live near ametaphysical library and I'm one
of their number one fans, andso a lot of the things in my
(13:56):
collection are from the 70s, 80s, 90s and that's just kind of my
preference of like the occultbooks that I collect.
But yeah, so these are lostlands, so these are.
The idea is that both Lemuriaand Atlantis were a people and a
land, an island, both of themof advanced civilization that
(14:16):
worked a lot with crystals.
Both, you know, both have a lotof crystal energy and a lot of
people who understand the energyof Atlantis and Lemuria talk
about crystals.
You can even buy Lemurian seedcrystals or special kind of
clear quartz crystals.
I have a Lemurian skull, whichis who gave me all this
information to begin with.
(14:36):
So these are connected and sothese advanced civilizations
went away and so there aredifferent stories and you find a
lot of these stories actuallyin indigenous storytelling.
You hear a lot about Lemuria,atlantis they don't call it that
Right, and that goes like NorthAmerica, south America.
(14:57):
You hear these stories that thedifferent peoples have held on
to.
You know, these, these were,you know this is what happened
to them, almost kind of like,similar to like Chaco Canyon,
right, and like they all went tothe stars.
Right, right, right.
They just, those people justare gone and they all went back
to the stars.
That's the story and I believethe story because that's the

story that was passed down, andjust because it doesn't fit with
our modern science or ourmodern understanding doesn't
mean that that's that storyisn't true, right and on
whatever level it's true, landsthat some people say are not
truly lost, that you can stillconnect with right, that you can

still connect with on like ameditational level or frequency
level, same with, like Avalonpeople will still connect with
Avalon, another kind of lostisland.
That was it real, was it notreal?
Does it matter if you areconnecting with the energy?
I don't think it matters really.
Granddaughter Crow (15:54):
I agree with that.
I absolutely agree with that.
I love that.

Talk to us a little bit about what you do
with our coven.
What is it?
Give us an overview.
Yeah, so part of what we weredrawn to each other was we were
talking about how importantcommunity is, especially now
living in the United States,2025, but really around the
world, everyone's affected byour news and what's happening.
So a couple of years ago now, Ihad decided there's this kind
(17:06):
of web host called MightyNetwork, and Mighty Network is
similar to a Patreon, except forit's not about one person, it's
a community.
And so I went back and forth.
I'm like do I want to do aPatreon and there's nothing
against anybody that does that,but I didn't want it to be about
me, right?
Which is why it's called ourcoven, not Jenny's coven or my
(17:26):
coven, right?
So I was like I went back tothe Mighty Network because when
I was in a pretty dark time,during a spiritual awakening, I
found another mighty networkcalled the Find what Feels Good,
kula.
It was for yogis and meditationpractitioners and I wasn't on
(17:46):
any other social media at thattime, only that and it was
international and it wasuplifting beautiful.
They became my people when Iwent through this dark time.
They were not judgmental, therewas no spam.
There was no troll, becauseeverybody was there with a
shared understanding that wewant to build community.
You know we're not here to tearpeople down, and I wanted to.
(18:08):
That community eventually wentaway and I really wanted to
recreate that for a witchyaudience.
And so not everybody in ourcoven identifies as a witch we
have.
We have someone identifies as ashaman, we have pagans, we have
a Christian witch and then wehave people that are witchy.
You know different type people.
But what's so funny is Icreated this community with like
(18:31):
no followers.
So I totally put the cartbefore the horse and I was like
no, I'm just gonna, just gonnado it right and it's gonna
happen.
And and I'm glad because youknow, with how social media is
so unstable right now you knowthe blip of TikTok proved that
and everything going on onInstagram I was like you know
(18:53):
what?
I created the community at theright time because now the
community is already thriving.
So if someone is like you knowwhat?

So if someone is like you knowwhat I'm done, I want to leave
regular social media and I wantto just be with, you know,
people like me.
They can come, and I kind ofthink in some way that this is
sort of like the future ofsocial media is finding these
little niche, privatecommunities of people that you

just really, you know, connectwith, instead of wasting your
time.
Because I think a lot of us I'man idealist and I think a lot
of us like went to social mediato build community.
You know, I know that's why Iwent.
You know I work from home.
We moved to a new area, so I'mlike, let me get on social media
and see if I can find people,you know, trying to find other
(19:35):
like-minded people, authors,whatever, and so, yeah, so I
created our coven and it's abeautiful space, like I'm, so
I'm a proud mom of our coven.
We have just great discussionsin there.
People aren't afraid to askquestions.
You know there's no dumbquestions.
There's no, there's no judgment.
(19:56):
You know someone asks aquestion.
That's in the beginner, whichsection.
No one's going like, oh, youshould know that, or don't do
this and don't do that.
There's so much of that onwhich talk.
It's like my way or no way, andI just don't like that.
It's very inclusive.
People are very kind, veryunderstanding.
There's lots of respect.
We do really fun lives.
I do fortune telling, I do cardreadings every month for them.

There's classes, there'sholidays, we talk about all the
moons.
We celebrate the moons.
We have a book club.
We read books together everymonth.
We have an apothecary, akitchen witch section I mean any
kind of aspect of witchcraft.
Like just today I asked youknow what's one herb you would
put into your apothecary?
(20:40):
Just like, if you can only pickone, you know what would you,
what would you recommend?
Because we have some people whoreally advanced in herbalism
and some brand new and just likethe day before I asked about
you know what's some herbs youwould grow in your garden, and
just the answers are just fromthe heart, because no one's
trying to like sell something toyou, no one's trying to convert

you.
It's just, they're just fromthe heart answers and it's been
really positive.

Can you talk a little bit aboutthat?
Because I agree.
Let me tell you, if I go outonline and go, oh, I'm doing a
bunch of free readings I'm goingto get a lot of people who

don't show up or you know theydon't care.
But if I go online and I'm likefor $3.33, you know I'm going
to talk to you, there's aninvestment and then it's like
taken to another level ofrespect and security.
Can you talk a little bit aboutthat around the fees and how it

keeps the riffraff away?
Jenny C. Bell (21:54):
Well, I love what you said.
So it's true that when we payfor something, we're more likely
to follow through, right?
If I'm going to sign up for afree class and I'm like I just
don't have time for it.
If I pay for that class, you,betcha, I'm showing up, I'm
finding the time for it becausemy myself I'm like OK, that's
what they call, like that painin economics.

We have a little bit of pain,like if we lose out on this
investment.
So with Mighty Networks itcosts me money to have our coven

So that's, you know the basicthing.
I put a lot of work in thereand it's you know, a lot of work
, a lot of time, and so that'sthe other place the fee goes to.

At this time, if someone iswanting to commit for the whole
year, it's $110 for the wholeyear and that includes
everything.
And we have like a huge libraryof stuff.
I mean there's like stuff forbaby witch that you, if you're a
beginner, which you can pop inthere and get everything you
need.
We celebrate all there's stuffon every single holiday.
There's recipes, I mean theyget everything from previous
years.
Last year we focused on divinefeminine healing, so we focus on

a goddess or a deity a month,and so people still get that.
This year we're focusing oncrystals because of my book.
So we're.
We just February was RoseQuartz and we spent, we did a
live where we meditated withRose Quartz and we wrote
affirmations with Rose Quartzand we spent, we did a live

And then if someone is justlike I don't know, like a year

is a lot of commitment, they cando one month for $20, which
isn't as good of a deal, but Iget it Like sometimes it's like
I don't know.
Yeah, I don't know if I want todive in, but most people dive
in.
I've only had really one personby the monthly, like most
people want to just take thefull dive.

But what you're providing is asafe community, which is really,
really needed in this day andage where we're at.

So then we go beyond our ownego or own head in all of that.

Is there anything else you wantto add about what people can

I mean cause for me, I'm justlike, well, that's enough.

You know, I'm not sure if we'rebanning Starbucks people.

I don't know, I'm not keepingup with all of that info, but so
what are some of the feedback?
I guess that's a good question.
What's some of the feedbackfrom members of the coven that
you have received?
Jenny C. Bell (25:52):
Well, we have someone who recently shared.
This person had a veryunhealthy toxic relationship and
this person has been goingthrough therapy and just going a
lot doing like all the work,right, but meanwhile leaning on
us in the in the way that shefeels comfortable.
We don't I know a lot of themore information than other
(26:14):
people, and that's OK.
We don't I know a lot of themore information than other
people, and that's okay andWe've.
She said that we've reallyhelped her step into her power,
like to know that she's not theonly one with an altar, to know
that she's not the only oneLooking at the moon tonight,
she's not the only one talkingto Hecate.
Like it's empowering to knowthat you're not alone, and I
think that's been huge.
Another thing we've been doingis we have a gift exchange.
(26:37):
So we don't do any moneytransactions in the coven, but
we have a gift exchange wherepeople can trade like services,
like astrology reading for cardreading or whatever, and we've
been doing every full moon we'vebeen doing card readings.
So I just put up the layout andthen I ask who wants to
participate and then they sayI'm in and then I randomly
partner them up and they havebeen giving each other amazing
(26:59):
readings, like they're makingthese connections, you know,
like from the USA to Canada, oryou know USA to UK, or you know
the south of the USA to thenorth of the US, whatever.
It's like these, all these kindof connections, and I'm getting
this feedback that they lovethis, they love doing these
readings.
And I got that idea from theService Fairy by Robin Wall

Kimmerer.
She wrote Braiding Sweetgrassand then she wrote a book, the
Service Fairy, which is allabout a gift exchange society.
Like what if it wasn't theeconomics that we have today?
What if we just gave freely toeach other?
And so in that community, ifsomeone's just like, hey, I want
to do a card reading foranybody, and it's not, you're

not expected to give anythingback, they just want to like
I'll get a new card deck, I'llgo into our little live chat.
I'll say, from now until fouro'clock, if you want a card, let
me know, I'll pull cards untilthen, and then you know, after
four they don't even ask becausethey know, but anybody that's

I absolutely love it and, like you said,

You also, another friend ofmine, just said something about
braiding sweetgrass, so I'm like, okay, I got to read braiding

consciousness that needs to comein as we build community at

So another thing that I reallyenjoy about even just what are
your social media handles, canyou give them a call out real

Because I would love for peopleto be able to find you and get

is I'm at our coven communityand on there is a lot of
information about our coven.

them enough, they can go on.

You know, there's likedifferent testimonials from

And then my TikTok is where Ispend most of my time and I am

So I am a Gemini moon and Ijust love to talk, and so I do
like book talk reviews, I docard deck reviews, and then I

What would you say to thepeople as what?
I'm coining you as the PSA ofsocial media for witches.
Jenny C. Bell (31:32):
I would say, first and foremost, please take
care of your energy.
So I feel, now more than ever,there are a lot of eyes on
people like us and they're notalways friendly eyes.
You know, I've had, like Imentioned in another video, I've
had people say like if I were awitch, I wouldn't be saying
these things right now, Iwouldn't be out as a witch, and
(31:54):
even I go, I go to a psychictwice a year that I trust and
she even said you know, you havea lot of eyes on you, which she
always tells me she's like, butin this case it's a lot of
Christian eyes that are prayingagainst you, you, and so you
know to me like that's not veryJesus-like, but that's a topic
for another time.
So protecting your energy ishuge because social media is
(32:14):
constantly changing, and so ifyou are out of the broom closet
and you are out and about andyou're wearing your pentacle out
in the store or you're onsocial media or your neighbors
know there is a lot of not niceenergy thrown our way, and so
it's so important to I likecleanse my energy daily, and if
(32:35):
you're not going to do it daily,then you got to do it.
I'd say at least the new moon.
You can do it.
You can cleanse your energy inthe shower.
You can use a selenite wand,sacred smoke.
It's not a complicated process,right, really isn't.
And I said earlier I like notanother tiktok, but you know, I
like a good egg cleanse, butcurrently, you know, no one can
afford eggs.
So, right, good point, right.
(32:57):
So you probably hold off onthat.
You can do like a sacred bathor shower instead, but cleansing
your energy and then protectingthe energy, so a lot.
You know when I so.
I have been lucky enough toalways have spiritual, witchy,
pagan people in my life, whichis part of why I created our
coven, because I used to be partof a pagan meetup in college
and we just meet and it was likeall different kinds of people.
(33:19):
I was the only one thatactually identified as a witch
there.
Everyone else was like they hada Buddhist, we had like shaman
and healer, all kinds of people,and I was taught to protect my
energy and just like you know Isaid, they said just imagine,
like a bubble of protection, butwhat you're doing is you're
just locking in everything, allthe eyes, all the, all the cords
(33:40):

They're just locking it in andit it wasn't, like it wasn't
helping me.
They're like are you alwaysdrained?
I'm like, yeah, and I startdoing this bubble.
I'm like I don't, I don't feelgood, like it's not.
It wasn't until much later.
Uh, studying with Kyle Gray, hehas this whole like.
He likens it to skincare, soit's like a cleanse, tone and
lotion, but then you cleanse theenergy, you tone up the energy
(34:04):
and then you protect the energy.
And that has always stuck withme.
So I think, more than ever,doing that and then also being
really cautious of what energyyou're taking in.
If you're just on the newsfeedand you're just seeing that one
person that no one can stand andis ruining our country, you
just see in his face over andover again.
It's draining and you'reinviting his energy into your
(34:28):
field.
So I think it's best to, ifyou're going to follow the news,
to read the news instead oflike listening or watching, and
it's like you're taking it in,like it's less abrasive in your
energy fields, and I do thinkit's important to follow the
news.
You know, I've been like I justrecently saw Dolores Fuerza
came out and told us you knowwhich companies to boycott.
(34:49):
So you talked about thatearlier, and so, yeah, I want to
stay up.
I want to stay awake in all theways, but I don't want to be
beaten down by the energy.
Granddaughter Crow (35:00):
Right, I absolutely love that.
People, energy hygiene, youknow, and you know what I love
about that is most people doshower tone, wash their hair,
cleanse sometimes deep cleanse,put on the lotion, put on the
sunblocker.
So what I would recommendpeople is, as you are doing that
(35:24):
on physically, that you add inmore consciousness with it.
Like I'm in the shower and I'mlike you know, rub okay, I'm
cleaning my elbows.
But if you go into the showerand you're washing your hair and
you're just like I'm going towash all of that extra energy
(35:45):
out of my hair, I'm going torelease all of those old
thoughts.
I'm going to release all ofthose old thoughts.
I'm going to let them go downthe drain.
Now I get out and I'm going tolove myself and pat myself dry
and then I'm going to put onprotection and tone.
You can implement it at thattime too, with wands and all of
those things too.
What do you think about that,jenny?
Jenny C. Bell (36:07):
I love that because I purposely use a
rosemary shampoo for that reason, right, so it's protective,
it's a cleanser and a protectorand it makes your hair really
nice, helps it grow, like onanother level, and it's great
for all hair types except forblondes.
But they could use lavender, um, but yeah, so it's like I'm
trying.
I make a black salt scrub, youknow.
(36:27):
So it's like using the blacksalt that a lot of witches make,
putting it in some oil and youknow, some days when you really
feel like there's a lot of extraeyeballs on you and then you're
also exfoliating your skin.
So I totally love that idea.

there's a lot of fake crystalsbeing sold.

There's a lot of kind of grosskind of mining of crystals.
You really, in that, you don'tneed a big collection and I
don't want people to think youknow this happens a lot with,
especially social media peopleare showing their big crystals
and oh, I need that one, I needthat one.
I just want to say you don't,you don't need them.
You really can work with just afew.
You can collect stones fromyour yard and work with them

Crystal work does not have tobe a million dollar business.
It really doesn't.

funny, because when I first gotinto crystals I had to get them
all.
They were all my friends, mylittle buddies.
They were following me home,Adopt me, adopt me.
And then after a while I placedthem in a few places and then I
started giving them away topeople who I was just like,

which one resonates with you.
And now I have like, right here, I've got like a smoky quartz
and I've got a selenite, and I'mkind of looking around and I'm
like, what else do I have inhere, you know?

The minimalist less, I mean more, doesn't mean more or better

All of that is is more.
Around that because crystalshold ancient wisdom.
I mean around that.

formed.
They were here long before us.

So I went over to your Instagram and then I was
like, oh, you know, likestarted watching your videos.

I saw you had a book coming out, so it was Llewellyn and I like

Like you said, like attractslike, and I was excited.
I was excited to get to knowyou and have like an opportunity
to make a connection.
So, yeah, I really yeah, itfelt good, I felt really happy.
It was a happy energy for me.

beautiful about that is that wefound each other via what others
would call the internet, butwhat spiritualists will call
synchronicity.
You know we destiny thecrossing.
So let's get into a little bitabout your book coming out,

spirit Crystals.
I love this.
Obviously it's in 2025, so Ihaven't gained my copy yet, but
it is ready for pre-order, right, it is yes.
Yeah, that's amazing, and sowhen I was just looking at it, I
was like crystal guides, youmean like guides, like animal

guides, spirit guides, ancestorguides, angel guides, crystal
what?
Talk to us a little bit aboutthat.

Yes, so I've been working with crystals a
long time, as you stated earlier, and I started working with
crystal skulls, which are verydifferent, very different.
Crystal skulls often inhabit aguide or you can invite a guide
to inhabit a crystal skull andthey come into your life.
They often give you a name andit's a very deep relationship.
(06:26):
So I started working with thesecrystal skulls and I would have
one of them in particular nearme every time I would open my
Akashic records and I would openmy records often I still do and
just ask for you know, like,what's the next thing?
Like what am I creating next?
You know what?
And they immediately were likespirit crystals and they I mean,
(06:46):
it was like rapid fire, I'mtrying to catch up.
You know, I always I audiorecord.
Um, I went back through, I hadto take notes and then I was
just getting like chills, likeyou know, over and over again I
was like, yeah, it's like thecrystals are guides.
You know they are and I'vealways known that like in my
heart.
But I needed to, I needed tohear it a different way.
(07:09):
And then I just kind of startedon this journey.
I started off as a class andpeople responded really well to
the class and were really ableto retrieve their guides quickly
.
And then we're having likethese deep relationships and
really felt like they felt a newlevel of understanding with
crystals.
And so then I thought, well,this would make a great book.
Like how can we turn this intoa book so more people can, you
(07:31):
know, reach this understandingand find their guide?
And what's just so crazy youtalked about synchronicity is
this was all channeled.
But then, you know, they eventold me like the sacred number
of each crystal, they told mewhich chakra, and then later
going through and like doingresearch and realizing how much
that lined up was mind blowing,because this is information I
(07:52):
didn't actually know on aconscious level.
Granddaughter Crow (08:00):
You know I do have some crystal skulls, I
have crystals, this.
I have pyramids, I have tumbledstones, I have wands, I have
crystals.
Can you kind of go yeah, I loveit.
Could you kind of go into alittle bit more around, because
(08:21):
I haven't been able to bringsuch an in-depth person about
crystals onto the show yet.
Could you kind of generally goover you know the different
shapes and why a skull would bedifferent, or talk about the
shapes of the crystals as peoplefind their crystal guides?
Jenny C. Bell (08:41):
Yes for sure.
So the last chapter of my bookis dedicated to crystal skulls.
Half of it's crystal skulls,the other half is about making
you know different kinds ofarrangements of crystals.
Right, and you know using thatto manifest and do different
spell work.
So I took a class on crystalskulls from Kyle Gray.

He's the angel whisperer and soit was a one-off class he
offered one time and I happenedto take it.
And then I started doing my ownresearch and I'm a huge fan of
Jamie Sams.
She's no longer with us, buther book the 13 Original Klan
(09:23):
Mothers longer with us, but herbook the 13 Original Clan
Mothers.
At the end of that book shetalks about the crystal skulls
and prior to that all theinformation I read was that
nobody knows the origin.
Nobody knows could be alien,could be this, could be that.
But Jamie Sam's very clear theyare.
There were 13 skulls.
They came from the 13 originalclan mothers.
They were hidden throughout theworld because humanity was not
ready for them at this time.

They needed to go into hidingand some people are secret skull
keepers.
Some of the skulls are stilllost and haven't been uncovered,
and so that to me was such abeautiful new understanding that
when you're purchasing a littleskull you could really use that

to tap into those clan mother,that clan mother energy.
This is like an ancient legacyfrom like on our earth, and so
there are different skull shapesand that definitely changes the
energy that you attune to oryou bring into.
I have one called the magicalchild and it looks almost alien
and it looks kind of like analien infant.

Everything's kind of squishedin the sockets and stuff and
those bring like very new energy.
So someone identifies as like astar seed or a star being and
they're really like wanting toget into this new kind of energy
that's coming into the earth.
That's the skull for them.
There's animal skulls, and thatdefinitely brings you to an
animal guide, including dragons.

I work with dragon energy.
That's in my book as well.
There's a whole section on howto find and connect with your
dragon, and the dragon crystalskull shape really helps with
that.
Granddaughter Crow (10:59):
I love that, you know, because when I think
about crystal skulls it helps meto think you know, this is
where we carry a lot like ourthird eye and our consciousness
and just that.
But then thinking about thedragon as well, and then I'm
like dragon, crystal intellect,then I make this cute little

understanding of dragons protectthe treasure which is the
crystal skulls of enlightenedinformation.
Now, I'm just grabbing here,but that's what it sounds like
to me.
What do you think about that?
Jenny C. Bell (11:36):
I love that.
I personally, when I work withdragons.
They are helpful with shadowwork, and so in the book there's
a section that is a meditationto connect with a dragon and a
unicorn, and so the dragonenergy is the protective energy,
helps you go through the shadowwork.
The unicorns, the enlightenedenergy, helps bring in that
cosmic higher energy.

So together they help youbalance.
Granddaughter Crow (11:59):
I love it.
I definitely am going to getthis book and I would love it if
you would entertain me to beback on the show after I am able
to absorb this book so that wecould give even more information
, because this doesn't soundlike just another crystal book.

I would pick up this book andI've been playing with crystals
since I could play with crystals.
You go onto the playground andyou find a cool stone and you're
like, yay, you fill yourpockets.
You know all of that, but thisI really enjoy that you're
showing us that the stonesaren't just a talisman, but they

actually can communicate withyou.
A talisman, but they actuallycan communicate with you.
And so, yeah, I'm going to haveto.
I know I'm springing this onyou, but going to have to have

Oh wait, one more thing.
In your book you actually bringus back to Atlantis and Lumeria.

How do you do that?
I mean, these are wonderfulconcepts.
So I had just read adescription and it said
something about Atlantis andLumeria.
I used to hear about Atlantisand Lumeria all the time, and
then it just kind of went away.
And now Jenny C Bell brings itback.
(13:25):
Talk to us just a little bitLike if somebody has never heard
of Atlantis or Lumeria.
Could you kind of give us justa little bit of a signal about
what that is?
Jenny C. Bell (13:35):
Yeah, I would say they're more popular in new
age circles, especially fromlike the 1970s.
That's when I feel like thisconcept really peaked.
I happen to live near ametaphysical library and I'm one
of their number one fans, andso a lot of the things in my
(13:56):
collection are from the 70s, 80s, 90s and that's just kind of my
preference of like the occultbooks that I collect.
But yeah, so these are lostlands, so these are.
The idea is that both Lemuriaand Atlantis were a people and a
land, an island, both of themof advanced civilization that
(14:16):
worked a lot with crystals.
Both, you know, both have a lotof crystal energy and a lot of
people who understand the energyof Atlantis and Lemuria talk
about crystals.
You can even buy Lemurian seedcrystals or special kind of
clear quartz crystals.
I have a Lemurian skull, whichis who gave me all this
information to begin with.

So these are connected and sothese advanced civilizations
went away and so there aredifferent stories and you find a
lot of these stories actuallyin indigenous storytelling.
You hear a lot about Lemuria,atlantis they don't call it that
Right, and that goes like NorthAmerica, south America.
(14:57):
You hear these stories that thedifferent peoples have held on
to.
You know, these, these were,you know this is what happened
to them, almost kind of like,similar to like Chaco Canyon,
right, and like they all went tothe stars.
Right, right, right.
They just, those people justare gone and they all went back
to the stars.
That's the story and I believethe story because that's the

story that was passed down, andjust because it doesn't fit with
our modern science or ourmodern understanding doesn't
mean that that's that storyisn't true, right and on
whatever level it's true, landsthat some people say are not
truly lost, that you can stillconnect with right, that you can

still connect with on like ameditational level or frequency
level, same with, like Avalonpeople will still connect with
Avalon, another kind of lostisland.
That was it real, was it notreal?
Does it matter if you areconnecting with the energy?
I don't think it matters really.

I agree with that.
I absolutely agree with that.

with our coven.
What is it?
Give us an overview.
Yeah, so part of what we weredrawn to each other was we were
talking about how importantcommunity is, especially now
living in the United States,2025, but really around the
world, everyone's affected byour news and what's happening.
So a couple of years ago now, Ihad decided there's this kind
(17:06):
of web host called MightyNetwork, and Mighty Network is
similar to a Patreon, except forit's not about one person, it's
a community.
And so I went back and forth.
I'm like do I want to do aPatreon and there's nothing
against anybody that does that,but I didn't want it to be about
me, right?
Which is why it's called ourcoven, not Jenny's coven or my
(17:26):
coven, right?
So I was like I went back tothe Mighty Network because when
I was in a pretty dark time,during a spiritual awakening, I
found another mighty networkcalled the Find what Feels Good,
kula.
It was for yogis and meditationpractitioners and I wasn't on
(17:46):
any other social media at thattime, only that and it was
international and it wasuplifting beautiful.
They became my people when Iwent through this dark time.
They were not judgmental, therewas no spam.
There was no troll, becauseeverybody was there with a
shared understanding that wewant to build community.
You know we're not here to tearpeople down, and I wanted to.

That community eventually wentaway and I really wanted to
recreate that for a witchyaudience.
And so not everybody in ourcoven identifies as a witch we
have.
We have someone identifies as ashaman, we have pagans, we have
a Christian witch and then wehave people that are witchy.
You know different type people.
But what's so funny is Icreated this community with like
(18:31):
no followers.
So I totally put the cartbefore the horse and I was like
no, I'm just gonna, just gonnado it right and it's gonna
happen.
And and I'm glad because youknow, with how social media is
so unstable right now you knowthe blip of TikTok proved that
and everything going on onInstagram I was like you know

what?
I created the community at theright time because now the
community is already thriving.
So if someone is like you knowwhat?

So if someone is like you knowwhat I'm done, I want to leave
regular social media and I wantto just be with, you know,
people like me.
They can come, and I kind ofthink in some way that this is
sort of like the future ofsocial media is finding these
little niche, privatecommunities of people that you

just really, you know, connectwith, instead of wasting your
time.
Because I think a lot of us I'man idealist and I think a lot
of us like went to social mediato build community.
You know, I know that's why Iwent.
You know I work from home.
We moved to a new area, so I'mlike, let me get on social media
and see if I can find people,you know, trying to find other

like-minded people, authors,whatever, and so, yeah, so I
created our coven and it's abeautiful space, like I'm, so
I'm a proud mom of our coven.
We have just great discussionsin there.
People aren't afraid to askquestions.
You know there's no dumbquestions.
There's no, there's no judgment.

You know someone asks aquestion.
That's in the beginner, whichsection.
No one's going like, oh, youshould know that, or don't do
this and don't do that.
There's so much of that onwhich talk.
It's like my way or no way, andI just don't like that.
It's very inclusive.
People are very kind, veryunderstanding.
There's lots of respect.
We do really fun lives.
I do fortune telling, I do cardreadings every month for them.

There's classes, there'sholidays, we talk about all the
moons.
We celebrate the moons.
We have a book club.
We read books together everymonth.
We have an apothecary, akitchen witch section I mean any
kind of aspect of witchcraft.
Like just today I asked youknow what's one herb you would
put into your apothecary?

Just like, if you can only pickone, you know what would you,
what would you recommend?

Can you talk a little bit aboutthat?
Because I agree.
Let me tell you, if I go outonline and go, oh, I'm doing a
bunch of free readings I'm goingto get a lot of people who

don't show up or you know theydon't care.
But if I go online and I'm likefor $3.33, you know I'm going
to talk to you, there's aninvestment and then it's like
taken to another level ofrespect and security.
Can you talk a little bit aboutthat around the fees and how it
(21:51):
keeps the riffraff away?
Jenny C. Bell (21:54):
Well, I love what you said.
So it's true that when we payfor something, we're more likely
to follow through, right?
If I'm going to sign up for afree class and I'm like I just
don't have time for it.
If I pay for that class, you,betcha, I'm showing up, I'm
finding the time for it becausemy myself I'm like OK, that's
what they call, like that painin economics.

We have a little bit of pain,like if we lose out on this
investment.
So with Mighty Networks itcosts me money to have our coven
.
So that's, you know the basicthing.
I put a lot of work in thereand it's you know, a lot of work
, a lot of time, and so that'sthe other place the fee goes to.

At this time, if someone iswanting to commit for the whole
year, it's $110 for the wholeyear and that includes
everything.
And we have like a huge libraryof stuff.
I mean there's like stuff forbaby witch that you, if you're a
beginner, which you can pop inthere and get everything you
need.
We celebrate all there's stuffon every single holiday.
There's recipes, I mean theyget everything from previous
years.
Last year we focused on divinefeminine healing, so we focus on

a goddess or a deity a month,and so people still get that.
This year we're focusing oncrystals because of my book.
So we're.
We just February was RoseQuartz and we spent, we did a
live where we meditated withRose Quartz and we wrote
affirmations with Rose Quartzand we spent, we did a live

And then if someone is justlike I don't know, like a year

is a lot of commitment, they cando one month for $20, which
isn't as good of a deal, but Iget it Like sometimes it's like
I don't know.
Yeah, I don't know if I want todive in, but most people dive
in.
I've only had really one personby the monthly, like most
people want to just take thefull dive.

Betty who gives all of yourinformation away, or there's,
you know, a Karen who yells atyou because you wore your witch
hat backwards or whatever youknow, and so you got to do a lot
of this.
But what you're providing is asafe community, which is really,
really needed in this day andage where we're at.

That we'll be able tointernational.
So then we go beyond our ownego or own head in all of that.

Is there anything else you wantto add about what people can

I mean cause for me, I'm justlike, well, that's enough.
110 bucks for a year, are youkidding me?

I mean, that's Starbucks coffee.
You know, I'm not sure if we'rebanning Starbucks people.

I don't know, I'm not keepingup with all of that info, but so
what are some of the feedback?
I guess that's a good question.
What's some of the feedbackfrom members of the coven that
you have received?
Jenny C. Bell (25:52):
Well, we have someone who recently shared.
This person had a veryunhealthy toxic relationship and
this person has been goingthrough therapy and just going a
lot doing like all the work,right, but meanwhile leaning on
us in the in the way that shefeels comfortable.
We don't I know a lot of themore information than other
(26:14):
people, and that's OK.
We don't I know a lot of themore information than other
people, and that's okay andWe've.
She said that we've reallyhelped her step into her power,
like to know that she's not theonly one with an altar, to know
that she's not the only oneLooking at the moon tonight,
she's not the only one talkingto Hecate.
Like it's empowering to knowthat you're not alone, and I
think that's been huge.
Another thing we've been doingis we have a gift exchange.
(26:37):
So we don't do any moneytransactions in the coven, but
we have a gift exchange wherepeople can trade like services,
like astrology reading for cardreading or whatever, and we've
been doing every full moon we'vebeen doing card readings.
So I just put up the layout andthen I ask who wants to
participate and then they sayI'm in and then I randomly
partner them up and they havebeen giving each other amazing
(26:59):
readings, like they're makingthese connections, you know,
like from the USA to Canada, oryou know USA to UK, or you know
the south of the USA to thenorth of the US, whatever.
It's like these, all these kindof connections, and I'm getting
this feedback that they lovethis, they love doing these
readings.
And I got that idea from theService Fairy by Robin Wall
(27:23):
Kimmerer.
She wrote Braiding Sweetgrassand then she wrote a book, the
Service Fairy, which is allabout a gift exchange society.
Like what if it wasn't theeconomics that we have today?
What if we just gave freely toeach other?
And so in that community, ifsomeone's just like, hey, I want
to do a card reading foranybody, and it's not, you're
(27:45):
not expected to give anythingback, they just want to like
I'll get a new card deck, I'llgo into our little live chat.
I'll say, from now until fouro'clock, if you want a card, let
me know, I'll pull cards untilthen, and then you know, after
four they don't even ask becausethey know, but anybody that's
there just pops in no-transcript.
Granddaughter Crow (28:04):
I absolutely love it and, like you said,
perfect timing.
You also, another friend ofmine, just said something about
braiding sweetgrass, so I'm like, okay, I got to read braiding
sweetgrass because apparentlythat is part of the
consciousness that needs to comein as we build community at

this point, to come in as webuild community at this point.
So another thing that I reallyenjoy about even just what are
your social media handles, canyou give them a call out real
quick?
Because I would love for peopleto be able to find you and get
like that little free sample ofwhat your energy is about.
Because when I saw your freesamples of what your energy is

You got to be on the show, soanyway, I think of it as free
samples of what your energy isabout.

Like you know, it's everevolving and what we're

So on Instagram, which is still growing slowly,
is I'm at our coven communityand on there is a lot of
information about our coven.
So if someone is like feelslike the website isn't giving
them enough, they can go on.
There's a lot more samples ofwhat we do in there and talk

You know, there's likedifferent testimonials from

people in there and that kind ofthing.
And then my TikTok is where Ispend most of my time and I am
Jenny, underscore C, underscorebell, and I love to talk.
So I am a Gemini moon and Ijust love to talk, and so I do
like book talk reviews, I docard deck reviews, and then I
just get on there, like today Ijust went on there and I was

like let's talk about the newmoon energy and I answer
questions.
I have a lot of beginner witchesasking questions and I like to
think of myself like in my mind,I'm the Mr Rogers of witchcraft
, like I'm going to welcome youto the neighborhood.
I'm not going to judge you, I'mgoing to be friendly, all are
welcome here and I'm going to begrounded.

I really don't judge, like Iget questions, all kinds of
questions, both in our coven andand also on social media, and I
really like there's zerojudgment for me, cause it's like

we supposed to be right now?
What would you say to thepeople as what?
I'm coining you as the PSA ofsocial media for witches.
Jenny C. Bell (31:32):
I would say, first and foremost, please take
care of your energy.
So I feel, now more than ever,there are a lot of eyes on
people like us and they're notalways friendly eyes.
You know, I've had, like Imentioned in another video, I've
had people say like if I were awitch, I wouldn't be saying
these things right now, Iwouldn't be out as a witch, and
(31:54):
even I go, I go to a psychictwice a year that I trust and
she even said you know, you havea lot of eyes on you, which she
always tells me she's like, butin this case it's a lot of
Christian eyes that are prayingagainst you, you, and so you
know to me like that's not veryJesus-like, but that's a topic
for another time.
So protecting your energy ishuge because social media is
(32:14):
constantly changing, and so ifyou are out of the broom closet
and you are out and about andyou're wearing your pentacle out
in the store or you're onsocial media or your neighbors
know there is a lot of not niceenergy thrown our way, and so
it's so important to I likecleanse my energy daily, and if
(32:35):
you're not going to do it daily,then you got to do it.
I'd say at least the new moon.
You can do it.
You can cleanse your energy inthe shower.
You can use a selenite wand,sacred smoke.
It's not a complicated process,right, really isn't.
And I said earlier I like notanother tiktok, but you know, I
like a good egg cleanse, butcurrently, you know, no one can
afford eggs.
So, right, good point, right.
(32:57):
So you probably hold off onthat.
You can do like a sacred bathor shower instead, but cleansing
your energy and then protectingthe energy, so a lot.
You know when I so.
I have been lucky enough toalways have spiritual, witchy,
pagan people in my life, whichis part of why I created our
coven, because I used to be partof a pagan meetup in college
and we just meet and it was likeall different kinds of people.
(33:19):
I was the only one thatactually identified as a witch
there.
Everyone else was like they hada Buddhist, we had like shaman
and healer, all kinds of people,and I was taught to protect my
energy and just like you know Isaid, they said just imagine,
like a bubble of protection, butwhat you're doing is you're
just locking in everything, allthe eyes, all the, all the cords
(33:40):
.
They're just locking it in andit it wasn't, like it wasn't
helping me.
They're like are you alwaysdrained?
I'm like, yeah, and I startdoing this bubble.
I'm like I don't, I don't feelgood, like it's not.
It wasn't until much later.
Uh, studying with Kyle Gray, hehas this whole like.
He likens it to skincare, soit's like a cleanse, tone and
lotion, but then you cleanse theenergy, you tone up the energy
(34:04):
and then you protect the energy.
And that has always stuck withme.
So I think, more than ever,doing that and then also being
really cautious of what energyyou're taking in.
If you're just on the newsfeedand you're just seeing that one
person that no one can stand andis ruining our country, you
just see in his face over andover again.
It's draining and you'reinviting his energy into your
(34:28):
field.
So I think it's best to, ifyou're going to follow the news,
to read the news instead oflike listening or watching, and
it's like you're taking it in,like it's less abrasive in your
energy fields, and I do thinkit's important to follow the
news.
You know, I've been like I justrecently saw Dolores Fuerza
came out and told us you knowwhich companies to boycott.
(34:49):
So you talked about thatearlier, and so, yeah, I want to
stay up.
I want to stay awake in all theways, but I don't want to be
beaten down by the energy.
Granddaughter Crow (35:00):
Right, I absolutely love that.
People, energy hygiene, youknow, and you know what I love
about that is most people doshower tone, wash their hair,
cleanse sometimes deep cleanse,put on the lotion, put on the
sunblocker.
So what I would recommendpeople is, as you are doing that
(35:24):
on physically, that you add inmore consciousness with it.
Like I'm in the shower and I'mlike you know, rub okay, I'm
cleaning my elbows.
But if you go into the showerand you're washing your hair and
you're just like I'm going towash all of that extra energy
(35:45):
out of my hair, I'm going torelease all of those old
thoughts.
I'm going to release all ofthose old thoughts.
I'm going to let them go downthe drain.
Now I get out and I'm going tolove myself and pat myself dry
and then I'm going to put onprotection and tone.
You can implement it at thattime too, with wands and all of
those things too.
What do you think about that,jenny?
Jenny C. Bell (36:07):
I love that because I purposely use a
rosemary shampoo for that reason, right, so it's protective,
it's a cleanser and a protectorand it makes your hair really
nice, helps it grow, like onanother level, and it's great
for all hair types except forblondes.
But they could use lavender, um, but yeah, so it's like I'm
trying.
I make a black salt scrub, youknow.
(36:27):
So it's like using the blacksalt that a lot of witches make,
putting it in some oil and youknow, some days when you really
feel like there's a lot of extraeyeballs on you and then you're
also exfoliating your skin.
So I totally love that idea.
Granddaughter Crow (36:39):
I love it too.

My book really recommendshaving one to six crystals and I

there's a lot of fake crystalsbeing sold.

There's a lot of kind of grosskind of mining of crystals.
You really, in that, you don'tneed a big collection and I
don't want people to think youknow this happens a lot with,
especially social media peopleare showing their big crystals
and oh, I need that one, I needthat one.
I just want to say you don't,you don't need them.
You really can work with just afew.
You can collect stones fromyour yard and work with them

Like it.
Really.
Crystal work does not have tobe a million dollar business.
It really doesn't.
Granddaughter Crow (37:53):
I love that.
I love that you said that too,because you know it's kind of
funny, because when I first gotinto crystals I had to get them
all.
They were all my friends, mylittle buddies.
They were following me home,Adopt me, adopt me.
And then after a while I placedthem in a few places and then I
started giving them away topeople who I was just like,

which one resonates with you.
And now I have like, right here, I've got like a smoky quartz
and I've got a selenite, and I'mkind of looking around and I'm
like, what else do I have inhere, you know?
And so I love that.
The minimalist less, I mean more, doesn't mean more or better

Honing intention.
All of that is is more.
Around that because crystalshold ancient wisdom.
I mean around that.
Because crystals hold ancientwisdom, I mean that's how they
formed.
They were here long before us.
They'll be long.
They'll be here long after us.
