In the mid-1980s, Dave focused mainly on litigation, both defense and plaintiff work. However, his primary focus shifted toward personal and business planning in the mid-1990s. While still engaged in both plaintiff and defense business litigation, the practice expanded its focus in the areas of personal estate and business planning and protection and assisting in client’s wealth building and management.
