NED (no evidence of disease), it's what every cancer patient longs to hear. It's exactly what Tania Atkin has heard after being diagnosed with multiple myeloma in February 2022.
Multiple myeloma is a type of cancer that forms in the plasma cells. It affects the white blood cells and the body's immune system. It can be a devastating diagnosis, especially for a professional athlete, but Tania's approach proved to be a winner for her. Tania's experience as a counseling psychologist and her degree in holistic nutrition proved to be the foundation she needed to teach herself how to heal in a RESILIENT way that led her to the NED status.
Join me today as Tania shares her tips for building resiliency in a cancer journey or for anyone who simply needs to improve their quality of life. Be inspired by Tania's story and positive outlook!
