Sam loves life on the farm, but everything changes when he plants a single chocolate chip—and wakes up to a magical cookie tree! Fresh, gooey cookies hang from its branches every day, but soon, Sam notices they’re mysteriously disappearing. Determined to catch the "cookie thief," Sam sets up traps and searches for clues. But when he uncovers the surprising truth, he realizes the joy of sharing might be the best treat of all.
