Let’s talk about ‘Surviving Toxic Work Environments’.... Or NOT. Let’s talk about how we should STOP telling women to ‘Survive’ in or ‘Cope’ with these situations. In this Episode of BenchTalk, I am all over this topic and not holding a bit back because I’m passionate about helping women succeed. AND I’m not holding anything back because I want to share what I’ve seen, what I’ve personally experienced, and what so many of YOU have shared with me. It’s time we do something different. It’s time we move in a different way. It’s time we change the narrative and it’s time we change the way we speak to Women and what we advise them to do. Oh and yes...the first 5 minutes is about me being extremely vulnerable about why this March this is significant for me.
