On the North Shore of the island of Oahu in Hawaii there is a strip off the Kamehameha Highway thats lined with freshwater aquaculture farms embedded with delicious local grown shrimp. In between these farms you will find a variety of food trucks or stands dishing out these mouth watering shrimp in style. One in particular, Fumi's, makes an unbelievable version of Butter Garlic shrimp that puts me in daze every time I eat it. From the juicy and always cooked perfect shrimp to the loads of garlic used in each portion just makes that experience a whole lot better.
