testimony, and he spoke with him.

Speaker 1 (13:25):
All right, welcome back.
Thank you for hanging in thereon that one.
Now, as I mentioned, we aregoing to break this long chapter
down into four parts.
Number one the furnishings inthe tabernacle and the
tabernacle itself were anointedand consecrated by Moses.
Notice verse one.
Now, it came about on the daythat Moses had finished setting

(13:47):
up the tabernacle.
He anointed it and consecratedit with all his furnishings and
the altar and all his utensils.
He anointed them andconsecrated them.
So we see who the Lord put incharge of anointing and
consecrating the things Excuseme, people, the things in the
tabernacle, but it was Moses.
Moses anointed the furnishings, the altar, the utensils and

(14:11):
everything else in thetabernacle.
Now we move on to the secondpart.
The offerings of dedicationwere brought by the people.
Now, this is going to be quitea bit.
So this is verses two through83.
Now we will break this, these82 verses, down into two parts.
In verses two to 11, theleaders bring in the offerings

(14:35):
Verse two.
Then the leaders of Israel, theheads of their fathers
households, made an offering.
They were the leaders of thetribes, they were their fathers'
households made an offering.
They were the leaders of thetribes, they were the ones who
were over the numbered men whenthey brought their offering
before the Lord, six coveredcarts and twelve oxen, a cart
for every two of the leaders andan ox for each one.
Then they presented them beforethe tabernacle.

(14:57):
Then the Lord spoke to Mosessaying Accept these things from
them that they may be used inthe service of to Moses, saying

(15:17):
to the sons of Gershon, according to their service, and
four carts and eight oxen hegave to the sons of Merari,
according to their service, under the direction of Ithamar,
the son of Aaron, the priest.
But he did not give any to thesons of Kohoth, because theirs
was the service of the holyobjects which they carried on
the shoulders.
And the leaders offered thededication offering for the

(15:39):
altar when it was anointed.
So the leaders offered theiroffering before the altar.
Then the Lord said to Moses letthem present their offering,
one leader each day for thededication of the altar.
So we see that they arebringing everything in and the
Lord gives Moses the instructionthat you let each one of them
per day bring in and presenttheir offering.
You let each one of them perday bring in and present their

(16:00):
offering, which brings us to thenext part In verses 12 through
