"Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.

Be sober, be vigilant;  because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour." (1 Peter 5:6-8).

You probably know the cares weigh you down.
But you know what?
You can also cast, or give, or THROW your cares on the Lord --
And He will take them.
Believe me, you won't want to take them back.

Today I show you how to cast your cares on Him -- it becomes easier and easier to let the Lord handle the cares, ALL of the cares -- and you walk in His joy and peace.

Many of us have found that as we drop the weight on the inside,
the weight comes off on the outside, too!!!
